I just visited the restaurant, but I didn't like it. Very few options and I don't think they are very rich. Staff were very helpful and helpful. That's my opinion.

Bad experience. For the cost it is not worth the cockroach and the bad smell. I was charged 1, 100, a night.

They go above and beyond to assist you. Special apreciation to security guard Arturo R. And young lady at reception Lupita, They were awesome. I will be recommending this place to family and friends.

On the Internet says a price and is another more expensive when we arrived, the room did not smell good and when you get to the restaurant for the complimentary breakfast tell us that we should pick up the courtesy pass before breakfast, plus have few options for breakfast.

We stayed here for 8 nights and it was amazing service. The Staff we're beyond amazing. I highly recommend this hotel! Rooms are very nice and clean! I can't say one bad thing about this place.!

Very slow service. Small bedrooms. In my room the heating did not work even when I spoke to them no one was to review personally they only sent on a paper the instructions. The only thing to save is the restaurant staff. For a little better pay the party inn.

Terrible never stay there unfortunately I play a group that at 2 in the morning they had party singing, whipped doors, screaming. The reception is asked to take letters in the matter and they were not to call them attention, in the parking lot of the hotel have a sewer that every one that enters or leaves a car rises and sounds, you charge the reservations of apps of hotels in $20 pesos for every dollar, If your end is to rest in that hotel you will not achieve.

It is very clean, we moved to a room without carpet, as I felt Q smelled a lot to dust, but the room with floor is nice!
There are renovated rooms but I did not touch staying there the buffet is very rich ☺ ️

It is a low cost hotel for one or two night stays. There are areas in remodeling that give a bad look. The rooms are clean and the rate includes breakfast. The location is good.

Clean rooms, friendly staff, great breakfast buffet with the works. Menudo, chilaquilles, eggs any style, beans, fresh fruit etc. However, in room no fridge, no microwave, no hairdryer. No washclothes, no mini shampoo etc basic needs for quick trips with children okay for the price, location behind strip mall with food, shopping n more. ☺

No tine, Wi-Fi signal very bad ooms very small other beds very little pressure of 850 not worth.

The lady at reception does not understand what she does working here if she does not have the minimum capacity or knowledge of customer service. Somo She is the negative of this hotel. We did Not honor the reservation we made on Expedia and charged double for my room. His excuse was that they were never informed of our reservation and I "instructed" how to complain to Expedia.

Place is quiet pool no really crowded I like that. Rooms are huge! We have a King size it has not kitchenette or anything​ like that. But for short stay is worth it! You have the soriana market in the back where you can buy small meals or burgers etc.

$40/night, includes a really nice buffet, nice people, nice pool, very safe, they take care of you really good, the bad is bad keys and no much water pressure.

We visit Juarez every 3 weeks. We have stayed at Villa del Sol over 30 nights, even for more than a week at a time. At the beginning service was great at the front desk, awesome at the restaurant. We stayed through the remodeling but could not sleep through the construction noise. In one of the rooms I got an allergy attack, in another I got a sinus infection. Perhaps the air conditioners are not cleaned or the carpet. Parking can be a problem. They changed the restaurant staff and the service dropped from a 10 to 2. Then they got new staff in the office along with other hotel changes. Check in is slow. We can not make reservations over the phone on weekends anymore. Check out is at 12pm instead of 1pm. We took in the remote control to pick up our deposit 15 minutes late, not only did they keep our deposit but they wanted to charge us for the room. Needless to say we have not stayed again. So much for customer loyalty.

The best location in juarez, 3min walk to shops, restaurants, and a supermarket. Free early bird rides to the consulate. Close to the best activities (park, kids museum, malls). Rooms clean and great service. Private gate with security guard, free breakfast, with friendly staff. Kids welcome. Will come back.

HORRIBLE customer service. The girl at the reception did not even know how to answer questions and I couldn't book a room because I only had a debit card and not a credit card. How silly is that?

Another thing, if you want to make phone calls, you have to get to the reception, and that day it was very cold, so wait for that to load my cell. Excellent, the lunches delicious, I liked everything very much, it is our second visit and we will continue coming every holiday. The only bad thing is that the parking lot is very tiny, but everything else is fine. Thank you!
