Very comfortable room, service at reception is very good. Just battle a little with the cards to open the room sometimes did not work well.

Its a very good quality hotel for the price and its very near the bridges so it has a great location. It is located on the Lerdo street and Escala street.

Nice hotel within walking distance of Paso del Norte bridge.

This hotel chain is terrible, they make collections without authorization, they can't bill you. What a problem with it.

Vite careful vien attention good food cleaning 100 anything you occupied gave you without bad faces on my point all this vien only lacks a service to the air acondioned because when I lit it smells of cigar like that the filters are susios of ay in more all vien and this axesible the press.

It has a group of people with high working capacity, very creative people and those who are passionate about their work. Their radio stations are popular in the Juarez region and El Paso.

Firstly the hotel staff from management to housekeeping to restaurant, all are welcoming and will do everything possible to make your stay comfortable and pleasant, whether your stay is one of the shortest term basis or an extended term basis. Both of which I have experienced at this hotel. Conviently located a literal stones throw from downtown El Paso, Texas and an equal distance from the heart of El Centro, Juárez México, This ideal location can't be beat. For the truly novice Spanish speaking person from North of the border, as I am, I recommend Hotel Santa Fe, as the welcoming Mexican experience that you are sure to appreciate.

For a foreign hotel it's very nice. It's slowly being updated as well.

Although we were only at the hotel for a short period of time and not as an overnight guest, the rooms seemed clean and the staff was very friendly.
