The room was not very clean. The sink had several hairs on the edges, a spotlight did not work, it had no iron or donkey, and although it was requested, it never arrived. I had to leave with my shirt wrinkled. Terrible service.

The service is the worst I have ever experienced on my travels.
The food service takes over 1 hour to serve, the carpet dirty all the time, I was 3 days and always dirty from the egg they give at breakfast.
The kitchen ones are very rude.
Although they take more than 1 hour to serve, the food is cold.
There are no people and the little that we encourage ourselves to pay for a room with those exorbitant prices in these times of austerity do not take care of them at all.
One tries to consume with them, to give them the opportunity and simply do not let themselves be helped.
I will never stay at HYATT PLACE again.

I was surprised its identicaly to the other Hyatt place's I know. Its good for the price, maybe its not the best service, but its a nice hotel, great restaurants beside it. The room its huge for the price, the bath room its excellent, I loved the shower. The brakefast included its enough. Perfect hotel for the price!

A very comfortable hotel, has air conditioning, gym, high speed Wi-Fi, breakfast included and pool, is a little removed from the center but close to the airport, the rooms are comfortable.

Esta en una zona de facil acceso. Con plazas alrededor y carretera q t lleva a cualquier sitio de la ciudad y estado. Bastante comodo, limpio y bonito. Precios accesibles.
