Very good location. The food is great. Rooms comfortable and with everything you need.

It is a warm, cool, relaxing place… The pool area is nice… they teach swimming lessons on saturdays. With breakfast buffet (only for children). The restaurant area is all rich… fresh fruit, Continental breakfast… desserts…

I got a nice room, but I am upset that they don't include the breathfast. Intead, they offer a 25% discount rhat sounds more like a bad discount since prices are inflated.

This hotel is already giving a lot of work to its maintenance area, I got that the elevator will close abruptly for no reason, an accident could happen. The pipes make noise as well as their air conditioners of the rooms that are already very old. The attention of its employees is what rescues the hotel and its good and central location amidst the economic activity of the island.

Good location. No complimentary water bottle. Very noisy room in the night. They doubled my room with someone else and almost scared me to death when I tried to get in. Clean Hotel. Very friendly staff. The details are very easy to fix to make it an excellent option.

For several reasons… this hotel is not worth what they charge. I honestly think there are better hotels where money is worth three times as much. The price is not at all reasonable compared with the amenities they do not offer. Sadly disappointed. I recommend the Hampton 10 times more.

They have a small buffet but very good taste and service, if u can probe the barbacoa.

The breakfast buffet on Sundays is very good and complete. Ideal for bringing the family. The attention of the staff is the correct.

The place is private and ideal to rest. The staff is very helpful. The panoramic view that the terrace offers is spectacular!

Restaurant Space is not suitable for events. The staff is not aware of the planning of the dinner. They Do Not include variety of food or beverages.

I liked a lot in the atmosphere, only the food is not to my liking. It was something cold only that very accessible. Overall I liked to go to breakfast but I would like to improve the service.

Undoubtedly one of the best business class hotels in Cd del Carmen, It all starts with an amazing breakfast, next a great pool & clean halls, the beds and bathrooms are really comfortable and the room service is very professional. I always take this hotel.
