Pleasant and clean place, good location, friendly staff. I recommend.

Small pool but great place to cool off after walking the city. Many sites are within walking distance including many restaurants along the way. Rooms are clean and the room is comfortable not much for English TV but vacations aren’t for hiding in your room.

An amazing place to enjoy your stay completely, great location, great service, delicious ufff restaurant. Definitely a super option if you are looking for a good accommodation.

I Have visited Campeche on several occasions and the Hotel Plaza Colonial has been the best of all. Very clean, good service, great location. If You Rest in the beds. He's Not asking anything from a chain hotel.

El hotel queda situado en el centro muy cerca de la cenaduría portales de San Martin y a 3 cuadras del parque principal de Campeche; nuestro hospedaje incluyó desayuno americano en el cual siempre hubo un excelente servicio. El hotel brinda facilidades para realizar tours mucho más baratos de lo que se ofrece en agencias turísticas en el centro. Lo único que no fue de mi agrado fue la vista que tenía la habitación ya que miraba hacia una pared, fuera de ahí todo muy bien.

It's a very, very nice hotel. The smell of wood that gets you the place is simply so elegant. The decoration of the reception and the dining room is of a very distinguished style. Now the rooms are spacious, the bed is very soft and comfortable. The bathroom is very clean and has a bathtub.

Ideal location is located in the historic center of Campeche, a few blocks from the main square and the chairs. The rooms are very spacious and comfortable with a very nice vintage touch, they have balcony overlooking the emblematic streets of the center. It has ample parking and a swimming pool. The staff is to snub even though we are paying premium rate we don’t like their actitud and now because I booked thru Expedia I’m stock with this campeche people wanna be snobs is bad!

It is good hotel to stay a night maybe two, you have a pool the beds are comfortable and the bathrooms very complete, are not small but medium sized, the service is good, asked for extra towels and they arrived immediately.

One of the worst Hotels I have ever been to! The (male) workers looked at me as if I am a sexual object and were in general very unfriendly. The rooms are okay, breakfast was in another location with even worse waiters than in the Hotel!

The hotel is in the center and it's clean and new. The room is clean and the beds are comfortable. The cleaning service is excellent. BUT…
The personnel at the reception (we dealt with three people on different days) was terrible. They would never smile or be helpful. If you come in during the day they wouldnt greet. If you come at them and say: Hola, buenos tardes, tengo una pregunta. They would answer only: "sí"… and not smile.
One day we asked if we can rent a car somewhere in the city. The woman said that she will check the options and call our room, as there is a company that works with the hotel. Well. It never happend. Then we asked again and her colleague wrote "europcar" on a sheet of paper and as we asked about the car rental company that works with the hotel… He said that there is no company like that. Well. Someone lied.
As we came in. No one asked if we need assistance with the luggage.
On the thrid day the internet was broken. I called the reception and they told me to wait a few moments. I asked how long exactly, the woman said an hour.
Well… not cool.
We used the parking lot and the guard made us repark our car to another place because he didn't like it. And made us park so close to the bush, so that it was difficult to get out of the car and I scrached myself.
All in all, I wouldnt recommend this hotel because people who work there, aparently hate their jobs and visitors, are bored and unfriendly.

Nice hotel well located in the old town and especially having private parking guarded! Well equipped spacious room, permanent deaf noise probably from the hotel's air-conditioning machinery. On the other hand no breakfast at the hotel and it is the nerve crisis sometimes to find something open early for a breakfast or a simple coffee.

The hotel is located in the beautiful campeche city centet. It's a touristic hotel with a lot of rooms. It has a private car parking inside the hotel building. Every attraction of the city is reachable by walk. The room was comfortable and the bathroom was clean.
