If they had stayed at 28-33 a night I would have given them 3 but they have raised price to 40 a night which they do not merit They use same dirty water to clean floors in rooms the towels are threadbare the sheets scratch your skin. Most of the staff are nice > Lu LU is the best thing they have do not pay 40 for this place no parking noisy.

Low rates. It's in the center of downtown just feet off of Revolution Avenue. Front desk people very helpful. One of the few budget hotels downtown with both heat and a. C. Fairly clean and not very noise although sounds from nearby bars and clubs can be heard" especially late nights on weekends. Free coffee in the lobby. Wi-Fi in the lobby too although it doesn't reach the rooms. Beds rather hard.

This is one of the stock hotels in Tijuana where you pay a little bit of money and you get a normal sized room that's not in the best condition but it's usually relatively clean and it's good for single people or people who just don't care that much and he will be out for a night on the town of partying and having a good time.

I went down to get a massage at the hotel and it was a great experience, the therapist was nice, efficient and her hands were very helpful in my therapy I will come back again.

Secure and clean. Noisy from Revolution Ave clubs at night but convenient location. Friendly staff.

Very bad the noise of the music is unbearable you can not sleep, lack good lighting in the rooms The only good thing is that this in main area.

Close to the main strip. Has elevator. Rooms are very clean. Noise from main strip can be heard all night. Staff super nice.

Very good service and a good place for the price.

One of my favorite Tijuana hotels. A bit rundown and could use some maintenance, but for the price (less than $30 single) it's terrific. It's located in the heart of downtown, just steps from famous Avenida Revolucion. I've never found it very noisy. Heat and air conditioning, which is unusual for a Tijuana budget hotel. Cable television. Wi-Fi, although it's usually only available in the lobby. Fills up quickly on weekends when room rates are slightly higher. For the price, you would be hard pressed to find a better hotel in the downtown area.

Paid 24USD for what seemed to be the most basic room. Loud music outdoor. Hot. But you get what you pay for, since it doesn't get much lower than this as far as I know. Nothing wrong with the room ultimately, but loud noise and a condom behind the bed is almost expected within the lower price ranges.

The only positive was location. The lockbox in the room malfunctioned and it took over 24 hours for the manager to arrive with they key. Then they made me pay to have it opened. Not a fun day.

They will rob you right when you walk it the motel be careful really don't recommend to go to these cheap motels.

I normally like to stay at the Caesar hotel around the corner but it was booked for the holiday weekend. I'll let the photos speak for themselves.

Went to visit Grandma at her room, nice and tidy, strict security.

I guess this should be common for Tijuana. The room was clean, receptionist nice, cheap only wanted $30 when everyone else was asking for a weekend fee of $100+ (usd btw). BUT a huge negative was that it was raining bad this day & the lobby was leaking when I got in. I was given the middle floor so I assumed it'd be far enough from the ceiling to keep me dry but the rain got in through the cracks in the window & the floor was very wet. I was scared about how sound the structure is.

Clean rooms and free coffee all day. The one complant I have would be the 50 peso charge for each guest you have. Everytime. Day and night…

Not as bad as I expected. The room and hotel in general were a little run down, but were actually quite clean. About $20 for a small room is hard to beat. Nice staff as well.
