More and just, I stayed with my children last weekend and their pool filled with welts, they are a danger to health why they were not only my children but other children there… have to be more cared for unsysy staff, and trash everywhere.
windows do not have mosquito net and are very hot.

Midnight so if your planning on bring your kids make sure you supervise your own children other than that the rooms are pretty clean TVs are all right affordable compared to the ones up the street from there But this place its ok. Pretty clean Place 3-minute walk to the beach. Did come back from the beach to find the maid in my room right after checking in.

The parking lot is separate, for an express room, and you have to leave $100 extras. Good place.

The attention was very good we waited for about 4 hours and did not respect the reservation however it has pool that does not have water the spaces are very small do not have air conditioning.

The first room I stayed in was kinda unhygienic with a super dirty carpet. Asked to be moved to a different room which was much better. You get what you pay for!

Quite possibly the worst hotel I've ever had the displeasure of staying at! Not only is the staff rude and disrespectful to you the hotel is a mess! They charged me for a room I didn't even stay In because it was far too disgusting. They want you to book and then force you to cancel so they can keep your money. They are the worst ever.

Small, smells dirty sticky cheap carpet, not at all what's advertised on ads thier so called patios are actually walk ways, rude receptionist, pool doesn't work, no a. C. Or any thing hot humid and the bed was the most horrible hard bed ever. Never would recommend to anyone.

Pool was out of service they have people working making noise at the crack of dawn playing loud music no phones for room service í feel like there's should compensation for lack of services.

The rooms are comfortable and comfortable. Although you can improve the cleanliness of the bed linen and the Wifi signal since it is intermittent, or q times very low. The lady at reception is friendly and very cute.

I stayed for the weekend they didn't change bed sheets I had to buy my own toilet paper and in the parking lot there is big letters saying that they are not responsible for any stolen items the price is too high for a very very old and very very bad service hotel.

Dirty, pool out of service, rooms very neglected, it is a motel of bad death disguised as a hotel seaside. Lack much maintenance and adjust prices according to what they have to offer or create value in some other way. I don't recommend it.

The WORST! hotel I have ever stayed in! Avoid this place at all costs. The pool was "out of service" when we got there were people painting the building which made the room smell like nothing but paint! The people in the front office DO NOT care about you or the business you bring to them. The room is AWFUL! The beds are like sleeping on a piece of cardboard, TVs don't work, no phone but offer a "room service" menu. Oh the best part, is that while showering the shower turned off! They said it would take about an hour to fix. There is spiders in the rooms and I highly doubt they wash the sheets. Worst place ever. They ask to leave your key when you leave for your "security" lol… ZERO STARS IF POSSIBLE!

I don't like myself when I went to the pool already had days with no function and also very bad service and the Internet not to mention see the photos and it looks beautiful but you see the reality and the only thing I can respond is "new administration, " space enough to load the cell so you had to load where it is connected to the TV by a hotel that really did not. I recommend.

The room was comfortable, only cold air would blow out of the AC. Clean facilities but the pool was not in service.

Quiet area an 8 minute walk from the beach. They are doing renovations in multiple areas, with new ownership since October. It is clear they are trying to improve the quality of the hotel. Our room, including bathroom, was very nice, and Wi-Fi worked fine in the room. The staff was also really great.
