Recommended excellent treatment clean room.

Its attentions from the staff, an excellent pool and worthy of a great hotel with a very good atmosphere among guests. The only point that I think is necessary to improve is the parking area since it is shared with the casino attendees and in an oversight the guest can go out to enjoy the city of Ensenada and when returning to the hotel runs the risk of not finding a place in said parking lot. It is a point in which I am sure it can be corrected, otherwise it is excellent and I would go again and of course I recommend it.

I loved it! From the lobby, very friendly staff, newly remodeled room, delicious food and at a good price, large and clean pool.

I will start with the best, the pool is very large, it is not deep, it is clean, it is heated, it has 3 very nice jacuzzis it does not burn the water, the food and drinks are not expensive and delicious, the staff is friendly is a bit outside the center, but it can be reached walking
The hotel is old, and mysterious
But if we consider that for the room perhaps the cost should be lower, it is very outdated, the paint of the balcony peeling, the water of the medium shower is cut and returns and what we consider the worst thing was that the toilet does not have much pressure so you have to lower it like 3 times to make it clean, They should put at least a brush or a pipe uncover in case🙈 point in favor the room is clean despite being very old, there is Wi-Fi that grabs in almost the entire hotel ah there is ice and they leave you a mini cooler.

The super old rooms, smell bad, the carpet super antigienica 😩 the only father the truth is the pool and drinks of 10 in cleaning that area! They should invest a little more to keep the rooms more hygienic. Thank you!

It is a very complete hotel and excellent rooms.

The rooms were recently remolded and extremely clean. Their breakfast is always good, not to mention drinks poolside is so relaxing!

It is a very beautiful and elegant place with class international level, an exquisite place to stay, in business or travel plan, the attention of the staff is very friendly, with a pleasant and quiet atmosphere, invited them to make their recesses & to enjoy a family atmosphere. From the Bella Cinderella del Pácifico :Ensenada, Baja California, Mexico.
PS: Place where many people were staying who came to witness the Baja 1000 / Baja Of Rod (Low off road) this place was and remains in place favorite of tourists and people of the region.
The first time I was in this place was in his Bar/Discoteque was my favorite place amig@s to have fun and spend pleasant moments.

Good service, good quality facilities and very clean!

Smells of old hotel. No plug ins to recharge your phone. TV pixelated as if you were watching TV in the 50’s. Carpet smells. Curtains are from 1955 and patio beach chairs are from 1975. Way too old and the price is too much for an Old hotel. Walls cracking and wood fixtures are from the 70’s. Stains on the carpets. Rooms look like hooker rooms of the 1960’s.

Facilities, service, cleanliness and all the very friendly staff do not say the food in the breakfast all super rich, the only but would be lacking staff in the restaurant area to speed up a little orders, it would be the only "bad" point but it is tolerated to have so many good points in favor, WE will definitely return as many times as possible.

All magnificent attention, very spacious clean and quiet rooms, its impeccable pool and its very competent staff and above all the friendliness and its prices so accessible. Super recommended.

I could not say less than this hotel and all their staff the truth of what better. Although they should stop smoking on the balconies as some times the weather is not favorable, and by obeying the rules of the hotel you can't smoke there. Everything else excellent.

Comfortable relaxed atmosphere, friendly staff, clean rooms, great pool and hot tubs (3), assure this traditional Ensenada landmark is an enjoyable stay for the family. Good food and poolside bar, secure parking complete the package.

Poor buffet service.
My family and I attended on Father's Day and apart from waiting 45min. For a table when we entered there was no options just omeletts and quesadillas apart poorly cooked, no desserts there were.
I understand the point where Saturo worked, but despite no longer getting more food options, people kept getting in.
even the same employees said it was all over.
The truth was a lot of waiting.

This is one of the best places in Ensenada. The food is really good. Usually prices go up in this part of town, but here the prices are what you would find in less touristy areas.

Really cool place. BUT — was there for a meeting and we had no water brought in to drink. Paid almost $12 American to sit at pool and DIDNT EVEN GET A TOWEL. I would have paid a deposit to get a towel. Shame, shame, shame. However, the staff around the pool were very friendly and helpful. I would come back because of them IF I could get a towel with my pool fee. Otherwise, I'll be going somewhere else.

Excellent option for a dip in the use of the pool for those of us who live here in Ensenada. Excellent service, kindness, service, facilities, parking. The food is not very good, but price accessible.

My key didn’t work but they changed it right away, it was clean, my room smells like smoke just a little bit, they right away came and spray some Febreze and disinfect spray, over all was very friendly staff, a clean hotel, very cool pool, and the restaurant was nice. Only thing is that they close the pool at 9 pm but that is a government rule so isn’t nothing the hotel can do about it. And the towels you can’t take it to the room you have to dry yourself there outside the pool and then go to your room, I’ll wait for the towels like 35 min but well I was inside the pool so it was ok. But I give five start because it was clean and the staff very friendly.

I spent my 18th birthday here all I can say it was the most fun I ever had the staff were very friendly and the rooms were nice I would highly recommend staying here I will definitely be coming back soon.

Super small if you're used to Hard Rock casinos or Vegas! Lol We killed a few hours there. Place was clean. Couldn't find anyone who spoke English tho which was wierd for a tourist/cruise ship destination.

While I haven't visited the hotel, I can say that the casino has a great service, prices, and it is overall a good place for watching sports or playing cards.

Rooms are out dated but not in an obnoxious way. I didnt pay the rate from the actual business. Deals online are much better.

A great hotel and nice casino with lots of slots and table games, including craps and roulette. Pesos are the currency, so $50 U. S. Goes a long way, if lady luck rolls your way.

I went o the casino and had an spectular night. Although I didnt win, I enjoyed the srrvice provides and the experience.

This is my first time to Mexico and to Ensenada and over 20 years. For what the prices this is a good option. It's a quick walk to almost anywhere downtown and it is clean. Our room overlooked the pool which did get noisy during the day because the music kept blaring from early on until fairly late. And there are lots of kids! If you're looking for an intimate getaway with your love, this might not be it. But if you want a casual place that's affordable I keep it on your radar.

I. Been there 6. Times in the pass when my kids were kids. No more kids. I will go by my self soon kids are grown. Now great place to be room were OK maybe they have new paint n beds I hope.

Bad restaurant/ pool service. There were about 100 at the pool and 1 waiter. I waived at least 5 times for service and I did not get any attention. I had to go and stand at the bar with 1 bar tender for around 10 minutes. There was on security by the door and a lifeguard but they were just talking while teen were splashing peolpe on the face with water blaster. I ordered a pizza and 4 hot dogs and I took 1 hour and 20 minutes. Rooms are old carpet smells. Cleaning staff does every effort to keep it clean but old is old.

My wife and I have a stayed a couple of times and always have a good time. Yes, the rooms are outdated, but the service is decent and the food is very good. Pool, jacuzzi waitstaff were good and very spacious pool area. 3 jacuzzis leave plenty of room for everyone to enjoy. Proximity to shopping and restaurants is good.

Hotel old, decoration is so old that now it is fashionable again, you feel in film by Mauricio Garcés. The pool area is great, must be the best of Ensenada. The bad: the UNBEARABLE smell to CIGAR in all the HOTEL and ask for cash deposit for all: for pool towels, iron and even for the room key.

Hotel with them rooms very spacious, slightly old it decoration and them furniture, the lobby smells much to cigar by the casino, in the room or there is a place near the bed where connect my cell, it pool very large and it mysica very entertaining. The staff very helpful and always friendly.

It is an old building, facilities are a little damaged, elevators are in poor condition, Internet is very poor, closet doors do not close well, has pool, is generally comfortable but may not be recommended for shocking people.

Best pool / jacuzzi facilities in Ensenada. Staying here this weekend and I'm just loving the pool lounge. The weather in Ensenada is amazing in June. My wife loves the restaurant. She cares a lot about quality of the ingredients, freshness, and cleanliness. She doesn't want to eat anywhere else in town. Centrally located. Take taxis or walk to places. Everywhere is nearby. I leave my car in their secured parking. Zero worries. I recommend ordering their pina coladas at the bar. Great drinks.

This hotel is a very central location in Ensenada, account with a Casino with a HOT area for smokers. The rooms are recently remodeled and are very cozy, is located 2 blocks from the area of bars and resturants.

It is very different wings photos that you have on the page, this too biejo and without life, the tvs are crappy, ala hour of the night when my family and I (my daughter and wife) wanted to sleep there was music from band the whole night was a nightmare staying here I could have grabbed something much better for the money, that say that it hurts.

Worst hotel customer service ever, the receptionist started saying 'f*ck' all over the place cause he couldn't find our reservation. Never found it. Made up a rate for the night and was just so annoying while we were there. Not worth it to ever come back again. Room smells horrible, sheets were all yellowish. There are better and cheaper hotels in Ensenada.

Stayed on night at the hotel before returning home from the Baja 1000 race. Half our group got bed bug bites. Do not stay unless you want to bring bed bugs home.

They've started renovating the hotel (it needs it) but at the expense of the guests: we heard drilling and hammering from 8:30am to 6pm. And they don't tell you there's a noisy renovation going on when you make the reservation. The pool and jacuzzis are huge but the water is not super clean. The jacuzzi water is not very hot and the jets not very strong. Mediocre pool experience. The rooms and hallways of the hotel are somewhat dilapidated, the bathrooms are a little icky, the bed sheets and towels are old and worn out — a far cry from your bed experience at the Marriott, for example. The Wi-Fi signal is very weak and barely works at the pool and lobby — zero in the rooms. The food at the restaurant is blah but with US prices. They also keep the exchange rate below street value — it was 12.50 pesos/dollar everywhere else that weekend but 11.80 at the hotel. I would give the San Nicolas 3 stars if the rooms were below $80 but they charged us $130 (w/tax) per night! I might stay there again but only because I like going to Ensenada and there just aren't that many hotel options down there.
