Stay in family atmosphere, large spaces, facilities in good condition. They have the necessary amenities to have a good rest.

Park Royal is a dump! Old window a/c units, dirty and stained floors. Bed are horrible and this place is not very safe! Staff not friendly from front desk to the tiny restaurant. Kitchen and bathroom remodeled but toilet leaks on floor, it was just like putting lipstick on a pig! The remodel did not make up for the lack of cleanliness, broken patio door that barely locks. We did not feel safe all night in the place, left after 1 night, cut our vacation short told desk we had a family issue to go home because we were so upset about the place, we didn’t want to discuss with the unfriendly desk lady.

We chose park royal because it’s close to San Jose. We were impressed with the room and the staff. I’d especially like to recognize Jose and Ricardo. We’ll be back.

The hotel is kinda old but well kept, there's only one restaurant and bar in one of the pools. The rooms are big and with kitchen. Grocery store is walking distance and you can bring food and drinks to your room.

The members of the staff are amazing, not only at keeping the facilities in great shape but also by making your stay pleasant and hassel free with their hospitality and service; you will get want you need on timely manner but you don't have the feeling that you are at a resort with an army of employees asking you what do you need, the place feels yours. The swimming pools are great to relax, the a/c is great and water pressure is wonderful. Stores and services are at walking distance without jeopardizing privacy and tranquility that lets you relax. If you stay at Park Royal San Jose del cabo ask for Georgina and she will give you directions to a beautiful beach; but if you prefer something more adventurous ask for Heiber he will direct you to the right place.

This is a very small hotel wit a nice little pool, conviniently located in the heart of the touristic distric, nearby banks, 3 big supermarkets, the main hotels and the beach. 20 minutes walk to the famous plaza mijares in downtown san jose. There is a small restaurant bar that opens at breakfast, good food, fair price too.

My stay there very nice, the staff very attentive, the rooms excellent, very clean, is small but very comfortable, the bad thing is that it is away from all the most important points, the water of the pool delicious. Highly recommended is very quiet.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, the receptionist, the Bell Boy, the maid did not know her but to greet very friendly.

Good for foreign tourism… It is away from the main points… It is recommended to consider renting a car… The transport is very expensive for the national tourism, it is much more economical the rent of the car. The hotel has two small pools, a small restaurant and a small bar. I stayed there for using the timeshare my wife pays, personally I would have made another choice.

Ok place, only 1 restaurant with limited menu. Clean, spacious studio, quiet, close to large grocery store & several eateries.

Well, it's a good hotel in General, Park Royal. But the park Royal of Los Cabos… It does not compare with any other Park royal you have visited. To other than that the manager was half-heavy. And that we have membership.

It is an austere place, its pools are really very small and permanent cold. It has No gym, is in the middle of a closed golf course for guests. It is very close to two shopping centers (5 minutes walk). A fifteen minute walk from downtown San Jose. It is a very quiet place with well equipped kitchenettes. The staff is very attentive and friendly. Your Wi-Fi connection is not good. Near San Jose Airport (15 minutes by car by road)

The facilities are a bit old, the restaurant is bad, does not have a beach. The Internet is free and is pretty good, I was able to watch movies on Netflix. Offer service beach club at the Barcelo hotel for $65 dollars per person food and drinks included.

The small suite was perfect for 3 of us. 2 double beds that were comfortable and a pull out sofa bed in the living room. Kitchen with some dishes and silverware, stove, microwave, coffee pot, toaster, and a blender. Clean, nice staff, fine swim up bar pool. Location allows easy walks to the beach, shopping areas, bird estuary reserve, restaurants, and catching the bus. I would come back to the room we rented. I cannot speak for other rooms.

The location I did not like, lack of lag beach. We had yesterday to be four people in the same room, and the service bad very poor.

Great place for solo traveler or family vacation and everything in between. Friendly staff. Nice restaurant and bar (yes you can swim up if you like). I'm already planning a return trip!

I Paid my reservation at the hotel and they sent me to another place distant from the beach and very inferior to what I had paid. On Top of the reservation they made at the other hotel was half the time and we were left on the street in full New year. This Hotel does not have the slightest respect for the guests.
I have made the reservation through web and when I reached out the hotel, it was overbooked and redirected me to a different hotel far away from the beach and extremely bad. Also they reserved only the half time we had made the reservation. This Hotel has no respect.

Rooms are very old. Windows don't block the noise from outside (and it's very noise). Not every room has kitchen. Bathroom are ugly and dated. Don't recommend this place.

Hot tub never worked. Reviews show it hasn't worked for over a month! Nothing in studio room exept a uncomfortable bed, off color worn out TV, and a shower that won't turn off and took two days to fix it to a dripping shower, very noisy A/C. Drinks were watered down as well. I wish I could say something positive but they never even said sorry for any of the problems.

I would give it a 0 if I could. This is basically a cheap motel and not a resort. Very basic room and no amenities. Hot tub broken for quite some time. Rooms in ill repair. Loud clanging of dishes and food prep going on from 7 am till 11 pm in room next door but you only ever saw staff go in or out of that room. Very slow to respond to complaints. It took days. If you complain they will blow you off and manager never shows face. Oh and no activities to speak of. Not even a fitness room.

Very clean at a great price. Staff is very nice. Just watch out for the sales guys. Still it's a great place.

Our stay here was great! Staff was very friendly and polite. Rocio always did a great job everyday as our housekeeper. We would come back and everything was clean and in order! She did a great job and adding her personal touch in adding my son's stuff toy on the bed, but not just on the bed arrangement but in every part of each room! Loved the clothesline in the bathroom. Great to dry your bathing suits and swimming trunks while you sleep. The pool was always clean to swim in. As a pool owner I approve! My kids were in the pool everyday! The kitchen had everything you needed to make your stay feel like home but better! We went in August and our room was on the lower level. In the evening we would sit outside in the balcony and enjoy the cool evening. This is way I gave it five starrs! Thank you to everyone what made this family time a wonderful memory!

Quiet location, nice views, clean units, staff is very friendly and helpful.

Could definitely use an update. A bit hidden. Close to a super makert makes it convenient for Long stays.

Very small but perfect. Good for families. Low key. Staff was very nice and helpful. We golfed the course right next to Park Royal. 9 holes nothing fancy but we had a great time.

Staff is very friendly and eager to help. Poolside cabanas are great. They have 2 pools, a warm water one great for night and evening swimming and a cool one that is amazing in the daytime heat. Rooms were clean nicely furnished. Only downside for me is that there is Wi-Fi only in certain parts of the hotel. And it's not very good.

Pesimo service in the lobby, the facilities are horrible, the restaurant looks like a gas station and the quality of the food is horrible as are the drinks.

Quiet and away from the hustle and bustle of San Lucas ideal for anyone looking for tranquillity, it does not have Wi-Fi service and no heating in the pool.

The rooms are pleasant and comfortable but the service is very bad and there is only Internet service in the lobby (which charge).
