We purchased, and it's been a terrible experience. Solaz is reopening in 2023 and will be selling to a new group of potential clients. My recommendation is don't invest without talking to a current owner to get the full picture of what has transpired up to this point.

The Sunday brunch at La Deriva is AMAZING! The food is outstanding. The beachfront setting is beautiful. The service is excellent. Highly recommend!

Celebrating my Husband 50th Birthday ans Absolutely Breathtaking. Personal Concierge (Cesar) was so accommodating to our every need, Food was amazing, rooms and all the amenities. Ocean views. Definitely a must stay in Cabo!

We dropped by while walking along the beach. We are staying at a neighboring hotel, but wanted some different food for a change. The staff was beyond amazing. After lunch they treated us to a nice golf cart tour of the property. It is so gorgeous with its amazing desert landscaping over an overwhelming expansive property. I am already a member of another property, but if you have the $$ and want the ultimate luxury, I would highly recommend checking this place out.

We adored the endemic plant landscaping, spacious & stylish suite, and the professional & friendly staff. Overall, a beautiful and stylish resort with outstanding art. Uber a game changer for getting around, just advise the concierge you have one ordered so the gatekeeper lets them through.

The resort is beautiful and the staff is extremely accommodating. Every day has been beautiful. The landscape is traditional and well maintained. It’s a higher level of service than I’m used to and I love it. Also all rooms appear to have a gorgeous view of the ocean as they designed to resort into the slope leading to the water.

Wow, Beach side bar and fresh farm to table style breakfast… wandering around the property, restaurants and 6 pools. Friendly staff, 5 star care, take my cash! Pro Tennis courts under construction… TBC.

This is the newest resort in Cabo/San Jose. Ultra modern, sleek, and Beautiful no matter where you look. Resturants, swim up bars, several pools, spa, gym, day care & activities. Each room has it's own private patio on one side, and private garden on the other. The staff is amazing and eager to take care of their guests. Having been to many other resorts here, I feel it is the best the Baja has to offer. They also have the only government sanctioned museum on the baja. Worth every penny — Five Stars All The Way!

I give it a three because when we visited they were still finishing up. I can't wait to visit and see all the cool things the salesman talked about. I think we and our kids will love it.

Beautiful facility. One of the best naturally done landscapes I have ever seen. The staff service explified by a readiness to solve any request or to address any concerns immediately. Be sure to check out the zero edge pools and the natural wood benches carved from tree stumps.

An excellent hotel… awesome… and that which is not yet ending…

It is still under construction but the resort is quite spacious and is on the seafront when it is finished it will be a masterpiece.

We found out accidentally that our reservations in Feb 2018 were canceled when we were staying in Cabo in November. No one notified us. We just noticed that the building was not nearly finished. We did some checking and found out indeed the resort would not be ready for many more months. We invited good friends to stay with us and all of us have airfare that can't be canceled. They refuse to pay for our lost airfare and tried to place us in much inferior properties that were old and not ocean front. The service was poor and we felt like we were an inconvenience to them. The excuse for the delay was a hurricane. However, my understanding was that the hurricane brought heavy rains and affected the arroyos and not the beach front where the hotel is being built. Check your reservations because they may not tell you your reservation has been canceled until you arrive.
