I was a fan of staying at this hotel, but it turns out they don't accept service dogs…
Which is discrimination, what a sadness that in 2022 they continue to be so uneducated.
I don't recommend it at all.

The hotel is very nice, the staff very warm and the location perfect. We will definitely be back!

Great place to stay in La Paz. My room was very spacious and well maintained. The hotel is located about 2-3 blocks from the main strip so it’s pretty quiet but close enough to walk to the action. The morning breakfast was delicious. I would definitely stay here again.

Good service since we arrived. All the people very friendly especially Roberto in the restaurant and 5 stars for Norberto in the pool Bar. I recommend to all. I loved my stay. Would return and recommend. Close to the Malecon and downtown.

A very linpio the staff very friendly. A buffet very total connected, a pool which is very nice… The only thing that is missing from the deck is a campfire for this tenporada… Has a spectacular view.

I was exhausted when I checked in this past week, and was looking forward to a good night's sleep. However, I kept feeling an irritating sensation all night long, and wasn't able to sleep. Finally, at 4am, I turned the lights on and lifted my cover. There were black bed bug casings ALL OVER the sheets. I've experienced bedbugs once before at a hotel, and am very familiar with their behavior/look/etc. I am 100% certain the room was infested. I called the front desk, the morning manager came to take a look, and admitted to the bedbugs after viewing them. I had to ask him for an apology since he was trying to minimize the severity of the situation. They moved me to another room that morning. When it was time to check out a few days later, I asked to be refunded for the first night since I was in a room with bedbugs and didn't sleep at all. Honestly, I shouldn't even have had to ask, and the hotel should have offered some kind of discount on all the remaining nights as well as some kind of compensation for my negative experience. Not only did they refuse to refund me the first night, they had the audacity to tell me that they looked at the sheets and determined that it was "just sand". Extremely insulting. I'm pretty aware of the difference between SAND and BED BUGS. Also — — does that mean they don't change sheets between guests? Why would there by "sand" in my bed before I ever got into it?

French is my mother tongue… so first in French and try to translate in English … Beautiful, modern facility. Well located, a short walk from many shops, restaurants, … The staff is very smiling and attentive in all sectors. The breakfast is mexican, with fresh fruit, salty in quantity, and many pastries. The pool bar is held by a master hand a person who has mastered extensively about it, and would s… a place in many of the great palaces of the world. The rooms are well equipped and very clean. This is the first establishment that we do that actually applies the creed : towels available on earth changed, hung not changed. It applies the same policy for the bedding : remove the small cardboard on the bed so we can change it; otherwise no change. Clever especially in a place where water is not available in abundance. Beautiful, modern establishment. Well located, close, on foot, many shops, restaurants, … The staff is very smiling and considerate in all sectors. The breakfast is Mexican, with fresh fruit, salty quantity and many pastries. The pool bar is masterfully run by a person who has a good command of his subject and would fit into many of the world's most luxurious palaces. The rooms are well equipped and very clean.

Excellent hotel. The staff is knowledgeable, friendly, and accommodating. The rooms are ample and clean. The shower stall is big and it has a waterfall-type shower. The hotel restaurant is excellent. The location is perfect; in the middle of everything. The main cathedral is across from the hotel; hence the name. A 5-minute walk to the Malecon… the boardwalk. I recommend this hotel highly.

This is a beautiful, well located boutique style hotel. We were surprised at what excellent value for money it was. The roof top pool was lovely and the beds super comfy. Loved the free buffet breakfast too!

Stunning hotel right beside the historical cathedral and 10 min walk to the beach and malocon. Rooftop patio with a view of the church bells is unique. Beautiful courtyard. Delicious breakfast included. Excellent service. Best place to stay in la Paz.

A truly clean and comfortable hotel where the staff epitomises friendly customer service. My wife and I stayed at Hotel Catedral for two weeks enjoying the generous breakfast and prompt service. The central location of this tastefully renovated hotel provides both quietness and convenience with transportation at the doorstep and a bright underground carpark which leads guests to the hotel via the glass elevator. We might suggest booking a room on the ground floor though, as the higher one goes in this four-floor hotel, the more noise you are subject to from the bars/clubs in the neighborhood. We plan on returning to this excellent hotel next year. Happy travels. Edward.

Very good restaurant service, the food is good. It has a nice atmosphere and the place is nice. They have a buffet and breakfast a la carte. Prices are accessible.

This hotel is beautiful and has a great central location. The rooms are clean and comfortable. None of that matters, however, because the place is so loud all night long you won't get much rest.

We had room with 2 queen size beds. Interior is great Room is spacious, with nice bathroom, but you cannot correct the shower. Windows look to the dump/construction. They have their own pool on the top floor (but the water looked dirty for me). Top floor is a great place to watch the sunset. Breakfast is included. That was average breakfast, one positive moment about it : 70%of it was Mexican food. (but I had dirty glass, choose carefully). Coffee was very bad.
