Quinta Real Aguascalientes

We had to change rooms twice. One room the ceiling was falling onto our bed. Second the AC was emitting smoke and fumes. The tub in the 3 rooms was nasty with mold. Such a beautiful property but the rooms need to be remodeled asap.

Hotel has not been updated in more than a few years. The room had paint chipped all over, the curtains were ragged, the carpet was stained and filthy, the towels were frayed, the tub was peeling all over.
The first day I stayed there, there was no system to issue a key card (had to be escorted by bell boy), the next morning I found out there was no hot water, so had to shower with cold water. That same day I noticed that the phone was not working, so it was impossible to request room service. At night I couldn't turn on or of the bedside lamp, the only option was to connect and disconnect it. I really expected much more from what should be a 4 star hotel, belonging to the prestigious Camino Real group. Never again!

We had to walk far to pick up our vehicle.
There was no staff for valet parking.
There was 2 employees in the front just sitting there. Also the bathroom sink wasn’t working properly. Beautiful hotel but bad service. We usually visit the Zacatecas location, wich has excellent service.

Wonderful atmosphere. Love the architecture. The courtyard is great for photos. Very friendly staff. Great location. I love that it is right across from the park. A quiet, comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Lousy lousy we went to spend a nice weekend and the super icy pool we get sick is the worst hotel in Aguascalientes I will rate it badly on tripadvisor.

Pesimo service.
They did not respect the rate I booked.
They take hours to solve a mistake in your system and they don't solve it.
Desperate.
Not receiving it.

Excellent treatment and very nice facilities very nice gardens.

The hotel is very nice, the service excellent. The only bad thing is that the showers are for very nice people and it is uncomfortable to bathe, and some of the towels look old. Everything else is great.

The best experience of hospitality, service and elegance in Aguascalientes.
