Good spot found off the freeway headed to Aguascalientes city before you get to the center. Rooms were good size. I brought my dog with me. They have breakfast included. The selection is small but good food. Only thing that was disappointing was that I left my Sonic toothbrush in the room. I called all week to see if they found it. And no they were not able to find it.
I’ll start by saying that the breakfast chef Pablo was absolutely amazing! Hat’s off for the breakfast buffet crew. I think it’s important to mention that the Wi-Fi was completely unacceptable for a Hyatt of any kind. We had to leave a day earlier than expected because the connection through out the hotel was terrible at best. I was told that they were working on it however, it remained weak the entire 6 days. As a WOH member, we are used to a higher standard of service no matter which category of the property. The pool could also use some attention. Again, the chef Pablo and his staff were the shining example of our stay. 🙏🏻

I vacated the property over two weeks ago and still have not received my refund. Despite contacting customer support multiple times, I have only received generic responses stating that my case is “under review, ” with no clear explanation, timeline, or resolution.
In addition, I have sent multiple emails directly to the hotel regarding my refund and have not received a single response. The complete lack of communication from the hotel, combined with the repeated delays from customer support, has been extremely frustrating.
This level of service is unacceptable. A refund should not take this long, especially without any meaningful communication or updates. The repeated delays and lack of accountability have caused unnecessary inconvenience.
I expect my refund to be processed immediately. If this issue continues to be ignored, I will file formal complaints with the appropriate consumer protection authorities and pursue all available remedies. I hope this matter is resolved promptly so that no other customer has to experience the same poor level of service.
