Suits are 10/10, always clean and spacious, also the furnitures are good quality.
Room services is expensive but I do recommend you include the buffet breakfast (6:00-11:00). Not much variety but overall on point.
Cleaning ladies are nice but if you don't tip them properly will abandon you and same thing at the buffet. Also, people at the reception are either not qualified enough or lacking basic soft skills.
Location is the worst because is outside the city and if you don't have a car will need to use Uber every single day.

Room was small, bathroom ceiling had water damage that looked like it would fall onto sink counter. Checked out the next morning and was charged for 3 days instead of one. No recognition for gold card membership. Would not recommend this hotel.

The staff was really helpful finding places to visit and to find the best transportation options. The room cleanliness was perfect and all the amenities worked just fine. This was the best breakfast I gave found in all IHG hotels so far.

The property is nice and last time I stayed the staff was superb and the room was great. This time the staff although polite really seemed they didn't want to do their work. No attention is paid to guests. Room was untidy and the shower blocked and dirty. No pressure and Luke warm water at best. 40 minutes to be attended on the phone, no actual apology and the front desde was unmanned at least 3 times I passed by. It is important to train the staff again and make sure the cleaning people do more than just making the beds.

Excellent service and the employees are very attentive and helpful and friendly staff at the hotel room.
I would really go back solely for the excellent treatment they gave me as a guest. I am grateful that they have helped to have a pleasant rest with impeccable cleaning in that room.

First, I paid for my two night stay through Groupon. We arrived late for check-in so I am glad that we were able to still check in despite only enjoying our room the first day for literally 30 minutes. However, upon entry of the room we found that the room was not clean (dirty carpet near beds and dirty bathroom floor). I didn't call down to have it cleaned because it was late. The next morning I saw the ladies up cleaning and assumed my room would be cleaned as well (no such luck). I also assumed I would have access to continental breakfast but found out it was $8.99 for breakfast. By the time I finished my activities I came back to a dirty room and no towels. Again, I didn't complain I just cleaned up my room myself. I called down to the front desk for more towels but no one was there (literally the entire trip). I couldn't hit the front desk worker in the head with a red apple as she was no where to be found. Upon returning home, I realized I had been charged twice for my room. I have been calling ever since to get a refund but as usual, NO ANSWER AT THE FRONT DESK! I will never stay here again!
