The rooms are spotless and contemporary, and the service is impeccable. The location is simply ideal. I would definitely stay here again if I ever need to.
I stayed here with my family and honestly at first it felt amazing. We ordered food in the cafe and we were able to get a 30 min prior check in! The only issue with the cafe is that there were flies!
But as our stay progressed the workers got rude. We were wanting a room service day 3 and we called to see if they were near or not because we wanted to be out of the room as the day before we had to step out and we weren’t prepared, especially with a toddler I want to make sure I take toys etc or plan a trip with purpose. The guy down stairs in the front desk said they were going to clean our room soon. We decided to go out for lunch and spend three hours out. Came back and we realized they did not come. So I called again to get a status update because we wanted to take a nap and my toddler needed a nap too. He said that house keeping will get to it and that “no son los únicos huéspedes en el hotel”. All I managed to say was “gracias”. And then I told my husband who thought was so rude too! And he is someone who is very patient and understanding.
The last day, the toilet didn’t flush well! When we would just pee. The maintenance guy showed up and he saw and said “oh no va el papel higiénico aquí ”. I had peed and wiped (normal nothing crazy), then he said “Mira” and proceeded to put his hand with no gloves in the toilet pulled out the paper and threw it in the trash and then with that same hand flushed the toilet. The toilet did flush well and no more problems. I was shook!

Not too sure what to say about this Hilton hotel. The women and the young man that are at the front desk (that are the first face that one sees when arriving at the hotel) are most of them rude/condescending and a cooky attitude.
Only the woman manager that was able to help us, was nice.
The rest of the staff at the front desk, need to be re-trained in order to provide a good customer service.
My husband, myself @ other member of my close family stayed at their hotel. The rooms were okay, nothing extraordinary.
However I reported the following and during our 8 day stay these issues were not solved:
1. Power outlet by the bed did not work, essential so we could charge our Iphones. This was reported at least twice and never fixed;
2. A nightgown that was placed under the towels (this way we could re-use them) disappear, was never found;
3. We had to extend our day (one night) as my sister is a terminal cancer patient. We had to move to another room for ONE night because according to the manager they were booked. I highly doubted the hotel was booked, not during the month of October in the middle of the week.
We were supposed to check out Oct 14, a Tuesday, and instead we checked out Oct. 15th. We had to pack everything for one night. We were told we had until noon to move from one to the other one.
That room we were put was much older, instead of a king size bed the room had two beds. There was mold in the shower, dirty, We could tell this room had not been properly cleaned.
