Do not stay in this hotel. The bathroom has a door that slides sideways. When I slide the door close and try to open it again it got stuck. If I would have been inside the bathroom alone I would have to have scream very loud and bang the door and see if someone pasding outside the hallway could seek for help. Very dangerous to say in this hotel. We called the hotel clerk and the maintenance employee had to bring in some tools to slide the door. It took him about 10 minutes. Then he offered if we want to change rooms. This happened at 10pm when my family was already in bed and we had just arrived from the airport. We were so tired when we got to the hotel from the airport that night and then this incident happens. Horribly stay and earlier before this incident happened, there were very loud bangs comming from the hallway, probably another door getting stuck from another guest room. I have video and pictures on how the maintenance employee struggle souch to slide the door open. Very scary moment for my family. Do not stay in zny of these rooms in this hotel.

5/12/25 check in Rooms and location were good for a night stay. My husband doesn't speak Spanish and was treated with terrible customer service from the front desk lady. Initially I felt bad for her when we checked in. There were about 5 different people at the front desk and no one was helping her out when she had a line of customers. However once we got to her I was pretty disappointed with her rudeness when we asked questions. My husband is a diamond member and honestly should have reported her. Last time we will stay there.

I've stayed here too many times to count, it's close to airport and our plant. Shuttle will take me to both those. Rooms are nice, clean and comfortable. Workout room is one of the best I've seen… lots of space and equipment. Food in the hotel is edible but just ok. La Mansion restaurant next door is awesome and will deliver to room.

I'm sure it would have been better stay if the lights didnt go out… it was close to the airport… so for the price, wasnt really worth it especially when I didnt get to sleep…

This is a truly excellent hotel. Super convenient location right near the airport and various business parks. Staff members consistently go above and beyond to make you feel welcome. Rooms are clean, spacious and well-appointed. Breakfast buffet includes plenty of choices.

Place is nice but disappointed. Showed up to check in, it’s about 55 degrees F outside, cold and chilly, the girl tells me that the heater in “some” rooms are not working, well what can I do, I complete the check in and go to the room…. The heater isn’t working but they have the AC on set at 17 degrees! turns out and tallying to other guests, all the rooms don’t have heat. Needless to say the next day I woke up with runny nose. The internet went out, only one elevator works so you have to wait, wait, wait especially in the morning when everyone is heading out. The bathroom in the lobby has a toilet minus the toilet seat — what! Oh, and it’s been like that for some time because I noticed that a few months back when I first stayed at this place. They greet you with a coupon for coffee…. Doesn’t most Hampton offer free coffee anyways? The breakfast is delicious and has good selection. I will not stay here when I go back for work……. It’s a shame because it’s conveniently close to the airport. If you plan on staying or booking here, call and make sure they have a working heater unless you want to freeze because it does get a super cold this time of year.

This is an industrial area so not much sight seeing but the amenities around it made it great for my business trip. They even helped us with transportation services and let me tell you we hired whom they recommended and the cost and service was like nothing else I have experienced. They drove us 3 hours away and waiting for us to finish our meetings and took us to local places so that we can get some tourist time in and the cost was amazing. This hotel was clean and staff was friendly and the breakfast spread was WOW! Definitely recommend.

I few times each year I stay with my mother-in-law and 2 kids in a suite. This visit has been amazing. The housekeeping staff has been extremely helpful. Barbara from housekeeping made sure that we had everything we need every single morning. She went above and beyond. The complimentary breakfast was pretty great too.

Booked two nights specifically requesting a bathtub. Celebrated a birthday the first night. Staff was kind to put together a late night table for us with confetti and a happy birthday sign. They also made a nice plate with cake. Food was good. Only ate half to save some for later. Asked it to be brought up to the room since our hands were full with our drinks. Asked two people and both agreed. Over an hour later I went to check and was told it had been tossed.
Went to take a bath the first night and the tub drain was broken. They fixed it the next day but I'd someone specifically requests something like that, better be sure it's working.
Had my dog with me. The pet area was not maintained, overgrown and cut off from the hotel. The doors connecting the pet area to the pool and lobby were both locked and was told I had to exit the hotel and walk around.
There's a nice gym. Equipment worked. The AC was set too hot but locked and unable to change it making working out unpleasant.
The way the hotel is situated in the highway, driving from the north is easy but from the south or leaving to go north is a lot of hassle and backtracking.
There is one row of shaded parking. When the sun comes up, both days they places cones in each parking spot preventing anyone from using them. And only those spots! I saw no work being done best those spots to justify blocking them both days only while the sun was out.

I booked this hotel because it is very close to the airport plus they offer free shuttle. The room was very clean and the beds are super comfortable. I felt at home away from home. The entire staff is courteous and attentive which is a big plus for me. Big shout out to Adrian Munis from Guest Services, he went above and beyond to locate my tennis shoes that I left behind. Being in the same industry myself I know he has a great passion for customer service. Thank you for making my trip even more enjoyable!
