Very bad service, lousy, the bathroom threw water from the sink, there was no hot water, the internet failed a lot and apart from a person in particular who attended super rude, and says that my daughter and her cousin did not look 10 years old and I charge them as an adult, and when we left the hotel when we left she told us that a towel was missing that I do not know if she hid it or something and charged us tamb. I had never had such a bad experience in a hotel!
➜ Terrible, 2 people came in to make up someone, apart from an assistant and they do not let people pass, a video was put on cell phone volume and saying to get ridiculous.

We stayed here whilst having a night out. It is a beautiful hotel. Lovely decor, great food and friendly staff. Location is perfect. The rooms are fantastic. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
