Fiesta Inn Express Aguascalientes

The rooms need an update and the beds aren’t as comfortable as I’d hoped. The service is good, the staff is very friendly but lack some quality of information (I called cause I left my two big kids, wanted to be transferred to their room and was refused) I know the name on the room, plus the room number, and still they couldn’t help me! The location is in a high traffic area (which is fine) but the look isn’t appealing to the eye. It looks like a run down neighborhood and you’re in a not so nice part of town. But the people in the neighborhood are all great and friendly. It’s just the look! The area needs a good cleaning and the potholes in the street are everywhere, please fix those asap!

The hotel is just ok, it has been run down a bit. The floors are bulking, and the walls need a bit of touching up. Nothing horrible but definitely not good! The bathroom's floor look like they need a scrub, dark on some areas and caking of lime on futures. The hotel has nice staff, the food is ok. Only thing I question is how are the cleaning these bathrooms if they are in this condition. No bad smells, linen is good, pillows are good bed is ok.
