Hotel Casa Legado Spa & Resort

We just recently stayed here and me and my parents loved it! Laura who works in the restaurant was very nice and sweet! She helped us with our questions that we had! Her customer service was on point! Mary and Karina who did our massages were very gentle with it being our first massages! Antonio was a very nice man and he was very welcoming when we arrived. The total experience was amazing, and we will be returning!

This is a beautiful hotel and spa in Aguascalientes. I loved the individual lux cabins, the pools, the open spaces and the spa. The service is also impeccable.

Excellent place, very comfortable and the facilities are beautiful, especially the pool “the cave” the SPA service is excellent, congratulations to Adamari and Kari who took great care of us and gave us a super relaxing massage.
The food and drinks very delicious, just a couple of details, we ordered a couple of “gringas” to the room and it took almost 15 minutes to bring them and in the end they brought “micheladas”
My wife ordered a cut of meat for dinner and she was very specific in asking for it well cooked and they ended up taking it away finished 3/4
The room was very spacious and comfortable except that that day we had rain and it was getting into the living room area.
Lastly and it was somewhat unpleasant, I was going to make myself some tea and at the same time open the coffee maker to heat the water, it was all dirty and it made me sick to use it.
In general the service, attention and facilities are very good and it is a place to spend a pleasant moment with your partner.

Perfect place to get away from any stress. In 24hours you come back completely relaxed. Everything is simply perfect!
