Such a nice hotel, love the location and the inside is almost perfection (stairwells excluded as they were also problematic and not clean).
Unfortunately the pool area (steps and ramp etc etc) is not cleaned at all. I was there over 5 days and the same dirt / marks / spillages etc were there throughout. The pool tables / grass wasn’t clean either. In a photo attached you’ll also see a false nail that was laying throughout. Such a disappointment.
I would love to come back and see this had been addressed as it’s not nice and fails the hotel overall.

I am a frequent traveler. I recently stayed with my teen daughter at this hotel in Aguascalientes, Mexico, and I had a major issue during my third night there.
We were never warned about a wedding party taking place just outside our room. The music made our windows and beds vibrate until midnight, and a drunk guy with a microphone was yelling vulgarities while the party continued.
We left the hotel the next morning in order to continue our travel up to Texas, so we hardly slept at all. I would like a refund for my third night but according to Expedia the hotel refuses to make a partial refund. Furthermore, it would be great if they warned future guests about such events to avoid this situation, please have a look to the attached documents.
By the way, we decided to stay there for sentimental reasons—my mom grew up in the neighborhood and I have fond memories of my childhood—so I thought it would be a good idea to bring my daughter there.
