A great place to stay, it's kind of growing on you and after a while you won't like to leave 😎
The pool, the cleanliness, the closeness to the ocean. (sunsets are amazing), location, appartment setup, Guy's fast responses on all of your questions — either one of us have never stayed at an Airbnb with as fast responses as from Guy. He even sorted out a friends request to deliver a birthday card and champagne to my wife's birthday (with one days heads up). Also need to mention Guy's great parents that has helped out in the best of ways and sorted out issues along the way.
The closest beach is not so much for swimming, but on the other hand great for sea shell excursions and just minutes away with car, some more by foot, you have access to some of the finest beaches on the island. Trou-aux-Biches is a great beach, but if you travel, as us, with smaller kids, Mont Choicy Beach 4km away is even better. More food stands and shaded area closer to the sea shore.
A perfect Chez Popo (supermarket) with a little bit of everything is ~1km away and not even 100m away in the other direction you have the cutest little fruit stand for your daily fruit and vegetables.
Would recommend a car, but we heard that the local buss services are also a good option.
If you are a diver I can really recommend Bubble Diving center, a short walk from the appartment (past the fruit stand).
We stayed for over 4 weeks and loved every moment of it.
