Beautiful location, good facilities and very kind staff. Ideal for a honeymoon! And golfers, of course. Boutique resort with only 50 rooms which makes your experience more intimate and personable than large 5* all inclusive hotels. You have to go to Bois Cheri tea factory and Val de Le Coloures nature activity reserve. Would highly recommend.
The course is deceptively long, on the course planner it advises caution given various hazards, however I am not short off the tee but it played long… found for my second round that the driver came out a lot more! Recommend the burger and chicken pizza at the club house, maybe steer clear of chicken and prawn curry! Great caddy master, set us up perfectly every morning, great track!

Check in was fast but we wait 20 minutes for the welcoming drink which did not worth the waiting. The room was big, but the king bed was 2 small bed put together which was not comfy at all and they were no toothbrush, no sleepers, no free water… There is a construction site just in front of the room starting working around 9:30am… they are many beautiful swimming pool but during our 3 nights stay all of them except the one in the restaurant were out of service! They did not even clean the seats around the swimming pool during our stay. The beach is OK but not as beautiful as in the pictures. The choice of food is limited, expensive and average taste for Mauritius, if you wanna get around, you will need at least 40 usd to go and come back for the taxi. Finally I chose this hotel because of the free class of golf, which I try to book at the check in (Wednesday), they told me that I should go on Thursday morning, and they will contact me to confirm which never happened. I call them back at night, the guy who answered did not know anything about this and told me to call back on the morning. When I call back they told me there are no class on Thursdays but I could book for Friday morning at 9:30am which I did. I call back at night to confirm everything. Then Friday morning I come to the lobby at 9:28am, they told me I was too late, the class was at 8:30am! I told them my disappointment, the lady try to reach the manager to arrange something but she could not.
