Excellent welcome, the kindness of Mauritians is not legendary. We spend a heavenly stay that ends in apotheosis with the surprise celebration of my husband's birthday.
The country is all in contrast between mountains and sea to discover.
The rooms are spacious, clean and the staff efficient and very discreet.
We recommend this hotel and hope to be able to come back.

Best Beachcomber hotel I have visited so far! We had the best server at the pool everyday — Mamed! He is amazing, he made sure we had the most relaxing 10 days! Loved the different choices of restaurants each evening! Rooms are spacious and room service was great! Highly recommend!

Living in Mauritius we are used to staying in hotels. Trou aux Biches Beachcomber is suitable for both families and couples. The setting is sublime, the staff is attentive and always smiling, helpful.
Several restaurants as beautiful as they are good.
Various free activities for adults and children.
For a holiday or a weekend, a TOTAL change of scenery!

Beautiful palm garden, very well maintained and absolutely clean. Service, in the buffet restaurant is ok. Excellent service in the a la carte restaurants. The room service comes in the morning and evening to clean up which is wonderful. Very special praise to Mamed by the pool, this is by far the best waiter in the whole complex! always attentive, never runs empty, clears everything that is not needed, why he only works at the pool is a mystery to me?! Likewise, Rajesh is a great waiter. All in all wonderful holiday, thank you 🙂

Beautiful hotel but in this hot weather not enough drinking water for customers. In the room only one bottle of water for two people for all day and then you have to buy water all the time. No any water in the lobby. I think for 5 star hotel is not acceptable.

We have loved our two week holiday at Trou Aux Biches, property is mint, food and staff service is impeccable and the scenery amazing.

A hyper attentive and extremely well trained staff, beautiful surroundings, spacious rooms, top restaurants, very well stocked menus and extraordinary chefs!

The most wonderful hotel to stay with hospitality par excellence and nothing too much to help with… always a helping hand food is out of this world. View of the sea is pure heaven and even though in quarantine I feel like I'm on second honeymoon thank you for the best time ever.

An excellent Hotel right in the middle of a Park created. The sea is right next door. Fitness equipment top. Great Service from all the staff. All friendly and courteous.

The best Indian restaurant on the island. The chef prepared a special vegan menu for me. Just brilliant.

There are 6 restaurants that you can choose from. Food is lovely. All staffs are kind and cheerful. Nice gym with daily classes and steam room. Free Water sports. Nice spa, but we didn’t go. Bless.

Staying at the resort was a tremendously pleasant experience. Service was impeccable and definitely shows the level of dedication and care the group has for its customers. Food was delish and of very good quality. The overall ambience of the resort is a good balance of tranquility and pep. Very proud that Mauritius still has places keeping its hospitality flag floating high.

This has got to be the best resort we have stayed at so far. All the staff was super friendly and couldn’t do enough for us. The food was incredible with Chefs Murday and Danny preparing the most delicious delicacies for us on a daily basis. A big thanks to all the staffs at Trou aux biches Beachcomber for making my wedding anniversary a memorable one. The staff was super friendly and polite. The Junior suite room was very nice, clean, had modern architecture and was easy to get to the private pool. A special mention to Mr sadeck and his team at Oasis restaurant for their excellent service. The food was delicious and tasty. Excellent buffet quality. Truly genuine and warm people! I would highly recommend this hotel. From Yaseen and Amreen.

We were there for 2 weeks with our little daughter. The Senior Pool Suites are in a perfect location! The staff is very friendly and very helpful. You can order extra food for the children every day. We are coming again next year.
The beach is gorgeous and very clean. The whole hotel area offers a lot of variety with the many restaurants. You can go for a walk through the whole area and also at the sea front there is a path, ideal with children! We felt very comfortable.

I knew going in that this resort had a good reputation, but I can honestly say that it was even better than expected. From the awesome location, helpful and friendly staff, to the amazing views, and wonderful room, every aspect of my stay was extremely satisfying. Troux Aux Biches will definitely be referred by me to anyone interested in going.

Perfect place ever. I booked full board for honeymoon. Was wonderful landscape and facilities. But room was humid. Try to dry but… don’t know how to turn on heating system. Except that everything is wonderful. :) If I have a chance, really want to go again! :)

Return from honeymoon with my wife leaving a pleasant memory of this very special resort. Immersed in a dense green vegetation. Taken care of in detail. Without the facilities of the restaurants and rooms ruining all the surrounding environment. The kindness and friendliness of all the staff is excellent. Our room pur. Not being suite was pleasant and well taken care of. To Reach the private beach walking in the inner streets immersed in the green was relaxing and magnificent. We tried five. Ristiranti of the six present and I have to leave a particular comment of full satisfaction and professionalism for The Caravels, where kitchen, service and environment are really special. A note of merit to Mr. Randhir who served us by showing all his professionalism and courtesy in explaining to us The dishes and tips on the wines. He put Us at ease right from the early evening.

You are missing nejorar in a lot, the quality in general. The service staff, waiters, cooks, service of breakfast and meals Buffet 5 out of 10. The dinner is a I want to and I can not, if you go to the letter since there is no menu, or at least I haven't seen it, the presentation of the dishes to improve quality and to improve 6 out of 10. I am a customer of Bichcomber from 6 years ago, and possibly I'm used to Le Paradis. Exceptional everything. All.

This is the first night if a 6 night stay. The service is outstanding. The staff is really friendly and willing to help. This promises to be a great experience if the last few hours are anything to go by.

Service not great. Food okayish a bit disappointing. Clean and nice premises though.

First class hotel, very good and friendly service, the rooms are very large and stylish depending on the categories, the beach as well as the sea and the view are priceless, the food is not bad but for a 5 ⭐ ️ hotel somewhat boring and average.
The only hard point of criticism are the beverage prices these are very high (e. G. A beer 0, 33 costs 8 euros and the glass of wine is just under 10 euros).

I enjoyed my week in this very charming hotel! It is paradise here, really, I wanted to thank strong the team of the Teens club which is really great, they are well taken care of me especially Ludovic and Aurélie. My big positive point of holidays in addition to the beautiful pool and the beautiful beach is the esuipe of the teens club.
A special mention to Sandrine of the Mini Club, Fabien of the animation, they are great; I keep an excellent memory, all these people made my stay even better. The sports team of golf tennis and gym is great to listen to and really effective, besides being nice! (Jim and Prithee are fantastic) The food is good, but not very varied when you do not eat meat or seafood. The service is good. And at any time we are pampered. The pool is beautiful, the beach is good but lacks a bit of verticality. I strongly recommend this hotel. My great discontent goes for Jonathan (Nathaniel) the manager of the Mini Club, besides being unpleasant with his staff he brews air, speaks loudly on everyone, he put me out of the Mini club while I was playing with children in football, not Welcoming at all and ridiculous, he has nothing to do at this post in such a hotel. It ruins the atmosphere instead of making it good. It has nothing to do here this guy. Finally I wanted to thank once again Barack Aurelie Fabien Sandrine and Prithee who made my stay extremely enjoyable in an idyllic setting.

Wow, what a place! Thank you for making my life beautiful, my holiday divine and my expectations exceeded. I've been so impressed with your professional, friendly and timely attitudes to all my requests — and always with a smile! Ms Fatima was the first person whom I met when I had a query/problem, which she and her front desk team sorted out for me. It was seamless. The Boat House staff (you know who you are! ) made my every day special — think I tried every single activity, nearly, — and you taught me, coached and encouraged me all along the way — thank you! I've loved it with you all and I'll be back, soon I hope! So, now a bit about the facilities; I spent quite a bit of time at the gym. With 3 separate rooms, cardio/studio/weights & strength equipment, there was lots of choice. I took a couple of Aquagym classes which were fun and well attended. Breakfast buffet was delicious with everything you desire plus an unexpected treat of champagne! The most impressive thing about this hotel, apart from the staff that makes it such a fabulous place, is the long, white beach that stretches and stretches, probably one of the best one on the island.

Super Hotel complex in north-west Mauritius. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Rooms from furnishings to cleanliness simply top! The Geflegelt, the beach and the lagoon are just fantastic. No backpack hostel for that but every penny worth for an unforgettable holiday!

This hotel is madness. We enjoyed our stay to the fullest and came to enjoy a couple of wedding specials. The six restaurants that are available are really very great. From Indian to Thai or simply Italian, etc. Taste the food excellent and is a feast for the eyes. The hotel complex is very well maintained and invites you to linger. Also beach.
The only and small negative point is that the water, for example, For on the beach has an excessively high price. So we bought the water at the nearby supermarket where it was 10x cheaper.

Great hotel complex, spacious and dreamlike! The food is fantastic and very varied! The beach is a single dream. Since all sports facilities such as sailing, pedal boat, snorkeling or glass bottom boat are included, a day at the beach can quickly degenerate into leisure stress. We were there in June, even if at that time in Mauritius autumn, the weather was awesome. 27 degrees, water 25 degrees, low humidity and rarely rain.

Everything great here, beach, pools, restaurants, bars. The completely overpriced drinks are a small negative point. Almost five times as expensive as in the nearby supermarket.

Extraordinary Hotel in the northern area, excellent service, rooms spectacular (front beach), personal care up on the beach, where you can see unforgettable sunsets. Restaurants with good service and well-stocked. Gardens and swimming pools clean perfectly maintained.

Its the wrost place in my whole trip. I had to change rooms FOUR times because of COCKROACHES and the hotel told me its because of the "weather". How ridiculous is that at a resort like this?. They need to change the whole bathroom for cockroaches to be gone. The wooden material floor in the bathroom is rotten and its the nest of cockroaches. Should I be thanking them for the room they gave me at fourth time which was a double bedroom? I had to sleep because I was too tired and couldn't be bothered more. In addition their room smells bad as well I had to buy an air refresher spray to keep my room air fresh. I thank the hotel to ruin my last night of the honeymoon.

Absolutely beautiful resort we came on honeymoon here 3rd July! Very large resort but at no point did it feel it! Sun was out everyday bit of cloud but nothing to much! Beautiful beach beautiful pool areas! Restaurants are amazing we did the escape package (all inclusive only available this time of year) but felt it was bit cheeky as there were a lot supplements for quite a lot of seafood and meat on the menus (when you've already paid near £6000 for the holiday) Wine, soft drinks and beer are included out of your apartment everywhere but the beach yet only beer and soft drinks are only included in room no wine which we thought is bit cheeky wen local wine is included everywhere else! We do think the escape package needs to be looked at and reassessed as we found a lot of people we spoke to complained about it and thought the same! This aside it wouldn't stop us coming back we are already planning our next visit! The house keeping is impeccable, staff are amazing and water sports choice is fabulous so is the food! We highly recommend the Mauritius night and the Thai restaurant and the beef ribs £65 supplement (see why we thought it was cheeky) this was in the l'oasis it was out of this world! There's one lady that we would personally like to thank and that's Fatima she is the manager!

After a second night in Mauritius we changed the hotel and immediately the holiday feeling changed as well. The atmosphere is just exquisite. From the second you walk through the gates the experience is unforgettable. The variate in food is great and all kind of sport activities.

Perfect place for relaxing holidays. The hotel is luxurious and the service quite professional and friendly. Food is very good and have a wide range to choose from: seafood, mediterranean, indian and thai were our top options. They have all kind of activities for free: catamaran, windsurf, paddle board, snorkeling, tennis… etc.

The breakfast is the best time because it makes a splendid time and buffet is just a delight.
The central pool, with sea view, is very pretty.
But… pools located between homes are perfect for relaxation, especially when there are few people.
It's a unique place :)

The family rooms are very neglected and dark.
Cleaning it is very shallow and there are no mosquito nets.
The waterfront suite instead are nice.
The hotel however it is old and doesn't have enough services.
International food … for we Italians do not recommend it,
The drinks are terrible lacks a real barman!

Best hotel I have been to out of Trou Aux Biches, Le Victoria, Il Paradise and Le Cannonier. A bit pricy but worth it in the end.

We stayed at this hotel charm; good food and comfortable room. We tried the SPA (do it! ) and shame for not having tried the pool.

All pics advertised are fake. Except the door.

Can't say it's a spot for snorkelling in the basin, we can clearly see that the coral was crushed, pushed back. Then go up to the barrier reef, but that's not too much either. Prefer flat island for the snork.
On the deck of trou aux biches, we're annoyed every 2 minutes between souvenir sellers and servers of the hotel trying to place drinks.
For everything else, this hotel, is the top in Mauritius, in addition, everything is new and design.
