Nice place but low quality toilet!
Residence Peramal is a group of Self catering service apartments, located in the village of Grand Baie, in the Northern part of the country. It is about an hour drive from the International airport. Classic studio apartments are available at a price of 1500MUR per night without AC which is approx 45USD and 1800MUR for an AC one (approx 52USD). The place is quaint and situated in the lane next to the famous Seafood restaurant, Le Capitaine. Please note, they do not have any in house restaurant or food services available. Ambiance: Rooms are spacious for 2 people along with a balcony and had amenities such as free Wi-fi within the room, a well equipped kitchen with Refrigerator, Microwave, Induction stove, Utensils, Plates, TV, Air conditioner (at an extra cost of 300MUR per day). The shower space in the bathroom was relatively small than expected and the flush wasn't in the best of the conditions. The bed and pillows were of a good quality. Cleaning was done on a daily basis and the timings were from 9am to 1pm. The waterfront view from property were really good. The overall property is well maintained with abundance of greenery all across. The place is well situated at about a walking distance of 200 metres from a famous Hindu temple and surrounded by various food options ranging from economical to expensive. Food options — From my experience, no other restaurants deliver food, except for Pizza Hut which is located about 1 mile away at Super U.

Very clean and very friendly staff. He gave us information about the places to visit and less touristy sites. The only thing is that I found missing a dryer, some hand towels and rags for the kitchen. But it's all good.
