Beautiful place, great food, lovely staff. We really liked water activities like snorkeling, stand-up paddle boarding and catamaran trip. Especially the food in Tadka and Lor Disap was heavenly good.

We are delighted with our stay, and have nothing to add: the service is impeccable, the green areas are magnificent, the rooms are very well equipped and very well maintained, nothing to say either about the food, the buffet and the restaurants are very varied and very good. Thank you again for your welcome and your smiles which greatly contribute to the success of our holidays.

Hotel very good in terms of infrastructure and activities but I give a very bad rating for cocktails that are only made with syrups and where there is almost no alcohol or nothing!

The best hotel on the Island!
We stayed ad Zilwa Attitude Hotel from 2.12.2021 till 11.12.2021. We were more than happy with their service. Hotel is beautiful and clean, rooms are very spacious, the food was delicious. The staff was sooooo nice, very polite and professional. They were very helpful and kind. Hotel beach is very beautiful and clean, the pool areas (there are three) are great with enough sun beds for everyone. We had half board and made reservation for three à la carte restaurants prior to arrival, and they were excellent (we ate at Kot Nou, Siaw and Tadke). For the rest we chose to eat at a buffet since the food was the best there. Overall, you don't have to worry about food ad Zilwa Attitude. We were all very happy (we also had 2 children with us age 9 and 11, and they had no problem finding food they liked). We would highly recommend this hotel to all – couples and families. Furthermore, we also got married at this hotel on 7.12.2021. The wedding was stunning, and we are very grateful for our wedding coordinator, who did all the work for us. It took us maybe 15 minutes of deciding the cake flavor, meal selection and flowers for the bouquet. The location of the wedding was a private island, and they did amazing job decorating the place. Additional chairs at the service were free of charge. We had our own music playing before and after the ceremony. They also made a bigger cake (for 10 people) free of charge.

Amazing place to stay… the Mauritian culture breathes throughout the decor, cuisine and architecture of the hotel! Staff is very kind and friendly… Buffet is yummy with diverse options. I wish it was easier to secure a booking in the other a la carte restaurants.

One of the best places we've stayed x the staff, environment and food was amazing x I would encourage anyone to visit and experience this place.

We came here for our honeymoon and it's amazing. So beautiful. Glad we came when we did as there aren't many people here so it's been peaceful. The staff have been doting on us and we haven't had to get up to get a drink or anything it's been amazing. Definitely coming again but going to wait till restrictions lift as we will be bringing the kids.

We finish our fourteen in 2 days and I wanted to say that the staff is very nice and welcoming… we had special requests to which the staff responded quickly and efficiently. Giovanni the manager was incredibly kind and professional… I was very apprehensive about this second fourteen but I was pleasantly surprised. Thank you very much to the entire Zilwa team.
Ps: this is a family-friendly hotel so don't be shocked to see children running… they remain children and they are also on vacation 😉😉😉

Had an Amazing Time at Zilwa! Very welcoming and helpful staffs. Good food and clean, spacious rooms. Family friendly. I highly recommend this hotel. You won't be deceived. Numerous swimming pools, a good kids' club with lots of activities.

Hotel was lovely, not sure it’s a 5 star when I compare to others, but it is very nice. The beach was a little rocky in places so take beach shoes. They can supply you with some which are not great if you don’t want to take your own.
Top tip — if you talk with the padi hut they will allow you to take a boat ride to a nearby island where you can snorkel in crystal clear waters for about 4 hours. We asked the hotel for a pack up to take with us, which was a great idea. It only cost 500 (about £10) we saw turtles, shark and lots of fish.
The clarity of the water at the hotel is not good, so you can’t snorkel there. We did a day trip with big john to see the dolphins and turtles. It was a really early start (6.30am). We had a pack up from the hotel. The trip was ok but very commercial with lots of boats doing the same thing. We did see them and had a lovely time but I wouldn’t do it again. Room was functional and basic but ok. We had to ask a few times for an ironing board and iron as they don’t have one per room.
They do have a mosquito zapper but the maid kept unplugging it, so make sure check it’s left on. We went all inclusive — but be carful as some things you will have to pay extra for. You if can walk to the little island which we did most days, but they do have a floating boat which will take you if you don’t want to walk/swim.
We had a afternoon with a bbq which was nice and would recommend.

We have had the most amazing honeymoon here at Zilwa. The hotel is beautiful and staff so friendly and cannot do enough for you. Our room was gorgeous and all the facilities are wonderful. The spa was so relaxing, water sports fun, BBQ lunch on Grande Zil, catamaran and various snorkelling trips, visit to Rani’s house for a traditional family evening full of music, delicious food and amazing hospitality … just perfect.
Mauritius is beautiful, so much to experience and we hope to return! Would recommend to anyone…

Was a great holiday my family and I enjoyed every detail offered within the hotel the beach is just perfect and clean food was delicious and they did an amazing job at keeping everything authentic.

Really very nice hotel complex also very suitable for families with children, unfortunately a disaster in terms of service and hospitality. The staff is neither accommodating, friendly, helpful and not even fast. The rooms are also very bare and spartan.

Fantastic food staff so wonderful great for water canoes snorkeling glass bottom boats quite shallow. Great for honeymoon great for families however the two do not mix. Otherwise can't fault the place.

Lor Disaab for lunch was If you are getting married I would definitely recommend having the ceremony on the small island Grand Zil. A lot more private and only a 5 minute boat ride away. The photographer was also good. The sunrise boat trip is definitely worth doing if you like that sort of thing. The room was good but would’ve been better if it was a bit bigger with more storage. As a whole we both loved the resort and would go back again… maybe for an anniversary.

This is absolutely an amazing Hotel. Nothing but positivity from start to finish. Fantastic staff all round. An amazing destination.

Very nice hotel, up North, easy to get to. We were impressed with their staff, very well trained, easy to approach and talk to, always paying attention to client's needs. Beautiful beach as well as beautiful room view to the ocean. Food is very diverse, either international either local with 5 different restaurants to choose. We were welcomed with a small gift on the bed (a hat for the gentleman, a beach bag for myself and a bottle of local rum) as well as a romantic dinner on the beach (honeymoon). This has been the perfect vacation and Zilwa is worth great deal of the credit.

We absolutely loved this hotel and of course the wonderful island of Mauritius. The hotel had the best setting we have ever seen, the staff were awesome and very bad influences, (in a good way :) Raksha, Durgun especially but Ravi and Arnaud deserve a special mention also!
Rooms were immaculately clean and our view was superb (highly recommend asking for room 1622! ).
Food and drink were all excellent and the entertainment nice and varied. All inclusive is far better value if you are considering options.

Staff service exceeds a 4 star standards. The structure is very pleasant, organisation make you feel comfortable. 3+ restaurants and many additional facilities. Location is beautiful and not tormented by rain.

Very good hotel. Not much to say, except it's perfect.
Small black spot, lack of fruit (for a tropical country) in the buffets of the morning noon and evening. Maybe the season? Winter arrives there…
For divers, the Dododiver Club right next to the hotel is fine. Too bad that in the season there's not much to see.

The perfect holiday!
Top service and extremely friendly staff, as I have never experienced in any hotel. Guests are literally read the wishes of their lips. The hotel facility gigantic.
Food and drinks as much as you like, from early to evening and for everyone something.
Giant selection in leisure … Boat hire, scuba diving, snorkeling, tennis, volleyball, gym, etc.
For children a lot of space to play in the childcare provided by the hotel.
The view from the pool is breathtaking!
I can only recommend this hotel to others.

What more can you say about this place that hasnt already been said it is truly paradise. The staff are incredible, from the moment we walked in there were welcoming smiles. From receptionist, concierge through to the garden staff. The food has been great and if you get a chance book Lor Disab restaurant as the food alone deserves a post. Room was great and big and the beaches were wonderful. And the Gran Zil experience was amazing day out but still in. My only recommendation is go all inclusive as its worth the money. Thanks to all at Zilwa Attitude.

Superb place for a holiday. Rooms were perfect. Service was really good. We were on a honeymoon and also enjoyed all of the restaurants. The hotel provides some activities that were really nice. And all the pools were well maintained.

I have spent a dreamlike holiday there and will certainly come back!

Great hotel, in the different restaurants very tasty and fancy food … especially the different curries. Attentive staff who try to make it as pleasant as possible. For snorkelling, it's the wrong hotel, but that's also in the hotel description.

I spent the most wonderful holidays there in my whole life. The sun was shining, the private beach was quiet and the thin white sand which was leading to the ocean was appealing to perfect distress and relaxation. The pool is huge and well structured. The room decoration was accorded to the landscape and the entire island. The only negative point would be the price of the different activities. Depending on what you want to discover it might be quite expensive. However everything is made with the aim of making you relax and enjoy your time.

Came here on last leg of honeymoon. Great service fabulous food and perfect place to chill.

Excellent stay — the hotel is in a clean nature style concrete on the floor and on the walls of the Italian shower if you want walls with luxurious tiles go your way — the Zilwa is Othentik Attitude the natural is de rigueur — large rooms of the place for your business — the staff is amazing kindness and professionalism — every time you meet someone the first question is hello it's going to you need something? Appetizers organized by the Directorate — free activities paddles canoes pedalo sailing Creole cooking courses — introduction to the Creole language — several restaurants some of which must be booked in advance because very in demand obviously — cuisine of very high quality and very fresh everywhere — bartenders at the top of the top — in short when you leave you leave a part of his heart in Mauritius because people are incredibly warm and we can only say thank you.

This place was absolutely and completely the nicest place I have ever been to in my life. The location was amazing, look g out to see over the islands gives you a great sense of being. The rooms were nice an spacious and the surroundings sublime. Food and drink at the bar was very nice and we ended up eating at the buffet dinner every night rather than doing an a la carte as the food was so good. Arno was a good guy but a shout out to all the staff as they were all amazing. Had a great stay and would love to go back again.

Most amazing hotel I have ever stayed in. The Staff are brilliant, the food is out of this world so hats off to the chefs. This hotel is 5 star and more. If you are planning on staying anywhere this is the place to be in Mauritius. Truly is paradise.

Beautiful hotel very nice room but the shower is capricious, (water comes out hot cold hot cold) lack of air conditioning. Just a ceiling fan. The staff at the top very attentive to the guests! He deserves his four stars amply. The breakfast buffet is very good as well as the evening meal. Very good address I will come back…

This is amazing place to come for holiday or honeymoon. You surrounded by sun, palms, beautifull birds all day long. Water in a ocean has a green color. But you do need to take flip flops to the beech. As there a lot of small shells. Strongly suggest to take at least one time massage. Those people know what they do. Make sure you have sun cream 50spf. With 30 you most likely will burn. Use cream at all times (from morning till evening) as even with clouds you are tanned, trust me :) ) Also I advice to book a la card restaurants right on your arrival. As it booked very fast.

Great resort. Awesome stay. The staff are way too friendly. They'll provide you complimentary services almost always. The buffet is great too. Lots of choices. And the beach view. Breathtaking! Go for it. They are gonna make your stay memorable.

Place with great views from infinity swimming pools. Has quite few restaurants but stayig there for 2 weeks we were a bit bored with it. If you go there make sure you buy all inclusive stay otherwise you will end up paying a lot for your drinks and water in the evening. Staff is very hard working and friendly — especially the beach service. You will not snorkel by the beach but the hotel has a boat which will take you twice a day to the reef for free! They also have water sports centre with free windsurfing every day and free lessons once a week. It would have been the 5 stars if the food was better.

Really awesome location, well maintained private beaches, great tours, and most of all the best services you would ever had I Mauritius. Simply the best. Food is really great. The price is little bit too high but other than that great experience.

A really enjoyable week with our whole family. Food was awesome, staff was very friendly and accommodating, lots of activities available inside the resort. Weather was spectacular and we even went to the local market which was huge bargain shopping outing! Would definitely recommend the all-inclusive! Would not recommend going with children under 3 years though, as there are many open pools around the restaurant and this was a bit of a safety hazard for us.

2 adults and 1 3-year old kid for 9 nights. Just loved all the different restaurants and pools/beaches. And all different wateractivities that was included in the price. Be sure to bring bath shoes for the ocean. Since there are sharp stones in the water.

To have found this establishment in the month of October 2016, and to be returned by the end of January, the framework remains beautiful, nice spacious rooms and pleasant, …. However, big disappointment to the "KARAY": the great diversity of dishes was gone, and worse! We find the same thing lunch and dinner. Offer a meal theme "mauritius" without dall pouri, mine fry or rice to fry…! Among other things, the tomato sauces used for the preparation of the dishes is to review. Have they changed chef? You did not answer me. The "SIAW" remains true to himself (great) pity that 50 covered, "Lor Disab" remains a concept at the top (this time the adjacent building home cuisine decentralized). The "Taba J" has disappeared, giving place to a new restaurant. 5* for the "mini club" Suzi and the team are the happiness of the children. The catamaran remains a delivery correct price/quality ratio. To finish off, have a real DJ would be good because ambiancer a public is a real job.

HOTEL exceptional in an enchanting. On arrival the view is breathtaking! discreet staff competent, efficient and very kind and available! only one small shadow at the table ; appetizer too little alcohol. If not stay a dream!

A little corner of paradise … away from the Big crowd of Grand bay zilwa is perfect for small vacation. We celebrated our wedding on the small island just in front of the hotel. A magical moment.

The staff are friendly. Hotel is neat and looked after. Food is ok — not very tasty and over cooked. Beach is not great — small and not great for swimming. Cannot snorkel from the beach. And the snorkeling reef (by boat) is average. My room did not have a good sea view — faced the back of other buildings Drinks are expensive Taxis from the hotel are super expensive.

Perfect and courteous Service from the beginning to the end. It starts when you check in, Luggage will be taken to the Taxi and while waiting for the formalities, there is already a welcome drink. The Buffet in the Restaurant is varied and of good quality. The rooms are kept simple, i. E. Walls made from exposed concrete, nevertheless, consistent. The staff are all very courteous and eager, particularly entertaining the troops from the boat house, with which we played some of the sea excursions. To walk it, unfortunately, is hardly where the "place" also has just two small shops, a very brilliant public beach is not far away. In all cases, to rent a car because the public transport you short distances for a very long time on the road. One small Mank: the sea is very shallow (waist height) and the ground is muddy. Highly recommended.

Laziest resort. Lousy environment. Crowded on weekends. Good view from the pool. Shallow and dirty lagoon will spoil your happiness. Glass bottom ride to Corals is best in Mauritius!

The place in the sun…! Have spent there our honeymoon. Seaview, all incl. Top! Staff who speak good English, and is, from the cleaning lady to the Manager, is always very polite and helpful. Food is very plentiful and varied. The Chinese Restaurant was for our taste very special. There are bespasst for families with a separate children's area where the little ones from morning to night by a Team. The audience is wide-ranging but predominantly British and the French. The weather is warm and humid. Very nice to relax in. All of the images you see on the Internet, IT. ALL TRUE! Excursions you can book directly there, or in the case of big John (act! ). And so the effort, work, determined on 5. Star. We will come as soon as the cash is Right, again.

Stayed there during November. Absolutely amazing place with a gorgeous beach near by and very friendly staff. Very good breakfast and lunch options. A good collections of wage activities like snorkeling and para sailing there.

Truly paradise stunning location great staff and always clean it is the perfect retreat.

Great hotel, non traditional approach taken due to shallow beach preventing snorkelling, water skiing etc. I thought I would miss this, but not at all, the staff are reminiscent of 'old' Mauritius when we visited 15 years ago, attentive, happy and genuine. The only slight negative is that the beds are not what you would call comfy, but suffice non the less, and our room is a bit like a cave on the bottom floor with noisy neighbours, but everyone seems asleep by midnight which isn't bad for a hotel.

Zilwa takes you to different and high altitude… I was there from 22 july 2015 to 28 july. Zilwa attitude is really heaven… You will not get single thing to complaint or to suggest Zilwa Staff. Too cooperative. Lovely rooms beautiful garden. place and location is beautiful… Good quality food… Royal welcomes with gifts… As you enter from main door I promise you will never forget that movement in life which you see front of you. Swimming pool, ocean & lovely island front of you… Zilwa make my honeymoon beautiful, memorable & Unforgettable…

My family, 2 adults and my two daughters stayed for 2 nights (3rd and 4th July 2015) at zilwa Attitude. This was an absolutely lovely and wonderful experience. People working there delivered an EXCELLENT customer service. We felt like we landed In paradise. Staffs like Trineta, Chef Rishi, Chef Laval, restaurant supervisor Bundhun. We would like to thank you for the warm and special treatment that was provided to us. Food was yuuummmyyyyyyyyy and amaaazing. The kitchen team work really hard and we could feel that in each and every bite of their dish. Rooms are very neat and spacious. General manager, Mr Ravin Unthiah was very helpful and we thank you for delicious zilwa otentik. The comments that kept coming from my daughters were "EXTRA BON SA L'HOTEL ZILWA LA"
