Friendly clean hotel in excellent location. In the centre of the town so it isn't quiet, but there's so much to do you'll be too tired to let it bother you. Would recommend.

A very good location near the Bugibba Bay, with many restaurants and bars in the neighbourhood, everything else was by average, for the season and location the price was a little bit high, dont forget to check the Water-churn under the air conditioner very 2 days, they dont do it automatically, otherise you will find a flood in the balcony, the breakfast formula is not recommended, because many other Cafeterias next to the hotel offer breakfast with a lower price and better quality. Staff was kind.

Cute hotel, perfect location in the middle of bugibba, clubs, restaurants and small shops a walk away, well connected to go anywhere without problems, near the bus stop. Clean room, every day they do housekeeping with change of towels, new bathroom, only flaw furniture a little old, to change. Personally kind and welcoming, of course it's not a luxury hotel, but all in all good price quality.

When rating, I'm considering this is a 3* hotel in Malta… Considering the price, the value is OK. Hotel was clean, staff nice, specially Maria in hotel restaurant :) The room was simple, but air conditioned, bed was quite comfortable. There's a swimming pool on the roof. Location is very good in the centre — restaurants and pubs all around, and it's 5 minutes walk from sea side. Expect city beaches that are not fancy — they are rocky and quite small and crowded. For sandy beaches you have to travel, but bus stops are up to 10 minutes walk from the hotel, and from there you get everywhere within an hour. I recommend Golden Bay and Blue Lagoon in Comino Island — but make sure to arrive as early as possible, beaches are small and get crowded early…

Hotel in the center of Bugibba, old and poorly cared for. Booking photos don't match. The rooms have an old-fashioned bathroom and window door without a lock. The only merits are the air conditioning and the rooftop pool.

Two stars just for the rooftop pool, small and not well maintained, but very nice to bathe sea view. The hotel is old, dirty, staff not available. Discouraged.

Good value for money. First room was not acceptable (leaking air con) but they moved me when I complained. Second room much better. Could be cleaner, but can't complain at this price.

Just arrived rooms lovely. Plenty of room new shower. Very clean Martina very helpful.

Little comfortable, you spend little but you get really little… The only thing that is close to the sea!
TV does not work… The rest leaves everything in question… Too Bad because it would be enough to have a suitable improvement.

Been going to Relax inn for the last 5 year Gary and the staff are so friendly and welcoming wouldn't go anywhere else in Malta well done Relax Inn Hotel.

Love this hotel and the best staff ever.

The place feels the years like the buildings around however the rooms are basically in order, the staff polite and a thanks to the sciura of the breakfasts and to the cleaning staff really professional!

The rooms are really decent for the price, bathroom looks recently renovated, lovely and clean. The staff were all friendly and helpful — smiling and ready to help. Can you believe it was the CHEAPEST accommodation we could find in the St. Paul's Bay? Wish all our cheap stays were like that.

A hotel to advise against if you have a light sleep.

It is close to the promenade but in a very lively area, which has a lot of other noises. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Basic clean hotel. Very good breakfast. Very noisy outside bring some ear plugs.

This hotel was very basic the breakfast room was like walking into a dungeon dark and dismal the crockery and cutlery was dirty and stained we decided on that basis we would eat breakfast at one of the restaurants on the sea front (the Bognor) excellent service as well as good food, getting back to the hotel if you have items of clothing that are expensive then make sure that they stay locked away in your case as I had clothing stolen a brand new jumper not worn really put a downer on the holiday reported this to hotel manager which he rectified by reimbursing me the amount which I had paid for it. On a positive note the receptionist Veronica was very efficient and professional, Malta it’s self is very beautiful and warm welcoming people.

Very good value for money Mrs. Maria of the breakfast is fantastic.

First day staff was not friendly. Next days we met with better smiling staff.

Never book this hotel. A nasty surprise awaits you. We have booked a night flight from Hanover to Malta via our travel agency with transfer. So far so good. There, the owner in front of the door explained to us that no rooms were booked. When we showed him the papers, he started to make a nervous call. With us a Chinese family with fourteen months toddler. We sat on leather couches waiting for a taxi, which finally brought us to another hotel, namely the white Dolphin, one and a half hours later, to this accommodation, which we could refer to immediately. But it costs 25 EUR more… My travel agent said we could have checked in at night. A few days later, exactly this owner of the Relax Inn sat in the reception of the white Dolphin. Big mess.

Adequate for purpose, excellent price per room and convenient location for a first stay.

Very tired and dated, breakfast room NEEDS a new toaster. Staff very nice and cheerful.

Just filthy… The first day we found in the bed pubic hair… creepy bathroom dilapidated and poorly functioning BAKYARAJS breakfast don't talk! In short of positive only the site is the center of Buggibba!

More than a hotel 3 * looks like a pension.

Just to sleep properly. Not that much.

I received an email stating that there was a problem with the hotel processing my card details, the email asked me to call a number to resolve the issue. I called the number and immediately a rude man answered, I tried to explain that I had made a booking and… ''NO BOOKINGS ON HERE, TOMORROW TOMORROW! ''. He shouted really angrily to me… then as I was trying to explain that I had received the email asking me to call THIS number, he butted in again (before I could finish my sentence) ''RING IN THE MORNING FOR BOOKINGS, NO RING IN THE MORNING''… He put the phone down, so I sent an email cancelling my booking and made a formal complaint about the guy… I've had no response… Absolutely disgusted!

Wifi only at reception, noisy area but has a pool which is nice but closes too early imo. Location is great. Friendly receptionist.

For a short trip the hotel is fully adequate, rooms and bathrooms are simply furnished, the location of the hotel is top, you are in the middle of Bugiba city with all the bars and resturant, the sea is about 300 meters away, for a short trip and for people who have not much claim En and only to sleep would like the hotel is just right, I will definitely come back;-)

The staff are nice, nice bedroom and nice view of the beach from the swimming pool I will definitely come back here.

Good reception service, bad overall administration. Waited for 1 hour upon arrival due to a broken key card. Wifi signal poor with disconnections. Medium room service — not consistent. Tried breakfast — not exactly eatable. Cheap accommodation, below average provision. Not recommended for families.

What I expected but the dirty pool disappointed me.

Dirty poorly managed small rooms. All for a fee. Phon television. Everything to pay apart. Even the adapters for the sockets.

Central, just a few meters from the beach. Simple but clean rooms. Good breakfast. It does not offer lunch and dinner.

Just came back from a 5 night stay at the Relax. The staff are so friendly and welcoming. The rooms are in the process of being upgraded and the continental breakfast is lovely.
We will definitely be staying here again.
