Nice room, very clean and fancy decorations! The bar is a good option, after dinner. They have a wide whiskey card, and good drinks, in a very cozy ambient! And a plus, a huge aquarium, besides amazing decorative objects! Staff is very friendly.

This place is NO hotel in my list. And trust me I have visited 86 countries. Boutique, chic. Beatiful … but MOST important: the stuff! The manager helped us arrange a marriage proposal that was a perfect success! Thanks again for all you did for us! Never seen so professional people that are very happy to help! Regards!

Hotel for couples. With a huge comfortable bed, with a huge mirror on the cieling, interesting. Good breakfast.

Worth a visit even if only for the decor, but that said the whiskey collection is pretty damn extensive and compared to London, very competitive price wise. The staff were both friendly and helpful. If you like smokey whiskey, do yourself a favour and try the "Hit the road Jack" cocktail ;)

Very nice hotel with very friendly staff, who possibly couldn’t do enough for you BUT the location was not for us, it was very noisy and in the middle of too many clubs, including gwmrkemans clubs. Every night I could hear pounding music in our room which made it very difficult to sleep. Only for this reason, we wouldn’t stay at the hotel again.

The attention of its excellent workers and the services offered by the hotel very good. The only objection could be the night noise, as it is located in a place very frequented by the youth.

From the moment you arrive at the hotel you are treated like royalty by all the staff. This is the friendliest group of people I've come across at any hotel. After the first day you feel like part of the family and don't even miss your home in a foreign country. The rooms are spacious and fitted with every amenity and gadget you can wish for in a top class hotel. This is not just another hotel stay, it is a delightful experience. The kingsize bed is top quality and very, very comfortable,. The linen is good quality and clean and you are almost tempted to lie in late in the morning and sacrifice the exceptional breakfast. This is a vibrant, and at times noisy area, however the double glazed windows block out all the noise completely and and the block out curtains allow for a late lie in. The airconditioner was whisper quiet and kept the room at a comfortable temperature. Breakfast is a full buffet and you may also order freshly prepared breakfasts from the menu like a full English breakfast with bacon, sausages, eggs, mushrooms, hashbrowns, fried tomato, baked beans, toast and marmalade. The location is perfect and on the doorstep of the many club's, restaurants and shopping mall in the area. Parking is available at a parking garage around the corner, however you are in easy walking distance from the beach, shopping mall, clubs and restaurants and really don't need a car except to explore the rest of the island.

At the top superb hotel superb room location ideal in Malta and staff at the top.

The hotel itself is nice, bed comfortable, shower great and staff are good BUT location is not for us. Too noisy and in the middle of too many clubs, including gwmrkemans clubs. Can hear pounding music in your room at night. Ear plugs required for me to be able to sleep. Wouldn't come back again based on the above.

Very nice rooms and the technology there is breath-taking. All kind of places to eat in the Hugo group and the infinity pool is unbelievable with some insane views of the surrounding area.

Right in the heart of pv with the basic hotel room functions taken up a notch. High tech rooms and floor to ceiling windows give your experience something extra.

Friendly staff, great service, lots of options for breakfast. Some gimmicky elements but that's expected based on the area. Even though it's located in the party zone, the noise does not disturb.

Very comfortable rooms, excellent service, delicious breakfast and overall a very trendy place to stay. We enjoyed especially the high-tech rooms with the possibility to control lights, curtains and the TV using a tablet. Only the neighbourhood tends to be very loud — but the rooms are pretty good isolated. The location is perfect: in the middle of Paceville, with great options to go out (eat/drink) and with very good connections to the public transport. Totally recommend this hotel!

I wish to share the marvelous experience I had during my four weeks stay at Hugo Boutique Hotel. Throughout the stay the staff were friendly and accommodating. The service was professional and prompt with a lovely warm approach. Yes, exceptional staff that knew the true value of first class customer service with a special mention to the management, the bar and the maid service. The room was superior in style, well equipped, comfortable and spacious. I must say the bed felt amazing. Mornings were a delight to wake up to as the stunning breakfast area with its tasteful and fresh selection of dishes awaited. As the seafront is so close, and being that Malta’s seafront is so sublime, walking each morning was just divine. There are excellent dining options also as the Hugo group of varied restaurants were just minutes away. Rocco’s Whiskey lounge on the ground floor was also appealing. It is a well located hotel with an abundance of facilities and entertainment options in the vicinity. Taxi services and public transport was readily available also. I generally don't give praise lightly however everything about the hotel was exceptional.

The hotel is beautiful, super new and trendy. The rooms are beautiful, ours in particular also has the mirror above the bed. All home (curtains and lights that light up electronically. The walls are plastered with a particular stucco (of the Oikos I think… I recognized it by the particular smell) with a beautiful spatula effect!
The breakfast… Yummy… I'm crazy for scrambled eggs with bacon… one of the best I've ever eaten! For the rest very varied but all of great quality!
It is all cared for in detail, from cutlery to the uniforms of the waiters and staff!
Beautiful lounge with a wonderful aquarium (there are also the lyonfish) and a really appropriate music.
Sure, it's on a street where it gets spree up to late, but the rooms are very well soundproofed so you sleep fine!

Great location The service is super. Stayed for three nights there. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The truth is at the center of the night's life, and nights are slightly audible, but in general, this is not a good time to enjoy staying in this wonderful hotel. All the advice!
