I stayed at the Palace Hotel in Sliema in the first week of January 2018.
The five-star hotel is located in Sliema, is reachable by taxi from the airport at a cost of 20 euros, but is also easily reachable by bus because it is located at 200 meters from the Bus stop of the Sliema Ferries from where you can embark for cruises or take Buses to all destinations on the island. The Hotel is elegant, very well organized and well cleaned. The very large suite equipped with, desk and studio corner, led satellite TV, bar-coffee-tea corner. My room placed on the first floor had a small outdoor terrace with two chairs and a low table. 3 comfortable single beds with three pillows each. The Wi-Fi was present and well functioning throughout the hotel. Guests are provided with complimentary bottled water, bath slippers, bathrobes and towels renewed several times a day for the two swimming pools, one of which is heated on the seventh floor, the gym and the SPA where two saunas were available. The very rich breakfast with an infinity of choice between hot and cold sweet and savory dishes was served from 7:00 to 10:30 and dinner from 19:00 to 22:00 in an elegant restaurant THE TABLOID located on the ground floor. Great service in the bar-coffee, very good chefs. With access both from the outside and from the ground floor it was possible to eat "a la carte", in the TALK of TOWN CAFè an elegant café with terrace overlooking a delightful church. On the top floor near the beautiful infinity pool with panoramic views was a nice restaurant the TEMPTASIAN RESTAURANT. For hotel guests There were 3 offers for 2 or other discounts to eat at these exclusive restaurants. In the hallway of the first floor a reading room with two computers always connected to the Internet and connected to a laser printer available to customers. On the ground floor a boutique and a beauty salon. A banquet hall was present both on the ground floor and on the first floor.

A special praise to all the staff of the hotel, thanks especially to the precise and nice ladies at the reception, who welcomed me with precise and detailed advice, providing information for the stay. Very accurate and friendly the hotel concierge, who escorted us to the room and illustrated the layout of the suite. Congratulations on the cleanliness of the suite to the always smiling little attendant, Miss smile.
