Really lovely and comfortable stay. The staff were very friendly and accommodating, we had Gemma and Anna looking after us. The room was lovely as well as the outdoor space and location. Would stay again. The only downside was the lack of sunlight after 4/5pm.

This is one of the must-see sights in Malta. This church has the third largest dome in the world and is worth a visit. You can also climb to the top, to see the surroundings of the city and the interior of the church. Entrance to the balcony is charged at €5 per person. There is no elevator to the top, so you have to climb 74 stairs. A miracle happened in this church in 1942 during World War II, when a bomb fell in the church, in which 300 believers were gathered, and it did not explode. The bomb is in a safe place, and in the church near the souvenir shop there is a copy of that bomb. If you want to find out more about the church, there are employees inside who can explain everything you want to know about the church.

I think some of the lower rated reviews on here depend which room you book. I was in the internal courtyard by the Pool and the room have none of the issues mentioned and were in fact vey well laid out. Breakfast was good for the amount of rooms, they are adding more. But is a bit late at 8am if you wanted to get out for the day but they were happy to work around that. Very good location and yes you do get the bells but they are only in the background. I would book again and recommend. The Pool area is also very nice not I used it since it was closed and December but that is fair enough for the time of year.
