Víctor and Laura are amazing. The house is very cozy and we took advantage to spend afternoons on the different beaches in Gozo. This concept is perfect to improve English for my whole family so… we will go back!

Everything was just perfect! I really appreciate the personal approach of Laura and Viktor. They are both such amazing English teachers. I really like that the accommodation and lessons are in the same house. They came to make us breakfast in the morning and we were already chatting. We could choose activities (climbing, yoga, exploring Gozo) during which we also kept learning English, which was great! The accommodation was also amazing. It was comfortable, and we had everything we needed. Thank you so much! I really look forward to seeing you again. :-)

Coming to Ta Óneira is like coming home or visiting friends.
I have been learning English with Ta Óneira for five years. I learned that studying a language is a long process, and Ta Óneira is the right place for that. I enjoy my online lessons every week and all my stays in Gozo twice a year. I like to be in a classroom with small groups because the lessons are based on my language level and my needs. We use traditional media like paper, pencils, blackboard, and chalk. But all the materials we use are unlimited and available in our Google Drive folders. However, we also discuss current affairs after watching videos and analysing articles. The lessons are always entertaining — especially activity days —, funny and useful. Laura and Victor are great teachers.
I started learning English as a beginner, and now I can work in English with my clients or give presentations comfortably using this language.
Often, I make friends with students from different nationalities, backgrounds and ages. I love Gozo, too. Its nature is great and the cultural offer is amazing most of the year.

Hello, my name is Mar and I am from Spain. My sister and I found out about Ta Oneira on Internet, and we decided to go there for two weeks to improve our English and do some sightseeing around Gozo and Malta.
Our experience was fantastic. We really liked everything there: Breakfast with our hosts Laura and Victor, the dynamic and enjoyable English classes and the friendship atmosphere among all the students staying at Ta Oneira. Finally, in the afternoons we had the opportunity to enjoy many really beautiful places in Gozo and Malta. I hope we’ll go back to Gozo soon.
Nowadays, I’m attending online classes with Laura. Just like the lessons at Ta Oneira, the online ones are very good and time flies. I think my speaking and writing are getting better and better. One of the advantages of online classes is their offer and flexibility. You can choose the type of class (group, private or master) and you can change your schedule if necessary.
I highly recommend both experiences.

I had never been on a language trip before, and in August I decided to go to Gozo for one month to improve my English.
When I arrived there, I was warmly welcomed, and everything was shown to me. On Monday, the English lessons started right away. I have never had so much fun in English lessons – full of laughter and with many new things to learn.
What I liked the most was that we learned English while doing activities, like climbing, yoga, diving, swimming, and much more.
I also had the chance to meet Laura and Victor’s friends, who were very nice and friendly people. I could talk with them, and this, of course, helped me to make my English much better and more fluent.
Because I want to improve my English even more, I have set a goal to go there at least twice a year and to make my English better and better.
You are the best English teachers, and I am already looking forward to being on Gozo again soon!

I spent 4 weeks at Ta Oneira place, it was exactly the kind of structure I was looking for.
The main requirement for me was no more than 4 students per class. It allows each student to express themselves without any fear and also to personalize the need of the student.
Laura and Victor are both great teachers, they are very talented in their way of teaching, each of them have got their own personality which makes the course every time different and enjoyable. If I had known them before I would have come earlier!
I have enjoyed a lot studiying with them and will be back for sure!

I spent a great time at ta oneira in the April of 2024. There, II found what I was looking for; a quiet place in a nice village near a beautiful beach. Three very sympathetic and competent teachers gave me an individual Englisch course in the mornings. It started with a breakfast together and finished at 1 pm, so I could decide what I wanted to do for the rest of the day. In Gozo you can travel very cheap by bus, bolt or uber so you would not need your own car. I will come back and learn more. Annette.

We visited Ta Oneira last fall. We were very happy to have found this school. There were always interesting lessons and Laura and Victor are very dedicated to their guests and wonderful teachers. The lessons took place in small groups and it was a lot of fun to learn in this way. Since we were in Gozo for a long time, we didn't live in the house. Laura and Victor showed us the rooms.
