The staff were very friendly. The location is pretty close to the sea. Our room didn't have a nice view, but it wasn't important for us.
Bed mattress was too soft.

I spent 10 days here and loved every single day of the holiday. All the staff were so friendly and helpful and kind. Such a lovely experience. Big shout out to Shariff for helping with our rooms and dates.

We absolutely loved our stay at Murella Living — it’s by far the best accommodation we’ve experienced in Marsalforn, and we’ve been staying in the area for over 15 years. This will definitely be our go-to hotel from now on.
The rooms are modern, spotless, and very well maintained, with comfy beds, excellent water pressure in the showers, and very good air conditioning. We especially appreciated the lift access, which was a big plus for heavy cases.
Breakfast was great every morning, and the staff were consistently friendly, helpful, and professional. The location is ideal — just a short walk to the seafront, restaurants, and all the charm Marsalforn has to offer.

Staff very helpful and very polite.
However the B&B needs a lick of paint here and there because all the photos were taken back in 2016, the owners need to take care as it could damage their reputation that they have obviously built up over the years.
They need to look at the outside and compare it to the website photos, the entrance plants need to be removed and replaced by seating (somewhere to sit whilst waiting for a taxi) the outside seating area all the walls need a good clean and plants need to be removed as flies and mosquitoes are drawn to them making your breakfast impossible to enjoy.

This hotel is amazing. The staff is so lovely, caring and nice. Breakfasts here are delicious. The rooms are comfy and very spacious. Good localisation, close to the sea. The stay here were extraordinary. I would recommend this hotel to everyone who prefers to stay at Gozo!

This place is just great and well located. Amazingly clean, rooms are beautiful, staff members are very nice and helpful. Beautiful space even the breakfast area was so welcoming with very good selection of breakfast items which also included gluten free items.
All in all impressed and would definitely recommend!

I'd contacted them ahead of arrival to check on a few things and mentioned it was also my friends special birthday when we were staying. On arrival they'd made such a beautiful gesture in her room for her which included balloons, petals, a happy birthday pillow etc. Such a thoughtful thing to do and she was so grateful 🙏
We wouldnt hesitate staying again. The whole place is cleaned daily and smells great and they replenish towels etc daily.
The location is brilliant! A VERY short walk to the seafront which offers everything you need with restaurants in abundance! In the opposite direction an equally shortn walk away are a few supermarkets for any necessities 😊
One thing to note, do not be put off by the appearance of building works close by. We were initially concerned about works opposite but once inside you are not affected by it in anyway. Totally sound proof (not that there was much going on anyway. )
Aircon is ice cold 😊

I had mentioned it was my friends birthday and on arrival she found a beautiful gesture of balloons, petals, a birthday pillow etc to welcome her in her room 💕 lovely touch 👏 The roos were well equipped with everything you need including iron, board, hairdryer, tea/coffee, fridge etc. Lighting was excellent and the memory foams beds and pillows were fantastic! Air con is ice cold 😊
The hotel is kept immaculate and always smelling clean and fresh. Towels are replenished daily also.
Staff cant do enough for you. Situated in a perfect location a few steps from the front where you have an abunadance of excellent restaurants and bars.
We will definitely be back! 🥰

From the minute we arrived on Gozo everyone has been so friendly. The staff at Murella living have been great, warm and welcoming.
The room was ideal, fab air conditioning, everything you need including daily clean and fresh towels. A bonus for us was been able to access Prime and You tube via the TV.
Breakfast was our favourite meal of the day, loads of choice, very helpful staff.
Malsalfon is a great base to explore the island, we paid €25 each for a weekly unlimited bus pass and visited the main attraction using this. All buses go to the capital, Victoria, from there you can go all over the island and even to the port to travel to Malta.
Our main interest was swimming and we did check out some amazing places. I have noted my top 5 in the photos.

As we booked this last minute break at a real bargain, only 6 days before we actually flew, we weren’t expecting the standard of holiday that we actually experienced. We were made aware of the building work to the front of the hotel, our room was at the back and we spent every day out sightseeing or at the beach so were totally unaffected by it. The location is perfect, close to the restaurants & bars, bus stops and mini-markets in a gorgeous little bay.
Our room (303) had everything we needed, great a/c, powerful shower, fridge, tea/coffee, kettle etc. It was kept exceptionally clean with regular towel & bedding changes.
The breakfast was brilliant, freshly made cooked breakfast, plenty of choice of cold meats, cheeses, yoghurts, fruits & cereals. Overall the accommodation was fabulous.
All the staff were hardworking, professional and very friendly. Anais & Jency were adorable, neither of them could do enough for us and always greeted us with their gorgeous smiles.
Gozo is a wonderful little island with so much to do and see, we would thoroughly recommend this b&b as a base for a great holiday. We intend to return, as a week was not long enough to enjoy it all.

Excellent location, down the road from the beach boardwalk. Very accommodating staff, with nice little breakfast each morning.
Just a note there's construction across from the hotel one side of the building, and they do start early in the day.

Lovely place, very friendly staff. Room was cleaned every day. Nice little town but lots of expansion going on. Only €20 euros for a week long bus pass valid on both islands. Ferry less than a fiver.

The essence of Boutique Hotel comes into its own here. Each room has its own theme and features a terrace or balcony. The business is run by a fantastic manager and assistant who provides a delicious breakfast with very tasty coffee. I'm glad I discovered this place and I thoroughly enjoyed it.
We arrived quite early (around 10AM) and the room was prepared immediately while we were served coffee and croissants!

We were staying here for the Liquid Spirit festival and it was perfect for that. Close to venues and shuttle pick ups.
The hotel itself is spotlessly clean and comfortable. A comfy bed, and pillows and lots of space in the room and bathroom.
The room is fully equipped (maybe bring a couple more hangers) and the breakfast was delicious with plenty of choice.
Staff are friendly and accommodating and there are small mini markets nearby for anything you might need. Likewise the beach and a great choice of restaurants are close too.
Only criticism is that our balcony was tiny with just one chair but you couldn’t sit out there, as there was no space.

Update: Staff was very understanding and we were compensated. Definitely do not recommended for anyone. — Air-conditioning did not work, even though we complained they did nothing about it. AC is also preprogrammed, which does not make sense as everyone wants to set it differently to their comfort. Had to open the door for a breeze, ended up in a mosquito party. — The room cleaning was not to satisfactory standards; sheets were not changed not even once (for three nights), tops of furniture were dusty (even bathroom). — For some reason the mini fridge is switched on upon request instead of finding it working. — Being 2023 we would expect a TV to have Netflix. Luckily we did not come here in Summer as it would be unbearable to stay without an AC!
