Manager Lady did not want to give the keys of the rooms, because “booking” has not transferred the total amount of my stay. She asked me to clarify it with “booking”! I can not do anything about her contract with anyone, I have shown her my bank-transfer so I could convince her somehow but it was a disaster discussion, and finally she gave us 2+1 rooms (in stead of 3+1 as we booked and paid) after repeated argument I gave up and we stayed in 2+1 but never again, do not recommend to anyone!
The service was amazing! everyone was extremely nice and helpful. The complimentary breakfast was great, we also ate at the hotel’s restaurant for some other meals and it was all very good. The room was spacious and clean. The AC unit worked with coins but we didn’t need it as the room was equipped with two fans. The hotel doesn’t have an elevator.
The surrounding area is lovely, with nearby bars, restaurants and supermarkets, and it’s a 15 min walk away from the salt pans. The hotel is next to a bus station with two lines, one to/from the ferry and one to/from victoria.
All around a very good experience, would definitely recommend this guesthouse for a holiday with friends :)

I had a confirmed booking at Electra Guesthouse through Booking. Com. When I arrived at the property, it was completely closed. I tried calling multiple times and sent messages, but nobody responded. I was left waiting outside the guesthouse for more than 2 hours with no assistance or instructions for check-in.
They also refused to provide a refund for this situation.
Please be careful and make sure you confirm arrival and check-in details with the property in advance.
