Panorama

It's not often that you find somewhere that outdoes it's own photos, but it would be difficult for anyone to do Villa Panorama justice. You have to go there to see just how wonderful it is. Everything about it was stunning. The views are incredible, the house is very well equipped (we were a party of 3 but there would have been plenty more space for more) and it just feels like there's a lovely little surprise round every corner. From thoughtful planning like an outside bathroom by the pool, to utilising every bit of space like the beautiful patio garden with the perfect views to sit and have a tranquil morning coffee, it just feels like it has everything. From the moment we arrived, our hosts made us feel so welcome and at home. John was so helpful and friendly, it felt like nothing was too much. Even though there was really nothing we needed throughout the week, we definitely felt like should we have needed to contact them it would have been no trouble to them whatsoever. Gozo is a super place to stay and the villa is so close to many great amenities, bays and historical sites. Having parking available was invaluable, as parking on the road would have been impossible. The only minor point I could even think to make, if I had to nitpick, is that there is a holiday let on one side and it was at times a little noisier than we would like ordinarily.

Very unique house. Great place to base your time around Gozo. I was able to cook 3 meals a day for 6 people for the week. Great escape from things by sitting in the theater room. We had a great view over Victoria and Citidel. There is an outdoor kitchen and pizza oven that I am sure would have been a great tool to make more treats for my group but it was very windy during our stay. So we could not fully appreciate the outdoor space. I did swim in the indoor pool to relax a bit. Private parking is perfect and easy drives to various markets for food variety. I cant think of anything I would change… other than timing better weather. Owners left a few treats from their estate which I was able to include in my some of my meals.
