Well there's AC and Heating but you gotta pay for it about 4 euros per night to make both ac work. It's extremely humid so it takes a while to heat up.
We went in December and it was REALLY COLD and we didn't want to spend an additional 10 euro a day to heat up the place. There's a coin meter on the wall. (I've never seen this before)
There a toaster, brand new… But only toast half of the bread.
There are also plugs converters (its UK standards) but 2 of them didn't work…
There are 4 beds. But they are spring mattress. Not good quality. And most of them had a bad smell. Blocked my neck.
The pillows where huge rocks. Couldn't use any of them. I found a baby mattress which I used for pillow as it was much thinner.
There's a view, but you can only see it from the end of your balcony… not from anywhere inside. So don't go there for the view.
There's a roof top without a view unless you go to the end.
See what I mean? Everything is there but nothing is there at the same time.
Cleanliness wasn't really good. The floor had a lot of dirt, couldn't walk barefoot. The sheet stunk.
The bathroom was alright.
We also bought food at the little shop down the road. Be careful, we bought many things that had green stuff on it altough the date was still good till 2020.
I would say, it's old. It stinks, it's cold, it's uncomfortable. It was very touristy.
*******THE HOST AND HER MOTHER COULDN'T BE ANY NICER. Honestly. Very very nice. Melissa was super nice.
Excellent. Top floor balcony with nice views. Slightly removed from the louder parts of town. Very quick walk to the swimming areas, which were also very nice. If we ever come back to Xlendi it will be contingent on the availability of this apartment. Small things: fast Internet, in-kitchen laundry, very clean, lots of beds. I saw a chameleon.

This nice family run business offers a number of holiday apartments in Gozo at very competitive prices. We stayed in two different apartments over a period of 17 days, both of which were extremely well equipped (kitchen equipment, blankets, fans and heaters, hair dryers, etc. ) and with fast Wi-Fi. They leave you tons of information about things to do in the area including restaurant recommendations. They are very pleasant people and easy to work with and we would rent from them again without hesitation. Five enthusiastic stars!
