Western standards, clean and friendly staff. Presence off security personnel makes it a safe place.

Wonderful place and so cool only the Wi-Fi is weak but overal thumps up.

A second stay to forget
Rooms
On the way we arrive we are told that our rooms reserved for several days have not been guaranteed (? ) and we are also asked to pay in advance the bill of stay. After endless discussions, they end up, surprised by us outperforming and only agreeing to take the card's fingerprint as collateral.
From the last three days, the air conditioning in the room no longer worked and could not be repaired until my departure despite the intervention of the technician.
The internet is weak in the third floor room. You can't connect from bed. You have to be in the living room to do it!
workshop
We had a room to do a two-day workshop. To our surprise when they finally agreed to show us the room, it did not correspond in any way to our order. A gym for a workshop of 45 people. After many endless discussions the day before the workshop, they finally agree to switch the groups and give us the room that corresponds to our order.
Breakfast
It is garnished with fruit and juices but does not vary. … peas, rice merguez, hot dog… After a week of stay, it can get boring.
Regulation at the start
Having taken stock of the situation, I settled my bill two days before My departure. What was not my surprise to see on my bill to check out an impay binds to a consumption taken, hold on after having settled my bill.

Nice Hotel with friendly staff. Gew things to improve on though… 1. Very few staff speak english. The Wi-Fi is not strong as I expected for a hotel of this calibre. The food tamws toooo long aftwr ordering. Otherwise compared to the rest… it of still bettwr3

Welcoming and friendly staff. Does not accept Amex. Slow on food. This said, it remains my first choice in Bamako.

Very friendly staff, delicious breakfast served each day, solid security measures including steel gates, armed guards, and metal detectors. Wi-Fi is great for location, with moderate occupancy Netflix is functional. A few good restaurants within walking distance, all in all a pleasant place to stay in Bamako.

Best in the city (I think) ; staff was pretty amazing — friendly, helpful and always remembered me. Security feels reasonable, but lots of event traffic.

Nice setting (ageing nonetheless). Great disappointment for the restaurant/grill of the pool. Several missing on the map (dishes like desserts), unrespected cooking, missing sauce, deplorable service… I will go back for the pool which is very fresh but frankly, I'll eat somewhere else before! Very bad value for money.

The hotel is comfortable and clean and staff are friendly and helpful. The Internet connection also seems to have improved recently. The main weakness today is the restaurant which is limited and repetitive even for short stays. There seems to be meat in everything too. If they can sort this it would be a great thing.

Good hotel. Security great. Excellent swimming pool. There is a sauna in finland.

One of the most expensive hotels in Bamako. Good food, good rooms. Security has increased after the last attack in 2016.

Most things in place, more security but few mosquito in rooms. Nice and professional staff…

Modern high-end hotel Lux. Four stars. Frequented mostly by expatriates. It is located in the ACI 2000 business district.

Everything is great. The food is amazing. And people were very friendly with me. However, the High security around, so you get annoyed after a time with the checks in every in and out. I believe they should make an exception for the room cards holders. Do not forget to ask for the product against mosquitos… as it turns out you will give the half of your blood if you open a window and only one enters a room. The insects in Mali ain't jocking. ;) Hope you enjoy it like I did.

Best hotel I'm looking for leads.

The place feels like a super secure zone so getting in and out feels a bit odd. I feel out of place with the lack of ability to speak French or the local language.

Slow room service but overall its very good.

Security has been strengthened and that is fine. The hotel offers all the services of the large hotels and the staff is always attentive.

Le Bamako Radisson, although there are many skeptics about staying in this hotel due to previous history it really is one of the safest spots with recent security updates. The breakfast was nothing to brag about but did provide a very good amount of options considering alternatives in the area. Rooms were very clean, staff was fantastic and would have been a great stay if it hadn't been an unfortunate furniture incident… Every night I would sit at the bar in the room & enjoy some local Shawarma. The room had a plastic bar-stool that supported me every night… until one fateful night when I pulled the stool over to the desk to get on my computer. As I sat back in the chair it seemed to sink down and drop about an inch, without warning the lift mechanism immediately shattered and I plummeted to the ground. The plastic shards of the stool seat exploded across the floor as I fell onto the hard tile floor, in shock I noticed a gash on my leg & a cut on the palm of my hand. Luckily my butt was fine… just a small tear in the seat of my shorts. For reference I am 6'4" (1.93m) 235lbs (107 kg) … for African standards I am a big dude… but the cheap plastic Chinese stool definitely did not help. I informed the hotel staff & they offered some first aid supplies & cleaned up the room. They even offered to replace the bar-stool… but I did not want to risk that again. Defective furniture can happen at any hotel but I would've hoped for more substantial compensation other than a band-aid.

Pleasant enough, surprisingly nice pool area with poolside pizza oven. Rooms clean, funky gift shop.

It's to expensive for the mediocre service they offer, besides of the furniture in the lobby is old and some ripped off, paying with a credit card can be a 2 hours challenge due to lack of training of their personnel; also, although is an "international" hotel, finding someone of their staff who speaks English is also challenging (I've been there twice on different days and hours) and, if you try to discuss in a professional way something about their attentions, they will revert to you on bambara, not even French! And that's very uncomfortable and awkward. Despite this view, food is quite nice, but again, is expensive in comparison with the treat the customer receive.

It was wonderful. Very good staff, clean and interesting rooms. The matter is the very low internet connexion. I really appreciated their security system.

Reason is an excellent hotel with a very qualified staff, very good place safe, so a medium really nice… I loved it!

It's a quiet and classy place that I like bcp, on the other hand I do not approve of the payment system that we do.
Whether you bathe or not you are charged 5 thousand when you cross the "bridge"

Excellent hotel whose staff is very attentive to the guests. Secure, it offers a pleasant setting.

Exchange rate was ridiculously high. We lost $100 due to their rate. They did not explain that they were much more than the exchange bureaus.
Their card machines did not work so I had to go hunting for am ATM to draw cash.
No porter on duty.
Not the most pleasant experience considering the cost.
Won't be going back.
I will rather stay in a less expensive establishment where you get what you paying for.

Super chic, especially well secured and staff professional.

A lot has been done to restore this hotel and it shows. The outside is like a fortress and the inside is very clean and nice. The rooms are great but the beds are a little hard. The restaurant and bar both have good food but VERY EXPENSIVE. You are better off going out to eat if possible. Overall a very pleasant hotel and experience.

Services much more deteriorated. It's not as popular as before, due to terrorist attack and killing of visitors and clients.

Best hotel in town. Have been turned into a bunker after the attacks. Very safe.

This morning my maid was shot dead in the hallway and the Hotel would not send a replacement. I will not stay here again and I would not recommend.
