We meet many people in life, but few, very few touch our soul. It happened to the mantha. It wasn't a simple trip, a simple vacation. It was an experience, one of those that gets inside you and leaves you with real lessons. You will not only see enchanting and heavenly places, you will also come into contact with wonderful people who will dedicate themselves to you in every way possible and even beyond, guaranteed! They will satisfy you in everything and at the end of the journey you will carry them with you forever kept in a corner of your heart. It will be a real experience, pure, genuine, because this is what these people are! Hospitality never seen before in life (and I have made many trips). The structure is simple but equipped with every comfort, the food is really excellent and plentiful! Crazy excursions, beyond all expectations! Impossible to get bored! For 10 days I forgot everything, I only experienced the here and now and it was really intense. I loved our after dinner parties full of laughter, the lobsters, the night swim, the peace, the colors, the people, YOU. Only and simply thank you from the bottom of my heart. See you soon friends.

We confirm what has already been written positively about typical, homemade and fresh food. The structure would need some maintenance improvements but it appears simple and authentic compared to others we have seen, which have been modernized enough to almost lose its real essence. Among the positive things, I would also add the pleasant welcome at the pier with handcrafted necklaces and refreshing towels after the transfer. Among the excursions, there is a wonderful opportunity to fish and eat fresh fish and the priceless possibility of having lunch on deserted islands with your feet between the sand and the enchanted sea. Staying for almost three weeks, we managed to make several excursions at the beginning and end of the holiday (rays, sharks, islands, sandbars, wrecks, marine fauna and flora on the reef, herons, evening dinner on the beach, etc. ), but in between we also had some rainy days with continuous showers, in this case we would have preferred to have had alternatives to being locked up in the room: visiting the school, learning to cook some Maldivian dishes, a little more folklore or something else. In general, however, we liked the experience in the Guest house (instead of the Resort) and the choice of this still preserved island: both aspects that allowed us to experience the local reality in an authentic way.

We were in Keyodhoo in March, myself and 3 friends and we relied on the Mantha View for excursions and meals. Everything was excellent, excursions very well organized without leaving anything to chance. Food a bit repetitive but excellent. The only flaw in our experience was the MARY contact person through whom we booked. Very bad. From the first moment when we had to pay she was unpleasant and unkind (even though we had already paid a deposit and there were 2 months left before the trip she very insistently requested payment by a certain time without even understanding that we are customers and that people work, not can make a bank transfer at 4pm in the middle of the day).
She didn't give us all the information she should have given us, she wasn't very available and when small problems arose, she wasn't available to find solutions. I asked her for information for the drone and in addition to giving me wrong answers she also laughed in my face. In short: if instead of giving her 50 euros as a commission, you take them and throw them in a bin, you are making a better investment! However, I give 5 stars because the Mantha View is excellent. But the referent deserves 0

Absolutely positive experience.
We stayed at mantha for 8 days. We were welcomed and pampered by Rachid and his collaborators always ready to meet our requests even for excursions.
Every day we visited a different sandbar or paradise island, everything organized down to the smallest detail with a gazebo for lunch and shade to rest. Where possible, the fish was even grilled on the spot! A paradise!
The small and very intimate guest house with 5 rooms, also comfortable for families.
Always spotlessly clean (they remade them twice a day) and if necessary the beach towels and towels were changed daily.
Typical and always fresh food rich in fish and rice (but pasta was never missing) and one evening they also made pizza. Last barbecue dinner on the beach, very nice with fish and meat to taste. All decorated with lights and lanterns.
On the morning of departure they served breakfast at 5:30 just for us. A kindness that is not to be taken for granted!
We thank Rachid and his staff for making us spend an unforgettable holiday.
We absolutely recommend this type of experience at Mantha and hope to be able to return soon!

5 of us were guests of this property for 2 weeks (from 22/01 to 5/02/2024) : 2 adults and 3 children aged 10, 8 and 7. If you are looking for an unforgettable experience, excursions that will leave you speechless, spectacular snorkelling, contact with an authentic fishing island, Rasheed and his guest house are the place I would return to. The important thing is to understand that the guest house is an accommodation to rest, refresh and stop between one experience and another, not a resort! So if you are looking for a room in which to rest, cleanliness, delicious food, attention to children and availability, you can only be enthusiastic about this structure. Rascheed and his staff, Hassan, the kitchen staff, the boy who arranges the rooms… we really became fond of everyone and left our hearts there. Every day leaves you amazed, you see views that you usually only see in magazine advertisements, strips of sand, deserted islands, lunches on the beach near the water's edge, unforgettable colours… you will never be able to forget us again!

The room is ok. Breakfast is a lot of cake and sweets mostly. Dinner is good. The excursions were nice. But they charged me an outrageous exchange to pay in Maldivian money. I have never had that happen to me before in any country. I was overcharged by 130usd over the daily online rate. 🙁 I can’t recommend this place.

We stayed for 8 nights in this property, from 25/12 to 02/01. There were several problems during our stay: the bathroom was dirty and had a stench coming from the drain, the shower curtain was too short and was poorly made as it flooded the entire bathroom every time we turned on the water. For 3 days there were no towels, only beach towels, and they were only given to me upon my request. The sheets were never changed in 8 days of stay in the facility. I also found the staff unhelpful: I wanted to do an extra excursion, obviously paying, but no one helped me find a motorboat to do it. The Italian representative was not very present, she didn't even ask how the stay was progressing. The important thing is just to "beat the cash" to do extra activities that are convenient for them, such as the New Year's Eve dinner, paid 35 euros each, or the excursion to see the sharks, paid 15 euros per person. Reading the reviews, I was hoping for a better stay.

I was a guest of this guesthouse in August with my family (6 year old child), to say that I had a good time is an understatement, I felt at home, the ladies in the kitchen prepared a spectacular breakfast for us every morning with biscuits and cakes made on the spot, they were still hot from the oven, we went on excursions every day to a different place, deserted islands, sandbars, wrecks, all included in the agreed price, lunches on the beach, we fished, and to say that in the Maldives you get bored It seems like a joke to me… we can say, although we had some initial problems with my child who eats little or nothing (even at home), then we adapted, we must remember that we are not in a resort, the price paid it's online… if you want the convenience of 10 types of dishes for lunch and dinner, go to the resort (and pay 10 times more). Rasheed and his 2 right-hand men were kind and always available for any problem. My little boy at home still talks about it, and says he wants to go back because they are very sweet with children… You will leave there with tears in your eyes and you will definitely want to come back. The population of the island is kind and smiling. The cleaning ladies came to the room 3 or 4 times a day. Always clean towels every day even for the beach.

We opted for a guest house vs. A resort for its affordable price (we're a family of 5, and so we needed 2 rooms), and we lived a true Maldivian experience thanks to the whole staff! The package includes everything, except flight tickets, with 90 min speedboat from Male airport, breakfast, lunch (on the island and sand beaches) and dinner (with a special maldivian dinnner and a beach barbecue dinner). The guesthouse is small enough (5 rooms), the rooms are cleaned up twice a day, with private bathroom and air conditionin + ceiling fan. The rooms are simple but clean and comfortable. Free Wi-Fi is available. Its best offering are the daily excursions to islands, private islands and sand islands, where the staff sets up nice accomodation with shadow, tables and chairs plus plant decorations that really make the experience unique! We had night fishing, wreck snorkeling, dolphin view, and everyday Rashid took us with his blue Dhoni to a different adventure!
Highly recommended for an affordable experience to Maldives, living the real life of a fishermen village with a private bikini beach (within 2 min from the guesthouse). No alcohol on the island, but water and beverages (coke, sprite etc. ) are free and always available in a guest refrigerator.
