Spectacular place staff the best very attentive.

Great for the manta season. A good nice holiday resort that is unfortunately a bit old but is currently being refreshed and renovated.
Good value for money!

The Staff was great and treated us as family from the day we arrived. We really enjoyed getting to know them and they will always be in our hearts!

Highly recommended… Hosting and hospitality from the staff is highly appreciated especially during the rough weather conditions when we had to travel by speed boat to the seaplane jetty. Room service and hospitality was excellent. We recommend the Islander assigned for our family, Mr. Sidiq at Kihaa Maldives.

Complete paradise! So beautiful. Although it is the staff kn the island that make the visit so special. They truelly make it such a special holiday. Nothing is too much trouble. We made wonderful friends on the island and would go back to visit jn a heartbeat. Toto our butler we miss you soooo much! Ibrahiem in the restaurant was amazing and remembered everything. Fenella and her The girls in the Spa… Santiana, Yola worked wonders. And a fabulous shout out to Ramesh the security man on the Pier who looked after the sharks! And bar staff… Fenella and the guy with the cap! Rami on reception. Best holiday ever. Xxx.

This is not a 5* luxury resort… from rooms, service, food, do not go. i have travelled the world for 45years and stayed in a range of hotels and resorts, so I feel that i'm in a position to review this as I see fit… this resort hasn't won a resort award for 4 years, unlike other real 5* resorts we've been to in the maldives! on arriving in male at 7.15am, we cleared immigration/customs by 8.30am. We were meet by Kihaa resort representative. Very welcoming but we wasn't offered/given a bottle of water which is the norm. We were shown where the domestic Terminal was, but asked to wait in the boat seated area (opposite the terminal) as we couldn't check in to our transfer flight until 12.30pm. She also told us that she would take a photo of our passports so the check in at the hotel would be quicker. She also told us that once our bags were checked in we wouldn't have to worry as they would be taken to our resort room, All this just didn't happen. When your total travelling time is over 24hrs. In our room just after 3pm. You just want things to run smoothly. When we checked in had a warm welcome. We were booked into room I believe 264, the room was tired, furniture broken, fridge not working and also room was so hot as air-conditioning wasn't working, we contacted reception and was told we wasn't using the controls correctly! To get any air into the room we had to leave the doors open, which for me didn't feel safe my husband slept on the bench outside.

Kihaa Maldives is an excellent place. I truly enjoyed my stay with my family. Perfect meals with yummy food. The rooms and the environment is superb. Looking forward to visit again. Bueautiful alluring beaches and the crystal clear waters really wanted to extend my stay. 😊

We absolutely LOVED our week-long stay at Kihaa last December! We flew in from Male and it was a 30-minute plane ride + a five-minute boat transfer. All went quite smoothly and we didn’t have to wait anywhere for a long period of time. We had a beach-front villa, and it was perfect. The villa itself was spacious and far away from any noises (we were on the other side, away from the reception). You can see the oceanfront from your front window and it’s a great view to wake up to. The villa was well air conditioned and quite clean. The bed was very comfortable and huge! There is also a lovely little alcove to chill on, and the outdoor bathroom came with two showers and a lovely bathtub. We had an all-inclusive plan, which we highly recommend if you can afford it, as it allows you to enjoy your stay more without having to think about how many cocktails you have had. The food was amazing, really fresh and varied from night to night. Lots of fresh fruit too! Staff at the restaurants and bars were quite friendly and chatty. We didn’t use the pool facilities so much, but the infinity pool looked really nice. I am a big beach person, and I really loved the experience. There are lots of shallow areas to swim in and the reef is beautiful! We went snorkelling with our own gear many times and saw so many colorful fish, stingrays, eagle rays and sharks (including baby sharks! ). The sharks are not dangerous and quite small.

We stayed on Water Villa with Plunge Pool for approx $1700 AUD/night all inclusive package. The decor and set up was amazing, the staff were fantastic and the snorkelling and array of water life was breathtaking. However, the bar fridge has no beers in the room and the range of seafood was limited for the prices we paid.
Plenty to do on the resort and Maldives is truely out of this world experience.

Fantastic island, staff everywhere very hard and extremely friendly. Rooms large and clean, great beach and despite high season never overflowing — simply the perfect place to relax.

A fantastically beautiful and relaxing resort to spend an amazing honeymoon in.

Perfect holiday even with small children. Small and cozy island. Water sports com Its and canoeing (free) We had a great time: Rice pasta ice cream Oriental cuisine all well served. Also the SPA deserves to be visited and the staff is very kind and always present.

Truly a stunning paradise island staff are all so lovley 5 days left dont want to go home.

I still Khiaa. I think that as a Three-star could go CERTAINLY NOT 5 AS MILANTATO. Small pensions. Where food is scarce. Towels in the rooms are worn and with holes. ALL inclusive Bar. But then you discover that it is a hoax. First experience in the Maldives. Beautiful, certainly the landscape. But for the rest I go. In Sardinia. With 4000 euro a week it will definitely be a 5-star holiday. I do not recommend.

My most beautiful holiday so far, just gorgeous. The welcome on arrival is perfect. The accommodations generous with plenty of space. The beach absolutely perfect and not so crowded. Everyone finds a place to lie. The rich buffet is great. Every day changing offer, grilled freshly fried fish and meat. Freshly prepared pasta on the gas stove with a selection of sauces. I cannot understand the criticism of too little choice. If you don't find anything here, you should stay at home. And not forgetting the offer of the spa, thanks to a voucher from the hotel absolutely recommended. Even a trip with the diving school is a must and thanks to free trial courses as well as a house reef right on the beach also for beginners no problem. I'm sure I'll come back here again.

Super Beautiful island, lots of sharks, great bungalow, Internet actually never goes, food only mediocrity.

We are visiting for the day with two children and find this resort absolutely perfect. It is very relaxed, with generous layout, descrete and friendly staff. The water is just beautiful and clear, perfect for swimming and snorkling also for children. It is definitly worth to pay the difference to local guesthouses. It is quite a different level.

It was a fantastic holiday on Khiaa (without "d")! The food was great and varied and for every taste something. The staff was very refocused and professional!

A really nice place. You can get there with a local flight from Malé and then with a transfer by speedboat. But once you get is Paradise.

Wonderful people. Perfect staff! Wonderful location! We stayed 7 days. And it was not enough. We had taken the lagoon villa and everything inside was incredible. You have a lot of things to do in the hotel (sports, water sports, relax, dance) I advise you to get all inclusive as we do. Thanks for all kihaaaaaa!

Very good resort and amazing beach,, pools. We stayed in water villa, very spacious and beautiful lagoon… buffet spread needs some expansion, specially desserts and veg options for vegans, (specially for people coming from India). Rest everything will beat your expectations…

Oh well, let's say it, if you expect a typical 5 star hotel, this is not your destination. The whole staff needs to be trained about 5 star attitudes and how to treat their guests, learn to speak at least basic English, and how to proper cook food. Despite all this, the island is spectacular: beatiful long clean withe sandy beaches, huge blue lagoones, gorgeous reserve villas, massive reef easy to reach.

Very very beautifull resort and it's good for honeymoon, marriage anniversary and for kids also. Ths staff very polite, helpfull and kindness.

Kihaad has amazing facilities and really cooperative staff and welcoming. The room was spectacular and really spotless. The food was delightful and there were so many options. We extremely recommend it — we had such countless time.

Simply awesome, the beautiful beaches with water so clear that is a paradise for all the snorkelers and divers out there. It was impossible to find something negative about this incredible place and the resort will make your trip perfect.

It is a beautiful hotel, enjoyable and noiseless. All-Inclusive package is great and complete, with a wide range of varieties on food and beverage. If I have to choose three things from this resort : beach, room views, relax.

No words to express how lovely is KIHAAD! I was there last month with my wife and spent 4 nights in a Reserve Beach Villa. I've tried jetski and wakeboarding which fantastic. My wife busy reading books under the sun. The food was great and lots of choices especially the buffet for All Inclusive Package. Very accessible and quick via domestic from Male International Airport rather than flying Sea Plane which caused a lot of delays. The staff are all friendly and I can't believe the negative review about service as all are very attentive. A place to return soon and definitely will recommend to all of our friends.
