Undoubtedly, the place is beautiful but the staff is very rude and doesn't entertain any requests. There is absolutely no customer service provided in the resort. You ask for anything and it takes hours to be delivered. Special mention to the reception ladies, doesn't matter what you ask, the standard answer is NO. I just completed my trip and would never repeat this resort or advise anyone to go for it. Terrible experience.

Dear Shifaz, thank you for your great assistance at our stay. The island is a Paradies. And the whole stuff was soo great and friendly, we felt really comfortable. Also we want to thank Shatish, Babul and Nashaw for their everyday friendliness and excellent service. We were so lucky to see so much animals without leaving the island. We were impressed of all these wild living animals: the big Manta rays, small and big sharks, the different rays, the fruit bats, colorful fishes, turtles, a puffer fish living under our room and the wild living parrots we were allowed to hold on our arms. The water is a dream and we loved the bar with the best view on the island — the Dhoni bar. We are grateful and wish you all the best. Yours Sabine.

Our whole experience was beyond what we could have imagined! I’ve travelled a fair amount and stayed in many places but this place and people have exceeded expectations. We plan on coming back soon, the staff have been absolutely wonderful and have treated us so well we honestly couldn’t have asked for a better time here. Recommend to anyone whose never came to the Maldives before! They really take care of you and we really love the people and place. This is my 4th trip to the Maldives and this resort is the best. We stayed in a Grand Deluxe Beach Villa with pool and it was incredible. The resort has so much to offer for everyone and is surprisingly large but intimate as it's spread over three islands, joined by small bridges. The resort is clean and the gardens are immaculate. The food is delicious in the buffet restaurants and there is so much to choose from. The staff are so happy here and are cared for deeply by the Management. Special thanks to our Housekeeper Moshin for looking after us so well and along with Santu the Housekeeping supervisor who made our Anniversary so special with the wonderful bed decoration. We had His and Hers Balinese massages with Malini and Tari which were so good a return visit was booked for the next day. A very special mention to Sajid, Guest Service Manager who arranged our 1st Wedding Anniversary meal on the beach at the Namaste restaurant. The food was exquisite and we were looked after so well by Shaa who is a complete gem and credit to the resort. Thank you also to Mr Rettey the food and beverage Manager, Laine and Areef for making our anniversary meal and surroundings so special. When we ate in the Sunset restaurant we were always looked after so well by waiters Khaled & also Boku. Another special mention to Emran at the fresh fruit station who lovingly prepares everything to order and who’s friendly smile brightens the day.

We had lovely accommodation over the water. They looked after us and the island very well. The beaches were clean and racked everday. I would recommend going all inclusive and taking spare suncream.

Well its a nice experience, but if I direct comment the whole experience I think lack of improvement in rooms I can say not worth for the price food not much fun middle.

Amazing resort! Staff went above and beyond. The water villa with pool is what dreams are made of. Bakaa took me offshore fishing…couldn’t ask for a better experience. Aday and Shaun went out of there way each day to make us feel as if we were the only guests on the island. Nourish was our housekeeper…one of the kindest people we have ever had the pleasure of knowing.

It was so awesome, the people are so friendly, special cudos to adale for such a great experience. Hope to see you all again.

One of the best Superb resort to stay…

I have just come back from one of the best weeks of my life. It was incredible, even better than what I expected: a true dream came true. All staff is very kind, helpful and friendly. The food is great and there is a lot of variety and options for kids. We tried one of the additional restaurants with grilled sea food and it was impeccable. The rooms are lovely, spacious and very comfortable. We stayed at the Grand Water Villa with pool and then at the Grand Beach Suite with pool. We are 4, 2 adults, a 13y old and a 10y old. Super clean, top service. The outside bathroom from the beach suite is a dream! We also used the spa. The massages are fantastic. The excursions are also amazing. We went to see and swim with the nurse sharks. It was surreal. Also saw the dolphins and big turtles. Great memories my family and I will never forget. There is a lot of recreational options. We can’t get bored. The staff is always ready to serve us and to make sure we do not need to worry about anything. I want to go back already.

It is the perfect island in maldives to spend your special moments. It is highly recommended to stay at over water rooms. The entire beach is clean and nicely decorated and it is undoubtedly the best place for photoshoot.
Better to include half/full board/all inclusive meal package otherwise it may cost you more. Must bring your emergency medicine here. It is recommended to bring your own snorkeling devices bcz lending device is expensive here.
Don't miss to explore the whole island. All staffs are very well behaved and cooperative. We can't forget the support of Mr. Mohammad Ibrahim during our stay in that island. Take love from bangladesh. Thanks to the entire management team to make our honeymoon very special and memorable.

Beautiful resort and the staff is very nice! Also very clean! Room is modern and new.
Downside is we probably would not come back again. All inclusive package is not all inclusive and actually includes very little. Everything we ordered from the bar the first day to drink (including a baileys and coffee/ mimosa) was not included. In addition, you cannot take your drinks to the beach/ your room. You must be sitting at a bar to order. All food to the room is also extra ($40 for 4 orange juices)
Upon arrival we asked the staff to clean the ladder from our patio going into the water as it was full of algae and we were afraid to slip. They did so very promptly, but left some metal on the ladder which one of us later cut our foot on and ended up in the clinic for with a tetanus shot and Antibiotics. When we called reception for a golf cart to pick us up and bring us to the clinic we were told they couldn’t and told us to walk (despite them bringing the cart to our room earlier to drop our bags in the room).
We met a couple on their honeymoon with the same complaint and were a bit disappointed. Unfortunately they had a worse experience than we did. Their room was out dated, outlets did not work and the lights flickered like a disco.
Overall not a bad place to stay, but if you want a true all inclusive experience I would not recommend.

One thing that stood out for me here is how thoughtful everything about the resort is, from the rooms to the bar, food, amenities, etc. The most important thing to me are it’s people.

I had visited this place and had a great time we stayed here for 4 days 2 days water villa and 2 days in sunset jacuzzi water villa
but I personally liked water villa as room sas really big and the deck view was just too good

Everything was amazing. We will definitely be back someday! The staff was particularly friendly and warm — that definitely made a special atmosphere. The hotel and the whole island are well designed both from a functional and a decoration point of view, which for me is a plus. I really recommend it! We stayed at a deluxe villa, and it is really good and luxurious even though is not one of the expensive rooms — it is more than enough.

We were here to celebrate our honeymoon. The smiling faces showed the beauty of island. Lots of water activities and indoor activities within the package. Recommended to take all inclusive package so that you don’t have to worry of anything. Highly recommended to people looking of best experiences in Maldives.

I loved everything about this hotel especially the staff nothing was too much trouble for them.
The food was excellent and was plenty to choose from.
The lagoon restaurant was amazing too.
They have a wide range of water sports which we all found something we would like to do.
The spa was the most beautiful place with relaxing waterfalls in the room where you receive massages pure bliss.
The young men in the lagoon bar was amazing they made us feel so welcome and so respectful towards us it has happened on many occasions in different resorts where the staff have been inappropriate but not here! We all felt like part of their family and my daughter didn’t want to leave.
Will defo return here if only just to see shahuz and sha they are a asset to this hotel and couldn’t imagine staying here without them.

We came here for our honeymoon. The staff have been fantastic and the place is amazing. It feels sometimes as if we are the only people here. Crystal clear waters in the morning. A little less clear in the afternoon. Some building works happening but apparently only for the week we are here but not heard from our villa.

After doing months of research, we finally ended up staying in the Grand Beach Villa with Private Pool. I loved the room, amenities and especially the open styled washroom. From the lights in private pool to waterfall shower in washroom, the room was a complete heaven, we loved the way each and every space was designed and utilized, the room was even better than the water Villa. Also the resort is beautiful with plenty of greenery, activities such as tennis badminton and billiards to keep you entertained. The buffet​ has huge variety and great visual appeal. But our favorite was Lagoon Restaurant. We loved the view and the food equally Also the snorkeling around jetty is good fun for 1 hour everyday. My best resort stay ever after staying with over 100 resorts in the world. And above all it was the most value for money resort in the entire Maldives.

This resort is amazing and highly recommended for families. There are many things to do at this resort. The staff in the kids club are beautiful and the ladies who take care of the birds do such a great job, they were great with our kids too and let them feed and clean the birds. Thank you to all the staff at Lagoon Restaurant, the food was amazing and the view was breathtaking. The guys at the dive and water sports centres were great, especially James from Australia and Zain. Thank you so much to Zain for taking the time to snorkel with us and being so good with our boys. The staff in the buffet were great and the chefs are able to accommodate food requests, which is wonderful — especially for picky eaters! Thank you also to Hasan in the bar and the staff in reception and the spa for being so helpful. We loved every minute of our stay and hope to return again. We highly recommend this resort to anyone looking to visit the Maldives. The ‘All Inclusive’ package is definitely worth it!

Beautiful resort. Crystal clear waters with beautiful sea life and coral reefs. The amenities available are good. The entire resort is maintained well and kept extremely clean. Rooms are extremely welcoming and have thoughtful touches (Recently renovated). The staff does everything possible to make your stay comfortable. Good food options as well. And plenty of water sports and diving activities are available.

Went here on our honeymoon and had an amazing time. Food was excellent and service was great. The all-inclusive resorts outside of the Caribbean seem to have some conditions and limitations on what all is inclusive, such as many alcoholic drinks, other dining options on the island, and additional activities. Just beware of that, but otherwise it was understandably an incredibly beautiful place. Very relaxing and the staff was incredibly polite and accommodating when we asked for help.

It's a great hotel! The big grounds, lots of extra services, the villas with the pool are gorgeous! Not every hotel 5 z can provide such wonderful rooms.

Wedding trip open 2012 which just say fantastic both from the trip with the Emirates company to the stop in Dubai and then… Here's paradise at last! For those who have already been there do not need words for those who have to go write 2 lines it is mandatory breathtaking panorama with sunsets and sunrises of indescribable colors wonderful water with all its creatures that live there from the lagoon in front of the beach you get to the reef and jump into the blue just writing relive that coral reef and fish thrill of a multitude of colorful sharks reef turtles dolphin starfish and… In the evening from the jetty there is a show in the water not to be missed try to believe spacious loft beachfront 2 times a day cleaning and changing towels, excellent catering quietly turns the island on foot and talking about feet never put footwear for everything the day and for all 12 days of stay a enjoyment just to go to the restaurant for education and respect they put on their shoes otherwise… All well cared for equally gorgeous pools, all-inclusive in the truest sense of the word pampered in every context than to say a holiday from nababbi, at the time as a referral there was Francesca a wonderful girl friendly sympathetic and available excursions … One thing I do not understand with such a sea how do you not live it and spend all day in the pool mah… At the beach at most we were 6 who want more.

We were very excited about our Maldives trip since beginning, Olhuveli beach & spa resort, Maldives in all aspect fulfilled our expectations about this trip. We had relaxing environment all around, awesome water villa & beach villa. We stayed in Room 222 deluxe room for 2 nights & 2 nights in room 104 Deluxe water villa with a spectacular infinity view which made us spell bound & experienced the calm & serene beauty of Maldives. View of sunset from water sports equipment center side & jetty was awesome. Embarking on a Sunset cruise which we would love to cherish. Food & drinks specifically in lagoon restaurant was too good. Room service staffs Mr. Bashir, staffs at restaurant Mr. Jamiz, Mr. Abdulla, Mr. Khaled was perfectly spot on in their services. We expected some memorable small souvenir from the resort which would make The Olhuveli experience into our permanent memory but as we came to know it is not in the policy of the resort. Kudos to Olhuveli management & we would love to be back again with friends & family.

This place was so awesome, the staff is cool and friendly. The place is very clean. Food was good thoughts I'm a vegetarian there were not much option but whatever they had was tasty. The scenic beauty is so beautiful you'll enjoy every bit of it. The sunrise and sunsets shouldn't be missed. Enjoyed a lot.

Great resort in male south. Great for couples on honeymoon, only peace and beautiful scenery, no animation and few people. The most absolute tranquility.

Most beautiful beach I have ever experienced. Clean white beaches that lead down into fish rich waters. The Lagoon side (sun rise) drops away quickly but has a resident green turtle and a couple of big rays to amuse. On the sunset side, large weed beds full of fish lead to the coral reef and drop. Black tipped reef sharks, large parrot fish, and hundreds of angel fish fill the reef. Plus the magnificent Manta Ray off the pier.

Needless to comment on the place itself (absurd sea, coral reef, turtles having breakfast under the jetty, manta that jumps every night and dolphins sighted a few meters from the shore) … Really great holiday, friendly staff and never intrusive. Excellent cleanliness of both the room and the common areas. Impeccable treatment and super happy Girls.

Good resort with the appreciable presence of the nearby Spettaacolare Reef.
Large and well-spread structures: You don't get the feeling of overcrowding.
Nice and comfortable rooms on the beach, practically deserted as almost all guests prefer the pools to the sea!
A chair with sand and sea wheel is also available for the disabled.

Picturesque is the word, that come to mind when I think of this place, we chose this place as our honeymoon destination, due to some personal reason we were not able to go on planned date, and was delayed by almost 2 months, thanks to my agent & resort guys they rescheduled it with minimum charges. We stayed in beach side & water villa, both type have its own experience, water villa is quite secluded & a bit far from the main resort. Out of 2 pools, Infinity is better, with being just beside the beach & the bar, gets you scenic view with the drinks. The staff here are very courteous. Over all it was amazing experience, the only thing this place lacks is limited options for vegetarians.

The usual Maldives… Medium quality… Good sea. Without a fantastic sea world. Normal food. Medium service. Probably an overpriced price tag. Would have put not 4 + and three plus and a corresponding price-it would be better… Seems to be getting worse over the years, not better. 4 years ago was prettier/probably changed the manager/. Don't even know what to add.

Clean hotel, friendly and helpful staff, food is designed for Asian guests, well suited for Europeans if you like Curry and for breakfast a hot meal.

This is an amazing place. We came to this resort to celebrate our 10 year anniversary and it didn’t let us down. The staff are awesome people, they were always happy and welcoming. From the cleaners to the waiters, the bar staff and administration, everyone made our stay a memorable experience. We were there from the 16th to the 21st of Feb and every day we found something new to do. Snorkelling is great, so many spots to go and heaps to see. We only had to go 20 meters from our room to find a turtle in the bay. We did the jet ski ride, which was awesome and fun. Also did the windsurfing lesson which was great fun. There are plenty of excursions to choose from. I highly recommend the Snorkelling Safari. So much to see! Many, many fish, coral and turtles. The group of people we went with consisted of people aged 5 up to their 60’s. Nobody struggled and the guides ensured everybody got to see all there was to see. This was a great time out. We also did the Sunset Dolphin Cruise, it was amazing to get to see these awesome mammals up close, playing in their natural environment. The food was great. Always something new to try. We had a couple of “special” dinners for our anniversary and they were both bloody awesome. Now to get picky. One of the two rooms we were in (Jacuzzi Water Villa) was looking/feeling a bit dated. It was well cleaned and tidy but you could see little things that were wrong due to age of the building.

The meals are exquisite and there are many fruits and vegetables. Good snorkeling, beautiful sunset, good service. If you come directly from the airport will charge a speedboat fee of $210, self-employed boat also to collect this money.

Child care is very much written. Beautiful to relax.

It was my first visit to the Maldives and I loved my 7 night stay at Olhuveli. The island is beautiful and well maintained and considering there are 250 guests residing there is feels relatively quiet. The buffet meals could be a little bit of a bun fight, but you need to remember you're not paying premium Maldives resort prices. The staff are super friendly and very welcoming which really helps enhance your stay. I must mention Uhpul in the Dhoni Bar and Alix in the main restaurant for their excellent customer service. Both of them really made our stay more enjoyable!

A wonderful place. We chose to close the trip to Sri Lanka by spending four days in this piece of paradise. Great food, wonderful place. Our choice fell on the single apartments in front of the sea, choice which I highly recommend. Excellent food and friendliest staff.

Excellent picturesque resort. Great, friendly staff. Many activities — scuba, snorkelling, wind surfing, kayaking to name a few. Good food with many vegetarian options at each meal. All inclusive package is truly amazing, especially for honeymooners.

Wonderful place, wonderful nature.
The island is big and there is a lot of walking to get to the refreshment areas, sports etc.
The service is poor, very disorganized, missed reservations for restaurants, missed the fins for diving, at breakfast there were never any tables ready, several times we had to do without napkin… they had no more…! And the drinks generally came when you had already finished the meal…

A few days in paradise… beautiful in all inclusive. Unfortunately the weather was really horrible but the little where we were able to enjoy we loved it… peaceful relaxing and paradisiacal décor…

Quite nice, but they have overlooked small things in their villa design and food can improve a lot. Also the final billing experience needs one to be careful and attentive. It's not quite as seamless as one would expect.

Yes! It's not cheap. But you paid to enjoy the wonderful service and climate, and not to stand in queues and taste alcohol-containing liquids with burnt meat in the surrounding villages. It is an outstanding product in the tourist market. Complete relaxation, spa treatments, several restaurants and hotels meet the highest standards. For lovers organized active recreation: kite surfing, diving, sea (actually ocean! ) walks and much more.

Biased attitude towards non Caucasians. Service is bad, probably bad managers. Had a very bad experience this visit. Moreover, be careful with their 'crab race' though not mentioned, you have to pay for gear when it's meant to be 1st prize! Be careful when ordering drinks while dinning… you have to pay for water as well. Be prepared if you're buying their packages… make sure you have a check list of what's provided… You could be charged for swimming in the sea around the island… LOL!

It is a typical island resort in Maldives which possesses every gorgeous things of ocean. It’s worth to spend a big amount of money for experience. In general, the resort is managed well and provide acceptable services. Food is not so impressed. There are plenty of beach and you can easily find yourself an isolated place.

Great place and friendly stuff. Water is cristal clear and has many fish. Feels like living on top of a huge fish tank.

Wonderful stay, friendly staff we enjoy every moment in the resort. Well Organized and good management of how to maintain the island clean and they, provide us a very detail introduction of the resort when we reached the island. All the staff in the island greet us whenever we meet. Beach villa and water villa are very nice!

The… The beauty of nature is not going anywhere. It is so. Very friendly staff. But here is a very upset variety of food. Macaroni every day. Well honestly, on the fourth day it became ridiculous… Fish one species, fruit a little. The level of professionalism of cooks on the top three. That's probably the biggest disappointment from this place. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

I enjoyed my stay the jacuzzi villa. The best ever place to spend a beach holiday. There are lot of fishes coming around the villa. Also there is a diving enter which provides training and equipments. The giant manta ray watch at nights is awesome. These huge fishes come around splashing the water at nights along with some luminescent parrot fishes. You can see this around 7 pm near sun set diving center. Also when you reach the four spices restaurant for breakfast you can see a lot of cute little sharks roaming around the shores. There are several restaurants and bars in the island where you can get a range of food, however it's recommended to go for Maldivian food or see food with its authentic taste. The prices are but higher but worth the pay. The hospitality of the staff is at the top rank. Overall I would rate it as a must visit place.

Great dive, I recommend the instructor Yadi, great attitude of the staff. It is a pity the leadership is changing endlessly, and its tyranny spoils the whole way. Have been 6 times.

Worth your money
1. Dead "deluxe room", while overlooking the Sea (antediluvian sanitary, the fungus is everywhere at the joints, homemade furniture zamyzgannaâ sofa in the balcony)
2. Not normal value any meal, including dilute water twice as "fresh"
3. The full ability to cook with cooks in all restaurants of any culinary Graduate College prepares better
4. Can be considered a lack of meat on the menu, because what offer is impossible
5. Three beaches: almost all of them finely and algae
with all this unusual nature and rich water world-
It was very interesting to snorkel. Sharks, rays, manta rays, barracudas, turtles, etc.

Why not catch a fish in the sea and cook on the grill, just without anything without horrible oil or žirnûŝego klâra — we haven't understood.

Excellent service, very nice for snorkeling and diving. Food is good, as well as accommodation in water villas; deluxe rooms aren't so nice. The island is really clean but somewhere it smells a lot, due to a poor drainage system.
