Coco Villa

Without any doubts, I can say that Coco-Villa Thoddoo is the best hotel on the island, and in all the local Maldives too. This is my second time coming here (and I will definitely come again), and it’s so nice to see that the level of comfort and service is only growing. The hotel recently increased the number of rooms, added a new category, expanded the territory and updated public areas. It is very beautiful and cozy here, the atmosphere is incredible. The room has everything you need including decorative details and stunning design.
I would like to say a special thanks to the hotel manager Abdullah. Thanks to your efforts, we felt like welcomed guests and were surrounded by care and attention.
I also would like to note that the hotel has the best cuisine, the new chef is just a master in his deal, he knows how to cook and present even the simplest foods delicious and beautiful. We were absolutely delighted with the breakfasts and dinners, and on all the other islands we remembered how delicious it was here. Miss it so much.
I also celebrated my birthday here, the guys from hotel have decorated my room, draw hand-made card and baked for me coconut panna cotta (it is my favourite dessert). It was a pleasure! Thank you for all emotions you gave me. You are forever in my heart ❤️

We chose to stay at Coco Villa for 2 nights before our stay at a luxury resort. The service and attention at Coco Villa was MUCH BETTER!
The room was adequate size. The mattress was VERY FIRM (but all beds in Asia seem to be hard compared to what we are used to in the US)
The owner organized a tour for us for our first day. It turned out not to be a good tour and he negotiated a discount for us which was much appreciated. We had to do the same tour with a different company the next day because the first one was not good.
The hotel grounds were laid out with a garden area and a public area that were great for lounging around. — I found too many moquitos and could only sit outside when layered in bug spray.
Wifi seemed to only work at the very edge of the room and in the public areas.
Food was really good! We stayed on half board which included breakfast and dinner. It was made-to-order when we were ready and was always brought out with a smile.
I highly recommend Coco Villa for your stay on Thoddoo.

I performed late booking directly witht the hotel at high-season. I booked 28.12.2023 with arrival 03.01.2024. At the beginning manager informed that we'll have to change the room. Itwas ok for us.
Thoddoo island itself is green, calm and silent. We enjoied relaxed athmosfere. Beach itself isbig enough and there are not many people.
Coco villa hotel is small (12 rooms) with nice garden, free Wi-Fi, very helpfull and almost invissible staff. All, needed to be done is done, but you even don't see how.
Rooms are very clean and large. Rooms cleaned every day. Nothing excessive, but all is well-considered. You have all you need.
Hotel provides breakfast (included in fare) and dinner (at extra charge). Bikes rent availiable at 5 USD per day. Masks rental is free.
Special challenge was room change. But it was done perfectly by hotel staff. Get your things onto the bed and drop keys. We returned from the beach to a new room where all our things were.
And I should mention, that our first room (6) was good enough, but new (10) was even better with large bathroom.
So, we enjoied our stay here and will return.

This place is just magical. It's difficult to express how incredible was our experience staying at Coco Villa. Abdullah is the most amazing and kind person in the whole Maldives. He looked after us so well and made sure we had everything we needed for a great trip. Breakfast and dinner are just so good and tasty. I feel so happy I chose this place for my Thoddoo trip.

The best place to spend your holidays on Maldives. We found there much support from manager and Coco staff, their make our stay so amazing.
You can rent a bike or get snorkeling set, eat amazing and various breakfast/lunch/dinner.
Highly recommended and worth to check soul of this place and passion of Coco team to do their best.

Coco Villa is, in our opinion, the most beautiful hotel on Thoddoo Island. We stayed in the new superior room. The room is very spacious, equipped with quality furniture in Boho style. The lounge atrium with banana trees, palm trees,. Is wonderful. Everything is nicely arranged and very clean. Wasim, welcomed us very warmly, offered us coconut water from a coconut, organized for us swimming with sharks and manta rays, a visit to the so-called Sandbank, catered to all wishes regarding food for our 1-year-old daughter for breakfast, lunch and dinner. They also washed and dried our clothes at our request. The room was clean every day, equipped with fresh drinking water, fresh beach towels. We were able to borrow bikes.
The hotel has its own chef, who prepares a wide variety of healthy and tasty dishes that even the children liked. (fresh juice, platter of watermelon, soup, freshly cought fish, best desserts. All made by him). Every time he came between us and checked if we were satisfied. The waitress Julie was also warm, attentive and very pleasant.
The beach is a 10-minute walk away under the palms. By the beach, we could buy local fruit and home made coco bounty. There are also toilets and showers on the beach. There is enough shade for children and nice swings for fun and sleep.
We'll be back.

We had a lovely stay at Coco Villa. The staff went out of their way to accommodate our requests. The room was spacious and clean. They arrange speedboat transfer to Thoddoo. They also arrange buggy service if required. Snorkelling equipment and bicycles are available for rent.

It's my second time in coconut villa and a third of a ❤️

We spent a week in Coco Villa and we felt like being at home.
Staff has always been careful but never intrusive: all the guys are nice and work hard but always smiling.
They have done everything possible to make our stay relaxing and comfortable.
And we cannot but confirm that all was definitely perfect.
Food prepared by Indian chef was tasty and always good and he has also been able to prepare dedicated food for our baby, different for every single dinner.
Finally, they have been able to precisely organize our transfer from/to Malè (this is really important in Maldives and definitely represents a plus).
Ziyad is professional and familiar at same time: he is a good manager and a really nice person.
It was so hard to leave Todhoo and Coco Villa, but we will keep wonderful memories in our hearts for ever!
