Very informative place, easy rules, clean and a good base start to discover the Maldives.

The Hotel is in a convenient location. Reception staff is very friendly and cooperative. Room was nice and clean, they change bedding everyday. Breakfast was OK. And restaurant staff were also polite and cooperative.

Very good value for money Located in the middle of the island, the transfer service (included in the price) was great. The welcome tea is outstanding.
They obviously provide you with a map of the city. Maybe the bed is not very comfortable and the breakfast nothing great, but good.

Highly recommend! First time for us at Male. We stayed 2 nights at Octave, and very pleasantly surprised! Arrival: Didn’t expect free pick up from the airport to the hotel, they took care of us. We don’t need to worry at all. They liaised with the resort that we were going next. Everything went so smoothly. Location: Super central and convenient to navigate around. Good restaurants within walking distance. … Room: Clean and nice and basic. It’s a bit small. But we don’t spend much time at the hotel room so this suits us perfect. Diving: We went diving with Ali. He and his crew is amazing, so friendly and love the oceans. He was so excited to show us everything under the sea. I haven’t dived for a few years. Ali gave me confident and took care of me, put trust in me. Taught me a few techniques. We did two dives in the morning with Ali. It was amazing! The corals was so beautiful and all the fishes, first time diving into a little cave. We even stopped at a sandbank between the dives. We just trusted Ali’s plan. Staff: Super friendly, laid back and so nice and friendly people. Highly recommend! Next time, we want to spend more time with Ali to dive and snorkel with him. Support local business, support family run biz! It is a basic and clean and well-situated hotel with ***** service and care!

Nice little place to stay for a day or two. Rooms are small, but very clean and comfortable. Staff is very helpful. Location is in the centre of Male, everything is nearby at walking distance.

We booked a room here when we were stranded in Male due to bad weather. Getting to the hotel required a short 5-minute ferry ride and then a cab drive through the narrow streets but it was very comfortable and the staff were helpful, attentive and cooperative even preparing and early breakfast for us when we had to catch our flight to our island early next morning. The food in room service is excellent. No complaints.

3 star hotel but had 5 star service. Small hotel run by a local Maldivian family. Booked the day prior and had a representative meet us at the arrivals area and escorted us to the ferry. A driver picked us up and transported us to the hotel, same thing on the return. The rooms were clean and pretty good size for Male. Breakfast was free along with transportation. 15-20 minute walk to both ferry terminals and downtown sights. While there isn't much to do in Male, would highly recommend this hotel if staying in the city.

Excellent service, really surprised to receive a call from the hotel manager regarding our flight details, and the meet and greet service was excellent, we felt really very comfortable in staying in OCTAVE. The ambiance of the room was cosy and comfortable, with good food in the restaurant. Just a professional service with utmost care and trustworthy hotel to stay.

Prior to the holiday to our island, we stayed in this hotel for one night. Hotel staff was very friendly, we got a free pick-up, and they welcomed us with a cocktail. Contact them and our final destination, and next morning took us to the pier, along with our little play on the main island in the destination in a circle. Room was very clean and we got the complimentary toiletries. Bed was great, we had a short but comfortable night's sleep. Breakfast choice was not the best, but we ate some toast, eggs, sausage and fruit. The hotel is very suitable for the one night stay before going to the other islands.

Restaurant is piece ful for private dinner.

I think its a very nice hotel. I think its one of the top hotels in male, maldives. Ive been there once its great.

This Hotel is great! I can not believe the spacious room with pantry and Living room space with comfy sofa and 42" Flat Screen! This is real value for money and it super clean with fresh smell. And you get new and fresh towels with all the bath gels, body lotions, etc. Why I m rating this hotel so high I have stayed in other 3 hotels in Male which has small smelly rooms with nothing. I m giving 5 Stars.
