Review of Adaaran Select Huduran Fushi 4*

Sadly somewhat disappointing. We booked "all-inclusive" and this gave us access to " cheap low quality cocktails" and a menu of max 5. Different cocktails. There were definitely other cocktails available but at a price of 10 dollars despite " all — inclusive". Our departure time was 19:20. At 12:00 SHARP our " all-inclusive" privelages were stopped although we remained an additional 5 hours on the island at 31 degrees. Breakfast is only available between 07:30-09:30. There is no possibility to have a sleep in and late breakfast. Snacks provided during the day but at additional cost despite "all-inclusive". The fan in the room was covered in a thick layer of dust. Our bathroom was daily infested with ants. It took 3 phone calls to obtain a spray against ants (no assistance offered to remove the ants) We booked a dolphin-Watching boat trip for 75 Dollars inlc. Tax and service charges. The boat was out for 2 hours and we saw NO Dolphins. The staff showed no interest on the boat or attempt to sight Dolphins. Drinks may only be consumed in the bar area and may not be removed from the sight of the waiter. Most waiters show a somewhat "fed up" face when serving. As a guest you do not feel very welcome. All the facilities & services are set out to earn money and very little "personal touch" or welcome feeling. The rooms have old tube televisions. No internet in the rooms. WLAN only available at high extra costs in the bar area. The rooms need a serious face lift and some investment. The hotel has great possibilities but is sadly in the wrong management and ownership.
