We stayed during a public holiday, so the hotel was understandably quite busy. The check-in process took a little longer than usual, but everything was well-organized and managed efficiently.
The pool was crowded, which was expected given the holiday season. Breakfast offered a wide variety of choices, and the staff were excellent at clearing tables promptly and managing guest seating smoothly.
We were also celebrating my kid's birthday during our stay. Prior to arrival, we emailed the hotel with a complimentary birthday arrangement request, and the team kindly decorated the room and provided a birthday cake. It was a thoughtful gesture that made the celebration even more special for our family.
The service throughout our stay was outstanding. Every staff member we encountered was friendly, attentive, and provided excellent hospitality. The hotel even offered complimentary ice cream for the kids, which was a lovely surprise (not sure if it was due to the public holiday, but it was definitely appreciated! ).
The only downside was that we were unable to adjust the room air conditioning, so the room felt slightly warm during the night.
Overall, we had a wonderful stay. Despite the minor issue with the air conditioning, the excellent service and family-friendly touches made our stay memorable. We would definitely return in the future.

I stayed at this hotel specifically to attend and online meeting. Overall, the experience was pleasant and the facilities were well maintained. One area that could be improved is the absence of valet parking, as guests are required to walk a short distance from the basement parking area to reach the lobby.
The front desk team was courteous and welcoming throughout my stay. I would also like to commend the customer service assistant, Muzaffar, for his attentiveness and prompt assistance with my requests.
The sahur meal offered a good variety of options, which was much appreciated. However, there is some room for improvement for the room service. I ordered a burger, but the bread was slightly burnt on the side and somewhat dry.
I usually enjoy ordering room service during my stays, and I hope the hotel can continue to maintain and further improve the quality of the food offered through this service. Some guests, myself included, do not mind to chip in more as long as the food quality meets expectations. The food served at the café was enjoyable, so it would be great if the same standard could be reflected in the room service menu as well. Looking fwd for the next stay!

Our family recently stayed at the DoubleTree by Hilton Putrajaya for one night, booking two rooms—one for my wife and me, and another for my parents. It was a thoroughly enjoyable experience from start to finish.
• Stunning Architecture & Ambiance: The resort is expansive and beautifully designed. The blend of modern luxury with the natural surroundings makes it feel like a true escape from the city.
• Lakeside Serenity: Our rooms were superb, offering a direct, breathtaking view of the lake. Waking up to that scenery was easily the highlight of the stay.
• Dining & Facilities: We spent a good amount of time exploring the grounds and dining at the restaurant. The food quality was excellent, and the service throughout the resort was warm and attentive.
• Spacious & Family-Friendly: Because the resort is so large, it never felt crowded. I highly recommend setting aside extra time just to walk around and explore the different areas of the property.
Just a minor technical note for the maintenance team: the air-conditioning control panel in our room seemed to have a screen error, making it a bit difficult to adjust the temperature. However, this was a small glitch and certainly didn’t dampen our overall experience or the comfort of our stay.

Nice room, but with a noisy airconditioning that was hardly able to cool the room enough. Maybe because of the single glass. Good parking service. Checking in was smooth, includimg a very tasty home baked cookie. Nice pool side. Friendly service. The hotel looks pleasant, but is a little bit of a maze. Great breakfast. Location is good, but not on walking distance from anything, so either use a car or a Grab.

I had a wonderful experience at the Ramadan buffet at DoubleTree by Hilton Putrajaya on 21 February 2026. The food selection was absolutely amazing, so many delicious choices, beautifully presented, and everything tasted fresh and flavorful. It truly made our iftar extra special.
What made the experience even more memorable was the excellent service from the staff, especially Siti, Cilla, and Rafiq. They were incredibly friendly, attentive, and always served us with warm smiles. Their hospitality made us feel welcomed and well taken care of throughout the evening.

My wife and I were recommended to stay at Double Tree by Hilton Putrajaya Lakeside for a function at PICC instead of our usual hotel in KL.
Double Tree did not dissapoint. From the check-in staff to the staff at the Makan Kitchen the service and attention have been excellent. We had a very enjoyable and pleasant stay.
The Concierge team was v, ery welcoming and friendly. The team at Reception was very accommodating. Housekeeping team was prompt with a request to clean room.
Shout-out to the Makan Kitchen team — Athirah who always has a smile to greet us at breakfast, Chef Safuan for his detailed explanation of the dishes when asked and Victoria who despite her busy morning rush servicing guests is always in good cheer.

Dear employees Izat, chef zam, aizad, syahmu and wana. Thank you for the friendly service. The food was very delicious. However I expected more varieties and faster refill. There was no water refill service and the seafood portion is small considering the price. The desserts are amazingly delicious. But as a family who look forward for seafoods, it was a bit sad to see how little choice the hotel have and how most of the plates are already empty. We hope from this review you may improve more on these aspects. Overall, the place is comfortable and the foods are still very delicious.

The overall place is strategic and easy to reach, however the underground car park is a bit tight and hard to navigate first. Lobby entrance and lobby lifts felt a bit weird and small for such a grand place.
Upon arriving the staffs welcomed us with warmth and the double tree hot cookies are nice. Check in and check out profess is seamless.
The hotel rooms and corridors are quite spacious yet comfy with a slightly darker theme. The facilities are well maintained and the staffs are friendly and professional. Overall im quite satisfied with the rooms and facilities provided. The executive loungue is superb.
As for the breakfast, the location requires a little bit of adventuring and sadly its not directly above the lobby which is a shame. But nevertheless the breakfast location is big, the design is exciting with many different islands almost covering most of the types of food you would typically find in a 4-5 star hotel in Malaysia. However I noticed the portions are quite big and the coffee is quite strong options are overwhelming (they even have ice cream for breakfast), I usually compare breakfast to my favorite spot which is Courtyard KL South (Marriot) which they executed perfectly from the presentation to taste.

We took the opportunity to treat our family members to check in at DoubleTree by Hilton Putrajaya as we had a wedding invitation at Bora Ombak. We booked 4 X Twin Guest Room and were not disappointed! The rooms were clean and spacious.
The Services from all the hotel staffs were excellent & awesome.

Stayed 1 night here with hubby & 2 preschool kids. The room is clean, tidy but a little bit small for family with small kids. This hotel has a mini water park that kids can have fun. Also, there were free ice-cream for all kids at the swimming pool! The breakfast spread is as expected, the food tasted good & I love the fact that they have a kids’ corner for breakfast! Overall, it was a pleasant experience staying in this hotel.

Had a pleasant stay at DoubleTree by Hilton Putrajaya. Check-in and check-out were fast and smooth, and the welcome cookies were a nice touch. The room was clean and well kept, and the hotel has a spacious resort-like atmosphere by Putrajaya Lake with beautiful landscaping.

I’ve stayed at DoubleTree Putrajaya many times because it’s close to home and I don’t have to deal with traffic just for a short getaway. But this stay was extra special as it was for my husband’s birthday.
I requested a simple birthday decoration, and the hotel really delivered. The setup was simple yet lovely, just nice to make the celebration feel special. They even surprised us with a complimentary layer cake, which was such a thoughtful gesture.
Breakfast the next morning was also a pleasant experience. A staff member at Makan Kitchen named Syahmi was incredibly friendly and helpful—he even allowed my kids (aged 9 and 11) to eat for free, which we truly appreciated. Not every hotel goes the extra mile like that.
Overall, every stay here has been consistently good. Comfortable, convenient, great breakfast and warm hospitality from the staff. That’s why I keep coming back. Highly recommended for families or anyone looking for a relaxing staycation in Putrajaya.
