Good accomedation, Service is as you aspect not too good but will do the job you expect. In terms of location Its not too far from convienient store or any food stalls around.

Had a really pleasant stay here. The room was spacious—I booked Superior Suite and Family Room—and very well ventilated, which made the whole space feel fresh and comfortable.

Had a great 3 nights stay there last month. Staffs are friendly, and my room was ready after I arrived which was great.

Ants Hotel is a practical choice for business travelers, particularly due to its strategic location.

Simple but clean. We were happy to have this place since our original booking at a different place was awful.

Comfortable place. Very clean. We stayed in the 2 double bed room without window. They only need to fix the sink because it leaks a bit.

Very cozy windy & very nice place for stay. Kampung style. Clean & tidy. A good one 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼

Clean fresh air, beautiful green scenery & landscape, the "kampung' vibes for healing, comfy bed, clean sheets, lots of privacy and perfect for tired soul. One of the best place I can say!

Perfect hotel for solo female traveler.
Pro:
Clean and decent room. Do not expect 5stars fluffy pillow.
Location is the best, close to so many eateries and kangar jaya mall.

Very good! Recommend stay in Perlis! A bit noisy (motorbike noise from the road) can be fixed with a little bit more soundproofing.

For those who are solo traveller with some budget, this is the place to meet new people that will turn into friend.
This was my first time stayed at I. M Santai Lodge Perlis.

If you wanna stay at hostel that feel like home, consider no more, it takes your breath away, excellent hospitality, amazing facilities, soft and clean bed, and they provide two partitions separating

Nice, front desk got great people, recommended on a budget.

I was so grateful this place had a room after oyo cancelled my room 30 minutes before I arrived, the room was a little smelly but clean and comfy. I'd choose rather than oyo.

The good motel budjet… room n toilet very clean free parking and friendly staff. Owner is muslim.

Very clean staff friendly.

Nice hotel. Nice and friendly staff. Obviously furniture and asset is not the nevěsta but friendly staff and location overweight these limitations.

Stayed in Superior Deluxe (2 queen beds) with 4 adults and 2 kids. Overall satisfied with the hotel service. Located in the heart of Kangar and opposite MARA building.

The only complaint that I have is the Wi-Fi there, my room not getting any connections to the Wi-Fi. With bad telco service is kinda a bummer for me.

Very big space with well function facilities. Receptionist is very friendly and helpful.

This is a practical accommodation option for visitors to Kangar. The hotel offers spacious rooms with basic amenities, as well as facilities such as a swimming pool and on-site dining.

Booked this hotel from friend's recommendation. Love it. Friendly & helpful staff support. Will definitely come back next trip.

Booked last minute as I mistook my schedule, so I honestly had no expectations. For a budget hotel, the ambience is okay la decent enough.

We visited Perlis in a big group and booked 8 rooms here. The rooms are neat and tidy. There is no lift and if you have elderly travelling you, book room on the ground level as the stairs are steep.
