For the price the hotel is very good. The room which we had was big, clean and hot water good. But the Swimmingpool was clothed.
Because of this I give only 4 Star.

One of those early hotel in town with the traditional facilities of table and stool/chajr and a proper wardrobe for hanging your clothes. The toilet is clean with a water heater.

The house is very comfy, spacious and well equipped with facilities. The owner provides a good service and maintain a good interpersonal communication with us. My family of 16 stayed comfortably.

Recomended homestay in ipoh especially for big family. Have 4 room and 2 of it attach with small room. Ground floor 1 room and others upstairs. Every room have bathroom.

This hotel provides a decent stay for work trips. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and the staff is friendly and helpful. While the restaurant food is average, it's convenient for a quick bite.

Stayed 1 night for an interview at UPSI the next day. Location is good, near the uni and KTM station. Room is clean, aircond cold. Size is befitting of its price. Reception and boss are very helpful.

To be honest, we booked the place here because it was very strategic (lots of food options and walking distance to the beautiful Pantai Pasir Bogak) and economical.

Being a regular traveller into Ipoh for Medical reasons I was absolutely impressed by this hotel.
The rooms were very neat, absolutely clean and quiet.

It was a comfortable one night stay. The parking, room, bed, linen and toilet was all good but perhaps few things could be improved:
1. The bath towels were very old and bad. It's time to change them.

The room is nice and convenient, just a little dusty. Service is good but the cleaners are quite noisy cleaning the rooms outside, I can hear them in my room.

My experience at this hotel was absolutely wonderful from start to finish. The staff were incredibly friendly, polite, and always willing to assist with anything I needed.

Great budget hotel with easy access to Lumut's shop and beaches that is a walking distance.
At night there are food trucks just 20 meters from the hotel with many selection of food.
