Very sorry, I just pass by on my way to Lux Hotel. It's a bouquet hotel without parking space but road side.

Perfect place to stay if you plan to travel around Kampar. Clean and comfortable which I think is the most important thing!

Rooms are basic one but clean, provided with towel and shower gel. Beds are okay too. Toilet attached to every rooms with exhaust fan. Common area comes with sofa, table and fridge.

Very welcoming host with a clean room. Very close to the jetty and lots of tasty non halal food. Everything is within walking distance.

Spacious room with amenities. Great location. Plus, I left something during my stay. Hotel staff helped me to find the item and send to me via courier. Really appreciate the great service.

This hotel has a great location. Foods serve are tasty, dine in rooms service was great and the price is very fair, the foods also tasty.

Location is at the centre of Sitiawan, nearby with foodcourt, bakery and even some shops for food. Rows of groceries as well.
Hotel Service were OK, snacks were sold at lobby.

The hotel is situated close to the centre of Sitiawan and therefore most amenities are within walking distance. The rooms rates are very affordable and the rooms are very clean.

Room experience (Double Deluxe Room) :
— Cold aircond.
— Shower heater and ventilation fan works.
— Bidet flow is nice.

The room was so nice with comfortable bed, bath tub, and the washroom are very unique. Best choice for couples 🥰 I really love it 😍 and the service also very good.

Overall the place is quite good and cozy and private. Even though the location is quite remote from town.
The room and toilet was okey clean.

The owner allowed us to extend our checkout time for an hour which is greatly appreciated.

Newly refurbished hotel. We stayed at the family suite. It is spacious, very clean and nice. Staffs are friendly. Parking space is a bit tricky and quite dark at night.

We’ve booked 16rooms on last weekend and luckily there were no other guest are staying there during the same period. Having such a good experience and the place were really nice to stay with.

Recommended for family group events such as family day for 80 pax (4 pax per room). Nice big confortable within ringfence swing pool, kitchen, bbq. Nearby (within 5mins) to Pantai Teluk Senangin.

Complete facilities. Love the dryer.

Stayed here twice, my first stay was lovely and had a real nice hostess. The second was just okay except I had to go to the lobby at 4 am and wake up the attendant to tell him to shut his alarm off.

Hotel is simple, clean and nice. The shower is good. But, while we were staying the island had problem with water and it was hard.
But the main problem was with breakfast.

The room is clean and the beds are comfortable. We are much appreciated of the owner as we decided to put up a night at 11pm after realising the traffic is horrific on our way home.

Had a one night stay here with my family. Suddenly a guy appeared, came in thru a small gate and went to the back room. No introduction or anything.

Room was spacious and clean 👌. Easy excess to main road. Restaurant looks great. Swimming pool need to be maintained as lot of pigeons surrounding so need some action taken.
