Cheap hotels in Sitiawan

Room was very clean, Air Cond was cold. Location was ideal, as it is very close to Places of interests and food. Staff was friendly, greeting each time they see you.

A decent hotel in setiawan town.
3 floors with no lift.
Rooms are clean and comfortable.
Counter staff is kind and helpful.
Plenty of parking around the hotel.

For this price I think is still ok but the part is my rooms allocated is close to the staircase and windows noise proof is lousy and bad, location is perfect.

I saw the good review of this hotel, but I didn't believe the review completely, so I only booked one night. The hotel is a little old but clean, and the reception staff are very polite.

Very clean，the room is very big for Family room，friendly owner，easy find and parking.

We’re Aussies on an adventure, cruising from Penang down south with our little one, and we stumbled upon Ting Residence in Ayer Tawar—what a gem!

Stayed for one day. The location is convenient in the city, but cleanliness could be improved. Suitable for a short stay.

Clean and cosy. Close to grocery store. Close to restaurant.

Very spacious apartment at very affordable rate. Suitable for weekend get away.

Very well maintain and best bang for the buck for those who have large family.

We have a family room, it's so spacious you don't feel crowded with 4 adults sharing. The bathroom is squeaky clean.

Simple, clean, reasonable price, convenient.
Don't expect fancy setup.
Just the shower screen too short so water may spill out, hence wet the floor.

A trip to visit family and a second visit to Sitiawan. Mornington is located in the heart of old Sitiawan town, within walking distance to a variety of food options and shops.

Worth the money. Paid rm250++ for deluxe family. But the room size is huge. Bathroom size big, shower is good. Nearby hotel have few choices of restaurants. Beside hotel have shop lots.

Including breakfast for my whole family. Awesome. Keep it up.

I've been booking using agoda last night, and I strongly accept the requirements for smoking room. Which they stated there which have smoking room and no smoking room.

Stayed here twice, my first stay was lovely and had a real nice hostess. The second was just okay except I had to go to the lobby at 4 am and wake up the attendant to tell him to shut his alarm off.

Very recommended. Super clean room.

A nice cosy budget friendly hotel located at very good location.
I enjoyed my extended stay there ony holidays there twice to Setiawan and Pankor.

Location is at the centre of Sitiawan, nearby with foodcourt, bakery and even some shops for food. Rows of groceries as well.
Hotel Service were OK, snacks were sold at lobby.

The hotel is situated close to the centre of Sitiawan and therefore most amenities are within walking distance. The rooms rates are very affordable and the rooms are very clean.

Nice place to stay. 2 day we stay there. Price also reasonable.

Room is ok ok. Small and just enough with basic necessities. Generally clean.
Staff is friendly and service is fast.
Parking! It's the main challenge.

Regular checking & maintenance needs to be done on a weekly or monthly basis. The shower head in my bathroom was broken like many months ago. I bought new ones from a nearby shop.

Clean rooms and bed. Good budget excellent location in town.
