Very friendly hospitality resort, nice room and recommended to stay. Food for lunch and dinner also delicious with reasonable price.

For me overall the infrastructure need to refurbished but with the current status under MCO nothing they can do I think. But this is among the best hotel in the area of Lumut but don't put so much expectations ok. Just good enough to stay & comfy lah…

The hotel was nice and big but the entrance to the lobby was not feel like welcoming at all. The room was nice but the towel does not have a hotel quality it feel like you buy at Eco Shop. It need a lot of upgrades and maintenance.

A run down old hotel, the management need to do a renovation on the hotel facility… won't recomend my friends to go there. The ramadzan buffet could have better… with lot of other menu to include for the that they charge…

Old school. Nice environment. Affordable prize due to the rate and facilities. Breakfast are include, pool was so nice with the weather etc3. Enjoy it.

Its a great hotel. Aside from great services. The view of the sea is magnificent. And the hotel itself is close to downtown lumut. And there's a lot of interesting places around the hotel to discover. If you wanted to shop but don't have much time or enough money. Just walk by near the KFC building and visit the local uptown/expo. There's a lot of cool stuff the for you especially tourists to buy and take home some fancy souvenir.

Hotel pertama wujud di Lumut. Bilik Deluxe menghadap kolam renang, luas dan selesa. Staff baik dan siap tanya, kalau nak sejadah, pembantu hotel hantarkan ke bilik. Jadi member Agoda, memang jimat. RM145 utk semalam, percuma breakfast utk 2 org. Hotel strategik, di pusat bandar. Siapa nak mandi pantai Lumut, boleh je. Cuma ada bau hanyir ikan, siapa yg tahan.

Friendly worker, good environment, best dishes, have to many food when breakfast, I liked it. Hotel rooms n lift is about too old. Make sure have some renovation for that.

Old furnitures, eerie room. Toilet like never been upgraded. Moulded air conditioning. Nice pool by the sea. The view is nice. Foods — below average Conference room — below average The only resort in Lumut town. The management should have done better. Please UPGRADE!

The place is not bad. Has swimming pool. The room are spacious. Even has balcony and it is seaview. But the cleancliness need to be improved.

Worth it for 3-star hotel with very affordable price. Clean room & big swimming pool. Downsides are tht there re limited choice of food for breakfast, no hair dryer & no iron.

The hotel is good but the management need some improvement on the cuisine and the facilities.

It's located close to Lumut Waterfront Jetty. The staff there are very polite. Can drop-by have a stay if you go for holiday at Pangkor Island.

Nice view and comfort and the children happily swim in the swimming pool…

Losing sparkle, run down facilities.

Positive: Free parking, near the beach, breakfast can face the beach, good internet connection, good location for me meeting purposes and friendly staffs. Negative: Toilet WC a bit too low for tall people, but just OK for myself.

It's beyond tired, it needs a major overhaul or demolished. Damp through the walls, home to roaches, reptiles and ants and the bathroom is straight from the set of the shawshank redemption.

It is A-OK accommodation to stay in at Lumut, due to its architecture layout and location. Quiet hotel great for city-escape vacation. Basic equipped: spacious comfortable room, LCD TV, balcony, swimming pool, a not so private beach as outsider can access to it, room service, a function hall, a small gym, a semi-open buffet, near by shops lot with a waterfront bazaar, near by a retired battleship which you can visit with cheap entrance fee. Generally just a basic quiet hotel with good viewing location and some shops to walk around. The hotel staff are ok, room for improvement as when we asked 2 of the staffs location for the museum battleship, they are not quite sure what happened to it which by S. O. P each hotel staff should know their area well to guide the tourist. The price for a room even thou with agoda promotional price, it is not on balance with what we get in return in terms of quality.

The staff is nice but only the bare minimum of maintanance is done. Room has marked up walls with paint peeling. Grout in bathroom is black. Glass in shower was falling out and hardware falling off the room door. Stairways are covered in dirt. Everything looks very old. Food is so so. Not very consistant. Menu is not very diverse and the buffet breakfast is usually cold. Laundry service is good. TV has maybe 5 channels, 3 in english. Probably still the best place to stay in Lumut.

Due to unfortunate circumstances, couldn't make it for 3D2N for vacation. Been staying here since kid~teenage when they start to open it. But sh*t happen today, why must the manager — Mr. R is being rude? We let you know we couldn't make it, you can let our rooms to be occupied by others in return we want our deposit back. I know it is hard to get back the deposit, we offer to have at least 50-50 return. And you just say no, well if Mr. R relatives is in emergency and you are going to book my hotel. Might as well I eat your deposit too. I think I wont be staying here for the rest of the life since the review is quite bad nowadays. You just gained our 1 night deposit worth of 400+ and you can receive customer for another 400+. Well congratulations! I really hope you can get more customers in future! My review doesnt mean anything, but please community, avoid paying deposit or try to ask if can refund before credit-ing to the hotel. Cheers, From your so-called-returning customer-and yet will not return in future.

The hotel has not done upgrading for awhile now. The room furniture is old and outdated. Bathroom is in pathetic condition. Even the mat in the elevator has worn out. Housekeeping is not done well thus accumulate dust on the chairs, table and lamp shades. No room slippers although the room floor is not carperted. The room balcony is dirty Not worth the money.

Basic room in a good location. Place is downtown near jetty and restaurants. The cleaning service is good. Not every room is same;Some are worst then others. I suggest you check the room first before moving in.

Ok. But the televisyen is only have 3 channel. I m so board.

Everyone out there, avoid this hotel at all cost. Room very run down. After check in, its spoils holiday mood.
