Austin Guest House is a great place to stay. It's spotless clean, the interior is well thought through, there is a kettle, mugs and coffee in the rooms and the kitchen is well equipped.

Woah is such a excellent comfortable homestay. The owner was friendly, kind and ready to help every single moments when you needed of them. Enviroment and cleaningness of Austin homestay was really more worth then the price they sell cause its excellent clean and tidy. The owner care every client need and try to help them. She provide the most comfortable place and enviroment just hope their guest will stay like their own home. The price was reasonable, Enviroment was best then even 4 star hotel. If want me to given mark I will be given them 100 + 100= 200% best mark. I appreciate what the lady boss care of my need while the time period that I been staying there. I strogly recommend every travel to ipoh for even working or travel must choose Austin guesthouse. They sure will be the best choice 4 u.

Awesome guest house. Do not worry about the location from the main town as service provided & details by the owner would make it worthwhile. It's nearby to the main cave temple which makes it worth it. Loved our stay here.

A lovely place to stay. The place is also very convenient. Great experience & perhaps the best said an example for what a Home Stay all is.

Lovely place with very comfortable beds, absolutely clean showers/toilets and all facilities available. Staff is very friendly and suggested a good place to eat. Parking is available. The kitchen has a working fridge, drinkable water supply, water boiler, coffee and tea. The shared bathroom has two showers, toilets and sinks. The rooms with shared bathroom all directly connect to the kitchen which could get noisy (since there were no other quests this was no problem)

Without a doubt this is the best guesthouse in town. The place is beautiful, clean, new and very comfortable. The rooms are comfortable and whith AC. The bathroom and kitchen are very complete and clean and the owner is a very friendly and attentive person. Always ready to help in whatever is needed. Very recomend place!

It's a very nice and well thought renovated terrace house in a tight neighborhood. The looks is disappointing from the outside but once inside, it looks just like a hotel complete with all its basics. My comment, there's mosquito lost in the room and the water is cold for morning shower.

I agree with comments made by all earlier guests. From the outside, it looks like typical rundown housing area. But upon reaching Austin House, I was amazed with the house transformation of its interior. Very beautiful and organised like a hotel with Banjaran Kinta in the background. Host was very helpful and accomodating. Highly recommended for my next visit.

Everything was nice. Its clean and comfy place to stay. I'd really enjoy the enviroment. The owner ice, very welcoming and friendly.

My family has booked & stayed during the Merdeka holidays, not only the room is clean, modern n well maintained. The best part was the guest house lady & her family were very helpful / kind / attentive when we had technical problems w our car. They came to our aid & we were very grateful if not we did b stranded. Thanks to them we managed to reach home safely. Definitely coming back here again n highly recommend it to anyone.

Cheap hotel/homestay sort of that. Fast internet. Fluffy matress. Good customer service.
