Great place if you’re coming as a group. Amazing view too.

Kids had a blast! Warm and welcoming hospitality. Clean facilities.

My sister had her wedding at the haven ipoh and we stayed for 2 nights. Love the place so much, suites are all very clean with good facilities, environment is very peaceful serene and quiet. Perfect retreat for family. Will definitely want to visit there again.

Love the place. Nice place for a getaway from the city. awesome pool with jacuzzi which includes warm water jacuzzi:) perfect for morning/evening walk. Great place to. Take photos as well. breakfast variety can be improved though. Overall great place to stay with wonderful hospitality from the staffs.

The room is very clean and lovely. The pool is very big and my kids love it. The staff at restaurants also very friendly.

We spent 3days 2nights here. A family with an infant. Great atmosphere and a very quiet vibe. Good for a retreat. The staffs are well trained and very much helpful. Sure to return soon!

Such a bad customer service. No response for the email nor in any social media platform. I kept on texting, they did seen the text but not replying at all.

Had a great stay with lake view suites. Staff are good. Love the environment and the rooms were super comfortable. Breakfast was good with varieties. However, housekeeping need improvement.

Great experience especially when you travel with kids… Lots of activity can be done within the resort itself. Good size swimming pool, great jogging track & nice kids indoor playroom. Variety food choice & tasty too. 😁

Tight security. Very quiet place. Apartments are spacious. Great for family and friends. Ample open and multi storey carparks.

A perfect replenish haven next to forest.

This resort is built around the limestone mountain and a small lake. These provide a wonderful setting and create an absolutely stunning & breathtaking experience for the guests. The resort is also very well managed and the security is good. The pool is fantastic with jacuzzi jets for you to relax and the infinity pool faces the lake and the mountain. The room has a picturesque view of the surrounding mountains. Magnificent.

Managed by the Best Western hotel group with a great Lakeside view and greenery. Facilities are well maintained, swimming pool and gym are decent. There's also badminton court and ping pong table for recreation.

I was pleasantly surprised at the beauty of this place. Very serene and scenic view in the resort premise. This is easily the best in my short trips experience. We spent 5D4N there and service standards are exceptional even when compared to the likes of Club Med, albeit no kids club or other frills of the latter. Jimmy, the GM, and Miguel at the restaurant Cuisines, are very friendly and attentive. There's also a great pool that me and the children enjoyed, and we hoped we had another day of R&R in the resort. Used the resort as a base to visit Lost World of Tambun, and rafting at Gopeng. Wifi coverage can be improved but my advice is to keep your devices aside and enjoy the scenic view. Wifi in room is fine. Kudos to the team for maintaining high service and security standards, and we will definitely be back!

Very nice scenery for nature lovers, very welcoming staffs, peaceful & quiet location, clean etc. Fits the Name. Although during my stay the Wi-Fi working fine and everything was in good condition. Just the problem is my room was city view, which is the lake view is more wow. And for the lake view it gonna cost you a bit more that's all.

Nice view, good for short trip outing with family and/or friends! Apartment is spacious and basically like HOME. Some distance to Ipoh city centre where good restaurants are there, you need to have transportation on yours own. Not a full scale service apartment as there is no washing machine and kitchen utensils are limited. By the way, Wi-Fi is not working during my stay.

Very nice resort with great views, worth the value. Surrounded by greeneries & nature. Clean big suite fully-equipped with kitchen and 3 huge comfy rooms. Very good service & hospitality. Definitely will visit again. Cheers!

For something unique in Ipoh, try staying here as they have a great view from your rooms. Close to Tambun lost world and about 20 minutes drive to Ipoh city center.

I do not know how this is a 5 star hotel… it should be a 3 star… I was so dissapointed… only the friendly service and facilities here are good. Other than that, everything else is as an average 3 star hotel.

This is a lovely resort home. It has all the facilities for a relaxing weekend or holiday in Ipoh. The green and natural environment is simply stunning. The staff are friendly and courteous. I do wish there are more jungle trails and perhaps cave explorations.

It's good to have responsible gate security, but when you're doing a hotel/resort, it became a hassle for others. This happens to me today as I didn't expect I'll be blocked off from entering after they had registered my driving license and car number plate. The person in charge refused to help me contact the front desk (with his walkie talkie) even though I presented the name of my guest. I'm asked to "find a way to contact" my guest… When you deal with a foreign guest, you don't really have that much option and might end up pissing up our guest (they are your guests too). For example, you cannot expect a taxi driver to know where their guest stays (what block, level, room number). What if they don't have any means of contacting the guest?
