Such a good hotel and the price is reasonable for its service and it’s quality.

Not really clean the hotel. Water and Ironing have to do outside of room. Bathroom hole smelly. Got cockroach in bathroom. Parking side of the road.

Rooms were dusty and both our toilet and aircond broke on the second night but location is good — ample parking and right next to a 7-Eleven and a 24 hour mamak restaurant.

Still the best place to stay. Sometimes I just pay half of their actual price u see there. Park ur car without any doubt. They hv a best security that even open the door for you when you arrive there. Food. There's 7eleven and 24/7 kedai mamak in the end of the row.

The room is spacious. For the Muslims, you have ample place to pray in the room. Parking spaces are limited. Do buy parking tickets to park at the public parking spaces around the hotel.

Got a room at a price of a steal! Nice room. Great accomodities. Water, toilet, airconditioner are working well and smooth. Bed, a bit dented (? ) but still, super nice!

The room quite nice. But lack of equipment tools. Got some disturbance at night by some the other room guest (students) until 2 am. Phone room service not function. But the location is strategic in town.

Keyword here was hygiene. Anyone with allergic with dust. Im really not recommended to stay here. Coz i'm having 1 rite now. How could ur management letting our room full of dust and hair. And also. Those bedsheets like being used again without laundry. Soo smelly. The bathroom. My god! the sink is full of impurities without washing. And ofcoz the toilet was smelly. About utilities they offered. 1st those iron. I think u should buy a new 1 la. Coz its not functioning at all. U have waste my time early this morning. And 2nd not to forget. Having a longest time waiting for my check in just because your staff not ready with my booking. 3rd. You should considering to put the hot cattle coz u provides a tea cup without coffee or tea… and please fix your aircon in room 112. So, yeah. The price is not worth it every penny. Coz now im stuck with my allergies. And its sucks. Not gonna going and booking it again. Please. Please. Please. Considering this review and fix it for a happy costumers next time. Tq.

Nice hotel with cheap pricing. Recommended for those that travel to Ipoh that have tight budget.

Dirty wall. Just average. Comfy level okay.

The room was quite narrow, and the toilet had a smell. No extra bed, no wardrobe, refrigerator. Check in is still going to do it. But the hall was beautifully furnished, and there was a Christmas atmosphere (it was mid-December when I went)

Room cleanliness is OK. But bathroom facilities could be better. Aircon compressor and next room door closing sometimes can be annoying.

Was looking for a family suite. Found several in Ipoh with exorbitant prices. Then found golden roof hotel, providing family suite for a reasonable price. Thinking that it was going to be 1 room with 2 beds, the room had a living room and 2 bedrooms. One for parents and for kids. 1 King bed and 2 singles with a sofa. 2 Flat screen TVs. All spaces air conditioned. It was marvelous! The only gripe would be the bathroom. May not have been cleaned in awhile and the ceiling with mold, mildew and slight stains. Otherwise, it was spacious, affordable, located near restaurants and 7 eleven. Short drive to heart of Ipoh. Highly recommended for family with children.

Very lousy hotel. Please don't go to this hotel. Air-cond noisy and leaking. Worse is bedsheet and toilet not clean. No table in the room to put things. We booked 2 rooms. Another room toilet cannot flush.

Every facilities at my Room 332 was good. Overall the hotel is new n clean with ample carparks. Service was good as well by the staffs. Will stay he on my next visit.

Good hotel with super clean room and large lobby. The price is very affordable and they're equipped with all the essentials.

Basic but nothing provided even simple beverage. Non standard facilities among branches.

Was visiting relative. Good for just a place to sleep at night. Two schools were beside hotel. It was school holiday when I was there, so it was quiet. Can imagine it could be quite noisy during school hours. No basement parking, so need to jostle for limited hotel parking around hotel. Wi-Fi slow. Shower very good pressure. Hot/cold water dispenser very convenient. No other amenities in hotel. Not exactly near attractions. Stay here only if you have own transport, or visiting friends near Ampang.

Poor services… dustbin was not cleared after room services. Dusty. And our room running out of toilet tissues, so we told the counter staff and request for tissue rolls, he said he will send it to us later. After one hour, nothing delivered to us, so we went down to the counter staff again, then he said to us "no more tissue rolls already. "
Is this the service that a hotel suppose to provide?!

Quite and affordable hotel. Too bad Wi-Fi signal differ from room to room. Could be better.

Stayed there during cny. Rooms were clean, staff were friendly but the soundproofing could be better.
